IN BUSAN

Lee Jong Hyun sat quietly alone after the meeting he had with his sons and the clan's head operatives, during the meeting he got an

urgent call he has been waiting for.  The Choi clan was not the only ones that had a scout, Jong Hyun had one special young vampire

that had the ability to completely hide his energy level and appear human.  His scout called to inform him that the Choi clan must

have found out where they were because they had assembled their whole clan and from the looks of it they were getting ready to move

out soon.  Elder Lee thanked his scout and ordered him to return home immediately, he was already fearful for the young vampire that

volunteered to remain behind to spy on the Choi clan.  Once he hung up the phone he quickly adjourn the meeting so he could go over

everything he just heard, he knew for sure that Choi Seunghyn must really want Shin Hye back desperately for him to make his

move this fast.  He needs to make sure his clan is ready because the bastard not only declared war, but he wants to fight till only one

clan remains standing and Jong Hyun will make sure his clan lives even if he must die to protect them.  If he was to die in this war he

decided that his sons will remain in charge until his grandchild is old enough to assume the role as Elder to their clan.  He doesn't want

to think negative, but he must prepare for the worst...he would rather sacrifice himself then see his whole clan become extinct. 

Something just popped into his mind and his thoughts switched back to Shin Hye, when he saw her earlier he felt a different type of

energy coming from her and felt he should have a talk with her.   He telepathically called her to meet him in the study so they could

have a private talk, he wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with her.  Shin Hye opened the door to the study and found the blinds

shut, the room was slightly dark as she walked inside and shut the door.  She saw her father sitting on the floor next to the couch, and

knew he was focusing on the core of his energy.  He rarely did that, so something must be wrong or very important for him to focus so

hard on the core of his powers like that.  Jong Hyun felt Shin Hye enter the room, the strange energy was still oozing out of her, he

opened his eyes and was shocked to find her aura in three different colors.  Shin Hye decided to sit on the couch and wait for him, but

as soon as she sat down she noticed his eyes were open and he was smiling at her.  "How did the training go little one", he asked

curiously.  "I have to say I impressed all of them except Guardian Hongki, he stopped after the eighteenth round saying he couldn't take

it anymore.  He then pouted like he did when he was young and called me an evil noona before flitting away", she said with a

mischievous grin.  Jong Hyun laughed as he imagined Hongki acting like that with Shin Hye because he use to say that to Hana all the

time before he would run off and hide from her.  As Shin Hye was talking and laughing Jong Hyun noticed the strange energy would

change with her emotions, it seemed to be getting more powerful.  Shin Hye looked at her father and could tell he wanted to ask her

something, "Father is everything alright", she asked concerned by the way he was acting.  Jong Hyun sat next to her on the sofa,

"Earlier today I noticed something different about you", he said but was interrupted by Shin Hye.  "Father I am a married woman now

so of course I'm different", she said with her face turning bright red.  Jong Hyun chuckled softly and shook his head, "I was referring

to your energy Shin Hye.  It seems to be different some how, and I just want to make sure everything is okay with you since your a full

vampress now.  I am going to focus my energy on your body and preform what the humans call a medical check up from head to toe,

hopefully it can help us figure out what that strange energy is ", he explained as he stood up.  Jong Hyun asked Shin Hye to lay down

on the couch as he started to channel his energy to his hands.  Shin Hye starred at his hands in awe as it started to glow, she then

closed her eyes as he started the check up.  She did not physically feel his hands on her, but instead felt the warm heat from his hands

radiating through her body.  Jong Hyun was going over her body with his energy when he stopped in one spot, he was so shocked his

hands started shaking, "YONG HWA...YONG HWA COME HERE", he yelled telepathically.  Yong Hwa was outside standing in the court

yard talking with his hyungs and other clan members when he heard his name screamed inside his head, it made him fall to the

ground.  It was his father, he has never heard his father call for him like that before...something must be wrong he thought as he quickly

jumped up and flitted to his father's study.  Jung Shin and Min Hyuk felt something was wrong as they witnessed their little brother's

reaction as he flitted away so they decided to follow him.  Yong Hwa opened the door with such force it broke off the hinges, his abrupt

entrance scared the hell out of Shin Hye as she started screaming at Yong Hwa for scaring her.  Yong Hwa was standing in the middle

of the door way with his hyungs behind him nervously looking at their father's hand shaking right above Shin Hye's body.  She saw them

starring at something so she turned her head back to find their father's hand shaking above her body, she didn't understand what was

going on or why he was shaking.  Yong Hwa walked over to the couch and held Shin Hye's hand as he sat next to her, you could tell he

was extremely upset, "Did she get hurt during training", he asked with concern in his eyes.  Jong Hyun shook his head no as tears

started falling down his face which shocked and scared everyone in the room.  Jong Hyun wiped away his tears as a beautiful smile

spread across his face, "I knew this would happen one day, but I didn't think it would happen so soon.  You two are going to have a

baby...Shin Hye is pregnant", he said with tears in his eyes.  Shin Hye and Yong Hwa looked at him with their eyes wide and yelled, 

"WHAT", at the exact same time.  He smiled happily as he repeated himself, "Shin Hye is pregnant...Your having a baby...I'm going to be

a grandfather, and Jung Shin and Min Hyuk will be an uncle", he said slowly so they could really grasp what he was saying.  Yong Hwa

was in total shock as Shin Hye had a hard time accepting the idea, she just lost her ity last night...how can she be pregnant.  All 

of a sudden you can hear loud tears of joy coming from Min Hyuk and Jung Shin, they were sobbing as they hugged each other and

congratulated each other repeatedly.   She looked at her hyungs then at their father with a bewildered look on her face, "Father isn't it

way too early to know if I'm pregnant", she asked quickly.  Jong Hyun was expecting questions like this, "A vampire pregnancy is

different from a human pregnancy, when I was checking your body for any aliment my energy core made me stop at your midsection. 

That's when I realized the strange energy I felt earlier was not really coming from you, but from the baby inside you.  Since I'm the Elder

of the clan I can link telepathically with any clan members in our clan, especially one that will carry on our family blood lineage.  I can

feel my grandchild wanting to link with me but I must ask your permission first since I will have to touch your bare belly.  May I please

connect with my grandchild, it will also help prove to you what I am saying is true", he asked with begging eyes.  The news must have

finally sunk in to Yong Hwa because he excitedly fell to his knees and started kissing Shin Hye's stomach repeatedly, "Hi little one, this

is your daddy", he said in baby talk.  The sight of Yong Hwa kissing her stomach made her want to cry, he's going to be such a great

father she thought happily.  Shin Hye turned to their father, "I would like for you to try and link with the baby, maybe it will help me

accept everything better", she said nervously.  Jong Hyun asked Shin Hye to lay down once again on the couch as Yong Hwa moved to

the other couch with his hyungs.  She laid back and pulled up her shirt revealing her belly, as Jong Hyun focused his energy to his

hands once again.  He gently pressed his hands against her stomach and jumped back a little when he connected with the baby, tears

of joy was falling from his eyes as he was telepathically communicating with the baby.  Jong Hyun beamed proudly as the baby knew

who he was, it brought more tears to his eyes...then all of a sudden he started laughing loudly.  He dropped his hand from her belly and

threw his head back laughing hysterically.  Yong Hwa sat down next to Shin Hye and held her hand, "What happened father, why are

you laughing like that", Yong Hwa asked curiously.  Jong Hyun quieted himself down and wiped the tears from his eyes, "Well we are

now linked and we can communicate telepathically with each other anytime.  Now the reason I was laughing is I just found out some

more great news, not only are you pregnant...but your pregnant with TWINS", he said excitedly.  Shin Hye smiled and cried tears of joy

while Yong Hwa fainted on the floor. 

Author's Note-  Hello everyone, I thought I would throw you a curve ball and write something unexpected for all of you lol...don't worry the war is still coming.  We will be able to see how everyone deals with her pregnancy and also what will happen when Choi Seunghyn and Gdragon finds out...trouble.  Remember a vampire pregnancy is very different from a human pregnancy, and I will explain it all in the next chapter.  I wanted to thank everyone for leaving me comments, I seriously like talking to everyone its so much fun lol.  I also wanted to welcome some new subscribers to the Lee clan, your a vamp now so smile and show off your fangs :D
