"Eunjung....what if Jiyeon still lives? And she wants you back?" Hyojoon ask.

Why is he asking that all of a sudden?

It doesn't make me comfortable actually.

"What are you saying? Her car explode right in front of me. I wanted to save her but it's too late." I said.

It's painful everytime I remember that or something reminds me of that.

"Eunjung I'm-"

"Hyojoon-ah, we've been searching for you everywhere"

Hyojoon was about to say something but then he got suddenly interrupted when Inna arrive.

Hyojoon sighed.

"Excuse us" He said and drag Inna away from here.

I know it's none of my business but I just can't help not to be curious about it.

"Mom! Ice cream!" Elsie said showing her ice cream to me.

I just smile at her.

The four of them sat on the bench and happily eat their ice creams.

I have no doubt they're siblings.

They have obvious differences but if you hang out with them even just for few hours you can say that they also have lots of similarities.

"Sweethearts we're going home after you finish that" I said to them.

"I don't want to go home yet" Jiro said

"Me too Mom" Elsie said and give me a pleading look

"I wanna go home now. I'm stinky" Jia said

"We are stinky kids." Evan agrees.

"No we're not stinky!" Elsie and Jiro said at the same time.

"Mom! Oppa said we're stinky kids!" Elsie said.

Heol.

"Honey you don't stink but still...we need to go home now. You have done enough playing for the day. You even skip your class for it" I said

Jiro and Elsie pout while Jia and Evan is just with their poker face.

I think the twins must switch.

"It was Uncle Hyojoon's fault" Elsie said.

"What? Why me?"

I look behind me and saw Hyojoon standing there.

Since when he was there?

"Uncle Hyojoon take us to the mall so we can't be in class" Elsie said.

"No! It's not her fault! It's your fault!" Jia said.

This kid is quite a fighter too.

"Hey, kids. It's nobody's fault. Finish your ice cream now. No fighting" Hyojoon said in a very serious tone of voice.

The kids just stop and eat silently.

Hays.

"Is everything ok? Did Inna get mad at you for bringing the kids here?" I ask Hyojoon.

Like I said, it's not my business but I'm still curious.

"Hmm. Yes, she gets mad....but not because of that. It's some other thing. She found out that I'm marrying you" He said.

"Oh so she got jealous. It's another reason why I can't marry you" I said but he suddenly laugh.

What surprise me is that he suddenly cup my face and stand closer to me.

CLOSER!

"My relationship with her doesn't work that way. She's still my step-sister....kids get in the car." He said and turn to the kids.

What just happen?!!!

For few seconds I think I just stop breathing.

And that voice.....

...sounds like someone I know

Someone I really know.

But....

It's still can't be.

It's not possible.

They're different!

It can't be.

"MOM!"

I get back to my senses when I heard the kids calling me.

I didn't notice that they're all inside the car already.

I immediately get in the front seat and found Hyojoon laughing at me.

"Nothing funny" I said and rolled my eyes on him.

"Wear your seatbelt" He said and start leaning closer.

GOODNESS!

Before he gets closer I immediately wear my seatbelt on my own.

I did struggle a little bit coz I'm panicking but I still manage to do it.

I look at Hyojoon who is just staring at me with that smile on his face.

"What?" I said raising an eyebrow to her.

"Nothing." He said and giggle.

Arghh!

He's lucky the kids are here or else I might throw him out of this car.

"Just drive Park Hyojoon" I said.

"As you wish" He said and wink at me before he start driving.

Gosh what is wrong with him?!

And..

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME TOO???!!

Hyojoon was driving but I feel like we're not moving at all seeing cars passing by and EVEN THE BICYCLE RUNS FASTER THAN HIS CAR!!

"Hey is there something wrong with your car?" I ask.

"Mwo? What are you talking about? The car is perfectly fine" He said and I frown.

With that I figured that he's doing this on purpose!

"Yah! Drive a little faster!" I said and hit his arm.

"Sshhh. Stop distracting the driver. We have kids with. This is just fine" He said while focusing in front.

I ruffled my hair in frustration.

This guy is unbelievable!

I check the kids and found them watching something on the tablet.

No wonder they're quiet at the back.

I sit quietly too since arguing with this guy would lead us to nowhere.

It's already night when we reach my house because our driver drives like a turtle!

I get out of my car and slam the door really hard.

I'm pissed with the owner of this car!

"Hey careful baby" He said and that made me look at him with a frown.

"What? I just said careful WITH MY baby. You don't need to slam the door like you want to break it" He said and smile at me.

"Evan Elsie get inside the house now" I said and turn my back on Hyojoon.

Oh my gosh!

I had been hearing things wrongly.
