I’m on my way home

Quickening my pace while holding an umbrella tightly to cover myself

It’s raining hard

With addition of thunders

I stopped my tracks when I see something

Or to be exact someone

Sitting on the pavement near my apartment,

Logically people will find shelter in this kind of weather

But here I found someone who’s letting the cold water soaking his body

From the arm I can tell that this person is a man

With his face buried on his knees

But I could see his body trembles

 “Hey”

I called him but there’s no response

Finally I kneeled down beside him, while holding my umbrella to help cover our body from the rain

He finally lifts up his face to see me

He’s beautiful

That’s all I can say when I look at his face

Those big doe eyes filled with sadness, staring at me tiredly

“Why are you here?”

I know this question is kinda odd, it’s like I know him but I’m not

“….I don’t know…”

He replied with small and hoarse voice

Unconsciously I pulled his hand

Although I can see that his weak feet trying to stand, I continued pulled him to my place

As we enter I left him standing in front of the door

After a few minute searching something on the closet, I come back to him with big towels on my shoulder

I pulled his hand again, this time to the bathroom

“Take of your clothes and dry your body”

I ordered him while giving the towel

And then I prepared the bathtub, filling it with warm water

When I turn around, he’s still standing there, doing nothing

He’s just standing there, looking at me with his blank face

I sighed

‘If you continue like that you’ll get sick, take off your clothes and dry your body with the towel”

I said to him a bit louder

And after a few seconds he finally takes off his clothes

Before I turn my body, I saw a glimpse of his upper body, not too skinny but quite toned

Quite contrast with his pretty face

I check the bath temperature

My mind drifted to why I did this

Helping a stranger

Ignoring the possibilities that He may be turned out to be a criminal, a psychotic

Beauty can hypnotizes

And I smirk sarcastically at my own shallow mind

After the tub is filled I turn around and there he is looking so pure and innocent with the towel that covers his body like a caterpillar makes me chuckle

He sees me with confused eyes

I stand up

“well then, the soap and shampoo are there, I want you to be clean and fresh, and don’t soak too long, ok”

I take his drenched clothes and leave, without forgetting to close the door

And now I walk to the laundry room

After finished putting the clothes to the machine with my own soaked shirt too, leaving my upper body , putting some detergent and then I turn on the machine

Sighing heavily at the wet trace on the floor I walk to the kitchen

Checking the fridge and cabinet, I decided to make chicken cream soup

It’s best to make some warm food in cold night like this

Luckily I still have a pack of chicken cream soup powder

I cut the carrots and chicken

And then mix it with the powder and also water

Then stirs it with small fire

The mouthwatering scent fills the place, checking the taste; I smiled approvingly and then puts in on the bowls

Two bowl of chicken soup are now ready

I took the long crusty bread and cut it into small pieces then put it on a plate

And for the drink. I prepared two glasses of warm chocolate
