It has been a fortnight since her brother along with the Scorpius and Sol army left, she did not know what was going on across the sea but she knew soon she would have news. Every passing day is like a year to her, she is restless without any news.

She sighs and starts walking around her chambers, the sun was setting high on the sky when she decided it was time to leave her private quarters. She needed to find Krystal and maybe distract herself in a conversation with her sister in law.

She has so many questions for Krystal but she doubts the other girl would answer all her curious filled questions.

Her guards stayed behind her as she walked out of her quarters and walked towards the court, she wanted to find lady Krystal but she knew that she would need to hold court and hear her people out now that the king was gone.

"My queen" one of the more closer advisers of her husband greeted her as she walked in the court "your people wish to speak with you my queen"

She smiles and nods "I will hold court for this afternoon" she says as she began walking towards the throne room.

Her husband held court once every fortnight to be able to stay connected and hear his people's wants and needs.

The afternoon was going rather fast until a question striked something within her

"My queen, we are fearful.. we do not feel safe around the castle your majesty" a woman whom held her small child close to her spoke

Chaerin frowned she knew it was her fault that they didn't feel safe with their king imprisoned "our king will be back, I promise he will,, we are doing everything possible for his safety return" she spoke but the woman shook her head

"I know my queen, I know our king will be back but what we fear are the creatures in the sky"

Chaerin felt a pain in her chest

"We are afraid they could eat a child or harm an elderly"

Chaerin understood "I understand but I assure you Drago and Viery would never harm someone, they are feed regularly so nothing of that sort happens"

"When will the dragons go back your majesty?"

"I am unsure, first we need to rescue our king then we will decide what will be done with the dragons"

She felt bad for referring to them getting rid of the wonderful creatures but she understands the fear of the people as well, they weren't used to the massive flying creatures.

When she was done, she ran into her sister in law when she was heading back to her quarters.

"My queen" Krystal spoke as she walked closer towards Chaerin

"lady Krystal, I was looking for you"

"How can I help?"

"I have a few questions that I am hoping you will clear up" Chaerin admits

"What kind of questions?"

Chaerin tells her to follow her to her private chambers where they could have tea and lemon cakes while they talked without interruptions.

"The lands witch spoke to me before everything happened, she told me something that I am uncertain of and I want you to clear it for me" she admitted

Lady Krystal frowned "did she speak of Lady Jung?"

"Lady Jung?" She questions more confused

Krystal sighs "sip your tea my queen, it's a rather long story"

Chaerin only looked at her more curious and anxious for her to carry on.

"Many years ago, before you were born there was lady named Jessica Jung.. a very pretty girl whom two boys fell in love with, one with pure intentions and the other one with lustful intentions"

"My husband and King Yong"

"Yes" Krystal confirmed

"You see in a vampires life, this is what we are" she paused to explained to her "us with red eyes are called vampires.. we each get a soulmate, our mate for life but before we meet our mate we also encounter our temptress, well the boys do, we lady's are loyal to only one" Krystal added

"My brother and King Yong share the almost same taste, my brother's mate is king yong's temptress and king yong's mate is my brother's temptress.. king Yong denied my brother of his mate many years ago" she admits

"Me? This has happened before?"

Krystal shakes her head "Lady Jung was believed to be my brothers mate but King Yong murdered her, it was brutal.. that is why Scorpius and Dragon's land are not in good terms" Krystal looks into her eyes "I believe that the reason you are here today is because fate has chosen to give my brother a chance at happiness and a lesson for King Yong
