Half an hour passed as I was still managing to plan out a bubble map for our science project while Taeyeon was in deep slumber besides me. It seemed as if I was the one serving the detention.

"Taeyeon-ah, wake up," I said as I poked her arm to wake her up. Her head was still buried in her arms on the desk. I poked her again, this time harder.

She didn't move.

I came closer to her and I was able to smell her scent, Taeyeon smells so good, I shook her shoulder.
"Taeyeon-ah? Taengoo? TaeTae?" I lightly called.

"...hmm?" She softly answered. Thank god. "Good you're awake," I smiled. "For a second I thought you died or something." I said.

I thought she was going to make a remark at me but she managed to stay still and quiet. Is she actually sick?

"Sit up, dummy," I said and forced her to recline back on her chair. She looked exhausted. I placed my hand on her forehead and it was really hot.

"Taeyeon-ah, you have a fever!" I worriedly exclaimed while pouting.

"I'm fully aware of that, I'm sure it'll go away," she said.

I stiffly stood there staring at her. Should I take her to the doctors? Hospital? Or take her home? Should I tell Mrs. Lee? Definitely not, she'll then question me about my 'relationship' with Taeyeon.

"Are you s-sure you're okay?" I asked.

She was unresponsive, I became anxious.

"I'm gonna go call Mrs. Lee," I said and got up from my seat when suddenly I felt her hand grab my wrist.

"No, don't," she said, "I only have a couple of minutes left."

She sounded so frail. I made up my mind and decided to sit next to her while we wait.

A few minutes went by and suddenly the door opened.

"Tiffany? What a pleasant surprise." Mrs. Lee smirked.

, she knows something is up with Taeyeon and I.

"Uh....hi," I was too embarrassed to even look at her.

"Why are you in here?" Mrs. Lee asked.

"Taeyeon and I are supposed to be working on a project for Mrs. Nguyen's class but apparently Tae's sick now," I explained.

"Tae?" Mrs. Lee lifted a brow.

"Uh....I meant Taeyeon." I face palmed myself and turned bright red. Mrs. Lee was silently laughing at me, meanwhile Taeyeon just gazed at me.

"Well then, Taeyeon start working on your homework from now on or else you'll keep being in here. You're free now." Mrs. Lee said and left.

I stood up and sighed while turning towards Taeyeon. "How are you going home?" 

She leaned in her chair and sat there like a little child. How adorable, I thought.

"Give me a piggyback ride home, Fany Fany Fany," she said and put out two of her hands towards me.

"WHAT THE ? ARE YOU CRAZY?!" I cursed.

She pouted and whined.

"Piggyback! Piggyback! Piggyback!" She cheerfully said while clapping.

"But, I'm not that strong Taeyeon-ah," I sighed.

"Hey, I'm not that heavy. I'm light as a feather," she proudly said as she smiled.

Gosh, this idiot never fails to make me smile.

In the end, I looked like the idiot here. I was carrying Taeyeon on my back as we walked out of the detention hall. She is definitely not as light as a feather. I was already starting to cramp up as we barely made it down the first flight of stairs.

I managed to walk out of school and people started staring at us. Many people thought that Taeyeon and I hated each other but look at us now, I'm carrying her on my back. So I can imagine why people are looking at us weirdly.

"T-tell me where to g-go," I stuttered as I hauled my feet and bearing her weight.

"Keep on going straight," she whispered and slowly fell asleep on my back.

"WAKE UP ! YOU CAN'T FALL ASLEEP WHILE IM HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME WITH YOU!" I shouted at her but she shushed me. I annoyingly sighed and kept on walking.

I, now, have been walking for around 15 minutes and I honestly wanted to give up carrying her. But after seeing her look so unwell, I didn't drop her yet. I really do need to start going to the gym.
