Amber’s POV

“Lennard and I were best buddies before I left.”

I squeeze the file harshly.

“Why is he coming?” I asked.

“For now I don’t know his intentions. But I’ll have the boys watch him close.”

I sigh.

That woman must have sent him. My only buddy I had besides my sister.

“No matter what don’t get fooled by him.” I look up at Yuri.

Her eyes were serious.

“Just because your sister is no longer here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a punishment if you do something horrible.” I look at Jessica.

I chuckle.

 “I know.”

We all start eating again. I finish my plate deviously.

“Yiyun.” I look over at Krystal.

She was on the verge of tears.

I rub her head.

“You know that I will be the most disappointed.” She said.

I look at Yuri and Jessica.

They both nod.

I look back at Krystal.

“I also know that. I won’t try to do anything.”

For now I won’t.

I won’t make move.

“Alright then, looks like it’s time for us to go.” I look at Yuri. I smile at her.

“Thanks for coming.” I said. We all get up.

“Hey if your cooking, I’m coming anytime.” We laugh at Yuri.

I hand her back the file looking at the photo for the last time.

We all walk to the front door. Krystal was of course hugging my waist and I wrapped my right arm around her shoulders.

Yuri and Jessica put their shoes on.

“Goodnight you two.” Yuri unnie said. I nod.

“Good night to you as well.” I said. They walk out and I close the door.

I bite my upper lip.

“Am.” Krystal mumbled.

I raise my eyebrows and looked down at her.

Her eyes were glistering.

I chuckle.

“Hey don’t be sad. I won’t do anything to harm you, your sister and Yuri.”

She smiles and nods.

“Now let’s go clean up.”

She nods again.

We both let go and go to the table and grab all the plates. I throw the bones away and hand her the plates. She starts washing them. After I finish, I get our bags and put it on the kitchen island.

Krystal had just finished. She wiped her hands.

“Homework time.” I said excitedly.

She frowned.

2 HOURS LATER…

“So when you replace the x coordinate you’ll have your y-value, understand?” She nods tiredly.

I suddenly yawn and stretch my arms.

“Oh, I’m getting tired.” I said while yawning.

“Me too.” She mumbled. We put away our homework and I place our bags on the ground near the entrance.

I walk back to the bed not forgetting to close all the lights. I lie down on my bed and cover my body with my blanket.

“Am.” She mumbled.

I chuckle.

I open my left arm and she comes over almost on top of me and hugs my waist. Her head lands on my shoulder and I wrap my right arm around her waist.

“You have practice?” She asked tiredly.

“No. The whole school is going to cheer for the volleyball team tomorrow so, no practice.”

I feel her nod on my shoulder.

I kiss her head.

“Night Princess.”
