We arrived shortly in front of a dusty-looking building. The teachers said these buildings, six of them to be exact, were once an all-girls school and dormitory. The outside might look dilapidated, but the inside is clean enough to live in.

"Four of these buildings were classrooms and faculty offices, so there will be two bunk beds, meaning four people will be sharing a room. As for the remaining buildings, the rooms were made for 1 person only, but the beds are double naman kaya kasya pa rin kahit na dalawa kayo. The downside is, you need to share a bed." Ms. Jung, our literature teacher, announced habang isa-isa kaming lumalabas ng bus.

"Isa pa pala, one of the buildings will be used for a game kaya off-limits muna kayo sa Building 3. Teachers and the Student Council Officers will be stationed outside the buildings, checking everyone's ID. You will be writing down your names so it'll be easier to check if kumpleto na kayo or what. Curfew at 8 PM kaya dapat you're already in your rooms before curfew dahil sasarhan namin ang buildings. No one can get in or out."

It's easy naman pala eh.

"What are you smiling about?" I didn't notice Cat Eyes (CE) was beside me, handing me my bag. I forgot to take it from the compartment kasi sobrang focused ako sa announcement and with admiring the view.

The greens surrounding the establishments might've contributed to its 'abandoned' look, but the gentle gush of wind, and the smell of fresh air will change my mind about our stay here.

"I thought we were done for but this looks like paradise. As long as mapunta ako sa buildings that 4 people will share, I'll be sleeping like a baby here."

"I think you're forgetting that we need to participate in the activities?" Black Cat (BC) was listening to the conversation but I didn't care. I will enjoy my time.

"That means I will sleep like a baby talaga dahil magpapakapagod ako for every activity."

We were asked to line up in a single file; left for SMU-X, right for SMU-Y. I was last in line kasi they cut off the line kasi filled na ang rooms.

God, I know you're there somewhere, please hear my prayers and let me live peacefully.

Pumipila na ang students from SMU-Y. I feel nervous. I think the living conditions will still depend on who will stay with me for 3 days here.

Minjeong's

Tumigil ang bus sa harap ng isang dormitory daw na ginawang school... or mali pagkakaintindi ko?

"Sure ba sila na dito tayo? Baka maling address nabigay?" Sambit ni Ryu pagbaba n'ya ng bus. Sumunod si Yizhou tapos ako. Na-distract na ako sa haunted dorm kahit na kanina inis na inis ako kasi inubos nilang dalawa 'yung snacks ko na dapat aabot hanggang Lunes. Sana pala wala akong binuksan sa byahe.

"Feels like we're in a movie. A horror movie."

"'Yung movie ni ano, Janella? 'Yung may madre." Tumingin kami ni Yizhou kay Ryu at sabay na nagtanong.

"May third eye ka?"

"Anong mangyayari kapag sinabi kong oo?" Seryosong tanong ni Ryujin. Kahit ano atang trip namin, makiki-ride s'ya.

"Paano ka magkaka-third eye kung dalawa lang mata mo." Binatukan ako ni Ryu.

"Ghost hunting tayo?" I suggested next.

"Sama ako?" Sabay-sabay kaming napasigaw kay Ate Seulgi. Tinapik n'ya ako sa balikat bago umalis, "Walang ghost hunting kasi walang multo, okay? Pero ingat kayo."

"Nabi, I hope matapang ang magiging partner mo." Yizhou pouted and clutched my arm. Sa totoo lang, hindi pa aware si Ryu pero medyo sensitive si Yizhou. Noong naospital si tita, ang higpit ng hawak n'ya sa'kin no'ng dumaan kami sa ICU. Saka n'ya lang sinabi na nakakaramdam s'ya pero hindi nakakakita. Sana hindi mabuksan third eye n'ya kasi 

"Uwi na kaya tayo?"

"Tapos sleepover?"

Matapang lang kami mag-aya pero una kaming tatakbo in case na meron nga.

"Line up, everyone!" Naputol na ang aming usapan. Nandito na rin ang bus ng SMU-X.

Ang masasabi ko lang sa SMU-X students ay...

I'm single, wala akong ex na babalikan at wala akong commitment issues. If I want to commit, I will commit. Walang mixed signals, walang holding back. I'm always 100% Minjeong.

"Para kang tanga na nakangisi d'yan. Anong ningingiti mo d'yan?" We lined up after the first batch of students. By height daw so I'm kinda in the middle.

"Ang dami palang maganda sa other side."

"May nakita nga ako kanina na parang familiar kaso naka-mask at hoodie so hindi ako sure." Nagkatinginan kami ni Yizhou.

"Jing, saan school ng ex mo?" She asked Ryu na nakatingin pa rin sa students. Dahan-dahan s'yang lumingon sa'min with an unreadable face.

"Tangina." I think hindi na n'ya kailangan sagutin dahil nakita ko na kung sino ang nakita n'ya.

"She's pretty pala, ano?"

"Edi sa'yo na."

"Hindi ako pumapatol sa ex ng tropa, Shin Ryujin." Pumunta si Yizhou sa pagitan namin at pinaghiwalay kami.

"Makinig na kayo kasi maghihiwalay na tayo. Umayos kayo kasi magpe-pair na rin after."
 

Karina's

The students of SMU-Y were lined up perfectly. We did that as well after Ms. Bae, the former president of our school, instructed us to do so.

"Please wait for instructions. I know mahihiwalay kayo sa friends n'yo and that can be scary or new, pero don't worry, you guys will be fine. I've met the Y students before, they're nice naman." She told us while distributing a white ribbon. Itatali ata either sa arm or sa wrist to indicate that we're from X.

The three of us were separated dahil by height kami nag-form ng line. Yeji is way taller kaya napunta s'ya sa likod, while Gigi and I are a little ne
