Your first night with the boys without Kai. You missed him already, you wanted to call or text, but you figured that you should let him have time with his parents. To make it worse, you had to live with Baekhyun. I think I want to explode, you thought. You didn't want it to be so awkward between you and him. You wanted to see him, but you didn't know if it was a good idea.

"What do I do?" you asked to no one in particular.

"Depends, in what context?" Chanyeol asked.

"Hey, you shouldn't be eavesdropping," you scolded.

"Yeah... oh well!" he happily walked over, sitting down next to you.

"Who's... kpoplover77?" he asked innocently. Suddenly remembering the conversation you had with her, you slammed your laptop shut.

"She's my best friend."

"Dinner's ready!" you heard D.O. call from the kitchen.

"Come on, ________! Let's go eat!" Chanyeol yelled to you as he ran inside. You walked in after Chanyeol and sat at the table.

"Where's Baekhyun?" you asked, noticing the second empty chair.

"He said he wasn't hungry," Suho replied.

"Oh. Well, what's he doing?" you continued, feeling bad already.

"Nothing, he's just lying down in bed," D.O. said.

"Can we eat now?" Sehun whined, rubbing his stomach.

"You guys go ahead, I'm going to go talk to Baekhyun," you said as you tucked in your chair.

"Baekhyun-ah?" you knocked on the door frame, stepping inside the room.

"Go away," he said, though it was muffled due to the fact that his face was in the pillow.

"Look, I know what I said was mean, but it's true. You're just going to have to try and get over me. Please understand," you said softly, sitting on the edge of his bed. He sat up, turning to face you.

"I understand that, but I'm just sad, you know?"

"I get it, I really do. I've been through what you're going through so many times. Will you come eat though?" you smiled empathetically.

"No, but I'm actually not hungry," he laughed.

"Come eat anyways," you said, pulling him off the bed, "Pali, pali," you pushed him out the door.

"Arasso," he laughed as he started to walk towards the kitchen.

"Hey guys! Guess who decided to join us?" you said happily as Baekhyun sat down.

Finally, everything was better. At least, that's how it seemed.
