Yoseob's POV~

"Oppa eat lunch with me!"

"No you promised me!"

"Wah Oppa I made you a lunch and cookies~" I was surrounded by fan girls but I didn't pay any attention to them. I looked across the halls and spotted who I wanted.

"Luna!" I called out. She gave me a quick glance and ran away. I sigh, this has been going on for a while now. 3 days maybe? Not sure, I gotta talk to her sooner or later. I want to ask her if she found a dress for the wedding yet. She'll probably look really pretty.

"Yoseob-oppa's blushing!" I snapped back into reality. Where did my imagination go off to about Luna?

"He's blushing even more!"

"Kyaa~" I make a run for it. Once I'm alone I text Luna.

Why are you ignoring me? Are you mad? :o

Luna's POV~

I was just about to head on over to the library when I spotted Yoseob surrounded by his fan girls. He called my name. I was about to smile and wave when Krystal and her group of friends began giving me glares. Sort of like warnings. I ran away. I blame myself for not being able to stand up. The bell rings, whew. At least school's over.

I just got to the school library when I recieved a text message. I open it and it read,

Why are you ignoring me? Are you mad? :o 

It hurt to ignore him, but I don't want to be a nuisance to him. Ever since he began hanging out with me, people kept saying that his fan club got lower, less girls are interested in him, and so on. I don't want to bring him down. I don't want to bother anybody. Thankfully, Victoria's been getting more popular ever since she's been going out with Kikwang. I'm happy for them but I wish that Victoria and I hung out more. I miss her company all the time. I replied to Yoseob

I'm not ignoring you, I didn't see you today. Sorry, I'll try talking to you another time.

It breaks my heart lying to him like that. But I knew it was for the best. I don't belong next to him. He deserves people who stand in his crowd like Krystal. Not boring insignificant me. I sigh and feel a book on my head. I look up into the eyes of a really pretty girl I never saw before.

Amber's POV~

"Yo." Was how I greeted this little person. She seemed shocked and replied,

"A-anneyong?" I give her a smile. I think I've seen her around before. I was lost in my own thought for a second when she asked me,

"Um, can I help you?" Oh yeah. I forgot the reason I came here.

"Mr. Cho wanted me to get you. He said for you to come to his classroom as soon as you can. I'm heading over there now, wanna tag along?" I explain to her. She thinks about it and nods.

"I'm Amber by the way."

Luna's POV~

"I-I'm Luna." I introduce myself. She gives me a crooked smile and looks straight. She's so cool! She has an edgy feel about her. I mean yeah she's very pretty, but there's a certain charm to the way her short hair fits her well. Almost like a tom-boy. I shake my head. Stop thikning about her that way! (A/N: Oh Luna, we all think of Amber like that at one point XD)

"Do you know why he wants us there?" I ask. She shrugs her shoulders. Oh god, am I in trouble? When we reach the classroom, Mr. Cho's sitting at his desk filing papers.

"Mr. Cho?" Amber asks. He looks up and motions us to come inside.

"A-am I in trouble Mr. Cho?" I stutter out. He gives me a booming laugh that sends chills down me back. He's a creepy teacher sometimes -.-

"Of course not. I brought you two here for some great news. You see, both of your test scores and classwork are extremely high. You both pass by this class with flying colors and don't seem to have any difficulty with anything."

Amber's POV~

What is this old man blabbering on about. Am I only here to listen to him talk about my grades? Aish.

"You point is sir?" I ask him. He replies,

"Ah yes, well it is VERY rare to find young students with your intellect. How would you both like to skip ahead? What I mean is skip a grade." I look over at Luna and see drop. I shrug. It's not my first time skipping a grade.

"I'm in." I look over at Luna and she nods. Mr. Cho claps his hands gleefully, seriously what is wrong with him?

"Excellent! Well, there is going to be a test coming up in about a week's time. You both should study during lunch and after school so you would know some of the material on the test."

Luna's POV~

I can't believe it. I know I'm smart but not that smart. I swear my mouth was gonna catch flies any minute now if I keep it open, so I close it and listen to Mr. Cho. So I need to study, huh? I'm a little dissapointed that I have to miss my lunch. That's the only time I get to talk with Victoria now a days since she's always with Kikwang. Well, I hope she'll understand. I hope Yoseob can understand too. Will he be mad at me? I sigh.

"Th-thank you very much Mr.Cho." I say and leave with Amber.

"You ok Luna?" Amber asks me. I give her a nod and she says,

"Doesn't look like it. Did you not want to skip a grade?" I shake my head.

"Do you even talk?" She asks. I nod. Wait, I reply,

"Yah! I do talk see?" I tell her. She chuckles and says,

"Ok ok. So what's bothering you? I mean, I know I'm a stranger that you just met but might as well get it out, ne?" I can see that she's really smart and pretty. Why are people so lucky these days? I sigh and tell her,

"It's nothing really. Hey I kinda got to go. I guess I'll be seeing you at lunch right?" I ask and she nods with no emotion. But that just adds to her charm and mystery. I jog away and head for the front gate.

Yoseob's POV~

I look at my watch. It's 5:00 PM. I wonder why Luna's still inside school. I was about to call her when I see her coming. I hide behind the wall waiting for her. As soon as she's in reach I grab her from behind and she squels. After realizing it was me she blushes and says,

"D-don't do that to me!" I laugh a little and she soon joins in too. I ask her,

"Have you been ignoring me?" She doesn't look at my face and replies,

"Wh-what are you talking about?" I caress her face in both of my hands and ask her,

"Is there a reason you're ignoring me? Did I do something wrong?"

Luna's POV~

I want to tell him the truth. Just looking at those eyes of his makes me want to break down. But I hold it in and say,

"N-nothing." He gives me a sad look and a small tear escapes my eye.

"Haha, I guess something got in my eye." I try giving him an excuse. He wipes it away.

Yoseob's POV~

I wipe away her tear and realize I had some makeup on my hand. Was it conceiler? Why would she wear it if she has clear skin? I look at where I wiped away her tear and see a black-blue mark. I grab my sleeve and wipe at her face. I try to hold in my anger. She has a huge bruise on the left side of her face. Another tear escapes her eyes and she says,

"S-sorry. The wind's strong." I'm furious. I grab her into a tight hug and asks her,

"Are you being bullied?'' I hear her gasp and feel wet water on my shoulders.

"Y-Yah! I'm asking you. Who's bullying you? Did they threaten you?'' She stutters out,

"N-no. I just ran into something. You know, clumsy me right?" She says shaking. Someone's been bullying her and I'm going to kill that guy. I make her face me and wipe away her remaining tears. I try to hold in my own when I realize that's not the only bruise. I look down at her hands. She's been wearing long sleeves and now I see why. There's are some old and new bruises on her arms and I see a fresh one on the right side of her face. I caress it gently.

Luna's POV~

I didn't want him to know. I've been going through this since the lunch incident. I knew this was nothing. If I kept quiet, he would keep his reputation and won't be a loser who's lonely. Like me. I know how it feels to be on the bottom of the pyramid when it comes to status. I don't want him to be like that. So these marks are nothing to what he'll face if I continue seeing him. I need to end this, get out of his life. I need to make sure I don't hurt him. I begin saying,

"Yoseob, I need to-" I'm interuppted when his lips come crashing down on mine. I wish I could fight back but I find my lips fitting perfectly with his. I kiss him back. I was filled with happiness and warmth forgetting everything that's been happening to me these past few days. Once we break off he looks at me and asks,

"Are you going to come to the wedding? I can't go unless you go." I give him a weak smile and tuck away the strand of hair in his face. I nod and he brightens up crushing me into a bear hug. He begins to gently kiss my bruises on my arms and face and tells me with a tone that melted my heart,

"I'll heal all your wounds. I promise I'll protect you."

Yoseob's POV~

I still won't forgive whoever did this to Luna. But in the mean time, I can't wait for the wedding. I'm so excited.

Once we broke off, I drove her home and said that I'll call her so she better pick up. She giggled, something I haven't heard in a long time, and promised me she would pick up.

Luna's POV~

As soon as I got home, I locked myself up in my room. I threw the dress I was planning to wear to the wedding on my bed and looked at it with such hatred. I wish the wedding was held off. I don't want to break it off with Yoseob at the wedding, but I don't want to break it off on the phone either. I wanted to break it off today so I could heal over the weekend, but my emotions got in the way. I felt my lips, they still held his warmth. That was my first kiss too. This whole thing is becoming so hard. I wish I didn't have to end it. I wish time froze for once, instead of always going ahead of me. But I knew that for him to have a better life, it would be better if I wasn't a part of it.
