[With Mir]

I waited for Hyomin to comeback from the café. Apparently, she forgot her sunglasses or something. Hyomin sure came to make my life harder for me. See Hyomin is my childhood friend. She went off to Japan because of her dad’s work. We were 10 at the time and I was devastated. She told me that when she came back we would pick up where we left off. I didn’t know that picking off where we left off meant her being my girlfriend.

“Alrighty oppa I’m ready,” Hyomin chanted coming back from the café. I couldn’t help but instinctively frown.

“Hyomin, why did you introduce yourself as my girlfriend?” I asked her, before we could go anywhere.

“Well because I want to be your girlfriend silly,” She told me, tapping my arm slightly. I groaned.

“Look, Hyomin… I’m not trying to say I don’t care about you anymore, but things have changed. I really really like Aimee and what you did in there didn’t help me,” I told her. Then she shot a pout at me. I’ll admit it fazed me some, but I was still a little peeved at all the damage control I have to do because of her.

“Well what about me oppa… I really really like you. Do my feelings not count?” she told me. I sighed. I walked up to her and hugged her.

“Look… I care about you Hyomin I really do. I just don’t care about you the same way I care about Aimee.” I told her. Hyomin let go of the hug and I saw some tears falling from her face.

“What does she have that I don’t oppa? I was here longer. I’ve loved you longer.” She told me. Then before I could say anything Hyomin ran off. I’ll admit I felt bad, but I can’t help the way I feel. I just don’t feel that way about Hyomin. I sighed and headed towards the park.

I guess I can wait for Aimee to get off of work.

I quickly got out my phone and sent Aimee a message.

When you get off of work come meet me

At the park by the bakery :)

I’ll be waiting for you so don’t you

dare ditch me.

Aish this Aimee girl seems to have really stolen my oppa’s heart. Well if I can’t have Mir’s heart then she can’t either.

I’ve got a plan… that she’ll ever forget…

[With Aimee]

I was putting up my apron for the day and I checked my phone which was in my bag. Mir had texted me to go see him at the park.

He better have a good explanation.

I put on my sweater and walked down to the park that was down the block from the bakery. There I found Mir swinging by himself. I walked over to him and waved.

“Hi there,” I called to him. He smiled and jumped off the swing so that he would land right in front of me.

“You finally got off of work. I was so lonely with out you,” He told me, pouting. I rolled my eyes and shoved him slightly.

“Quit your joking… explain or I’m leaving. I still have to go cook dinner for Sungyeol,” I told him. His face took a 360 after I said Sungyeol’s name.

“Alright alright… but I wasn’t kidding about missing you,” He told me, leading me towards a nearby bench.

“What happened to Hyomin?” I asked him, “I bet could’ve spent time with her.” He shrugged.

“I guess but it wouldn’t be the same as being with you.” He shot back with a flirty expression. I groaned in frustration.

“Are you going to tell me something important or do I have to leave?” I threatened him, getting annoyed. After all who was he to tell me all of these things when he had some sort of girlfriend?

“Okay sorry… the reason I brought you here was to tell you that Hyomin isn’t my girlfriend. She’s an old childhood friend of mine and she just moved back. I don’t know why she introduced herself as my girlfriend but I can assure you she’s not.” He told me defending himself. I shook my head and breathed in. I looked up at the sky like as if it would clear things up.

“She likes you…that’s why she introduced herself as your girlfriend. She wants to be with you,” I reasoned out, more for myself than for Mir. I just had to sort things out, out loud.

“I don’t like her though… at least not like that,” He told me. I stood up and shrugged.

“Well thanks for clearing that up. I’ve got some dinner to make,” I told him. I waved like as if I was saying goodbye.

“Yah that’s it? I mean I explained this whole situation to you and you’re still thinking about what’s his face?” He exclaimed. I chuckled at his jealousy.

“First off it’s Sungyeol and you know it. Secondly, I told you I needed to go make dinner because I invited him over, and thirdly, you were the one that insisted on explaining everything to me.” I . Mir pouted at me.

“You could at least say something like ‘thanks for clearing that up Mir. I love you’” He theorized. I laughed and poked his forehead.

“In your dreams lover boy… but thanks for clearing that up,” I said hugging him. He hugged me tightly and I waved as I turned to walk away.

“W-wait!” Mir yelled. I turned and tilted my head curiously. “We should go on another date some time,” He told me. I smiled and placed my finger to chin as if I was in deep thought.

“I’ll think about it,” I told him, walking off. It was funny because he stood up and started yelling things at me. He said things like ‘You know you want to’, ‘You better not be replacing me with what’s his face’, and ‘I know that when you’re with him you’re thinking of me.’ I couldn’t help but laugh. Yes, I liked Mir… and times like these only made me surer of it.

So I hope that you guys liked this chapter a lot more than the last one XP still I've got a couple of tricks up my sleeve so keep a look out for those. I really enjoy reading your comments. I'm being 100 percent honest when i say they motivate me...as you can tell by the more frequent updates. Thank you for all my commentees. I know i don't reply to all of them but i do read them.
