Baekhyun's happy smile faded into a frown. He stood up and walked away, and you didn't try to stop him, thinking that it was for the best. You got off the counter and put away the bottle and the bandages. Not knowing what to do with yourself, you took your laptop and decided to video call your friend. Realizing that you wouldn't be able to tell her about Baekhyun inside the house, you went outside, staying close enough to the house so that the video calling would work.

You called once, only to have your friend hang up on you as soon as she picked up. Instead, she sent you a message through chat.

You: but its summer!
