"Ow! What the—"

"Be quiet. How dare you take Kai from me! He's mine. He loves me, and we're going to live happily ever after," a tall girl with a baby face said intimidatingly. Well, as intimidatingly as she could in her mouse-like voice.

"Uh, how old are you exactly? I think Kai's a little old for you anyways, sweetie," you ruffled up the girls hair. Irritated, she swatted your hand away.

"I'm ten, but I'll be eleven soon! That means he's only...'' she paused to count on her fingers, "like 7 years older than me! I think."

"Where are your parents? And how did you find me?" you asked, curious.

Just as the little girl was about to answer, you both became silent to hear someone yelling outside. "Ae Cha! Ae Cha!"

The little girl ran off to hide in your bathroom, locking the door behind her. You opened your room door to find a worried woman, looking around frantically. Bingo, you thought.

"Excuse me, are you looking for a little girl, about this tall?" you held your hand out showing the approximate height of the little girl hiding in your bathroom.

"Yes, have you seen her?" she asked. You could see the panic in her expression, and you gestured for her to enter your room, pointing towards the bathroom door.

What a stubborn child, you thought, after watching her mother try to reason with her to come out for about fifteen minutes. After about seven more minutes with no change, you heard a knock on the door. Eager to see if it was Kai, you bolted to the door.

"Hey," he smiled, kissing you on the lips. He took a step in, but you pushed him outside, remembering the little girl. You tried to tell him about the situation, but he laughed as soon as you mentioned the girl pushing you.

"How exactly did a little girl manage to push you over?" he chuckled.

"Haha, very funny. I think she pushed off the wall. Plus, she's tall."

"Okay, so why did she attack you exactly?"

"Oh, you're going to love this," you said, laughing, "She said something like: 'Leave Kai alone. He's mine and he loves me and we're going to live happily ever after.'"

"Are you jealous?" he asked, raising his eyebrows.

"Why yes. Yes I am Kai. Prove to me that I don't need to be jealous of her. Unless you want to leave me for the ten year old girl," you said sarcastically, rolling your eyes at him.

He laughed again. "Well, if you say so. Here's your proof," he said as he pulled a small box from his pocket.
