"Rina?" We were at a coffee shop. We didn't actually plan to meet today but they wanted to get together bago mag-Christmas.

"Hmm?"

"Any plans this Christmas?"

"Hmm, wala. Gonna spend it alone, hehe. Gonna watch some movies lang then I'll go to sleep." Yeji frowned at me in the middle of chewing her bread.

"That's not a way to spend Christmas. Punta ka kaya sa bahay? My family will go home this time. My sister will be there, too." Gigi agreed, but I don't know... I haven't met Yeji's family before.

"Won't they mistake me as your girlfriend?"

"Something wrong with that?"

"What is this conversation? Don't tell me?" We all shared a laugh. Of course I don't like Yeji that way, I don't even know why I thought of it that way.

"Plus, it's the first time since you got here na mag-celebrate kayo ng family mo. I don't want to ruin that or something."

"Huh? Why would you ruin—nevermind. It's better to have someone to spend Christmas kaysa wala, you know? And my family won't mind naman."

"Unless you already have somebody to spend that day with?" Gigi nudged me on the side, a huge smirk plastered on her face.

"Somebody named Winter?" I rolled my eyes at her, but I can't help but smile at the thought of Minjeong.

 "Anything happened? That blush on your cheeks gave it away, Rina." I looked around the coffee shop; wala naman masyadong tao, so I guess it's fine to tell them.
