Yoongi watched Jin Ae climb up to her roof top house. He was unable to get some sleep so had decided to go out for a stroll and maybe get some inspiration, that's when he found Jin Ae across the street and called her, slowing becoming her shadow and following her. 

But just when he was about to ask Jin Ae to turn around and surprise her he was greeted with the news of Namjoon proposing to her and suddenly it seemed like the whole world came crashing down on him.

"Maybe I will become the one of ones who will never get to tell you the things buried in his heart.

Because our timing never matches."

With the Moon slowly hiding itself from the light red sky, Yoongi dragged himself till the dorm. He wasn't in a state to register anything going around him, not even the stars which disappeared into the vault like Heaven. The sky slowly painted itself red while Yoongi remained stuck in the world with no colors. He slowly climbed onto his bed and collapsed there in mere seconds.

Disappointment, pain and sadness cradled him to sleep. The specs of first light seeping through the window enlightened his sharp facial features but it also revealed the trail of dried tears left behind. That trail of tears would remain like invisible scars for the rest of his life, because every night those scars would be revisited.

 He was broken.

Completely.

Jin Ae and Namjoon twisted and turned in their respective beds, their hearts pacing at the unadorned thought of each other. One eager to know the answer to his honest confession, the other eager to reply her answer along with her identity. 

The morning was quick to come, Jin Ae spurred up and sat on her bed as her alarm went off. The events of last night which had put her in a bliss now bought fear. How was she going to reveal herself to Namjoon was the big question.

Jin Ae groaned out of frustration, hitting the pillow to her face but just then her cellphone pinged.

NAMJOON: Good Morning :)

Jin Ae smiled reading the message but the next message she got put her at ease immediately.

NAMJOON: You don't have to break your head and hurry to give me an answer. I'm a very patient man ;) Take your time...

Jin Ae smiled reading the message because she knew no one in the world was as impatient as Namjoon. The guy couldn't even wait 2 minutes for ramen to be cooked before gulping it down.

Replying back with a simple 'Good morning to you too' message, Jin Ae kept the phone aside and proceeded with her daily routine of getting ready for college.

Walking in her usual way to college it seemed like the autumn flowers by the roadside smiled at her, the stares which usually had her lower her head didn't bother her. Today the world seemed a little brighter, colorful and happier. 

With a huge smile on her face Jin Ae stepped into her class.

"You seem happy today" - a whisper into Jin Ae's ear startled her making her drop the books she was carrying.

"You scared me!" - Jin Ae complained, her hand calming her heart while Jeo Seung just stood there grinning at her scared expression.

"Let me help you" - Jeo Seung cheekily replied bending down and picking up the fallen books.

"Don't expect me to thank you for this" - Jin Ae sneered, snatching the books away from Jeo Seung.

"And now you seem pissed" - Jeo Seung teased making Jin Ae roll her eyes.

Jin Ae walked towards her seat with Jeo Seung quietly following her and taking the seat next to her which belonged to Namjoon.

"So how's your week going on? You seem pretty relaxed these days, nothing troubling you ?" - Jeo Seung bombarded Jin Ae with questions and for the first time Jin Ae was surprised because Jeo Seung was that one person who always knew what was bothering her without her telling him and would always land up giving her advise but here he was asking her how her week went. Was it some kind of joke he was trying to play on her ?

"Is something going on Jeo Seung? Something I need to be aware of ?" - Jin Ae questioned back looking directly into Jeo Seung's black eyes with a confused expression.

"Well depends... how would I know anything without you telling me?" - Jeo Seung gave a snarky reply but Jin Ae caught the slight hesitation in his voice. It seemed like Jeo Seung wanted to ask Jin Ae something but was holding himself back.

"Well for starters, you always seem to know what's going on in my life so it comes off as a shocker that you are asking me about all this" - Jin Ae replied, slowly trying to get Jeo Seung to spill out the beans.

"Haha you have a wild imagination but nevertheless it's just that I'm hardly seeing you outside so I wondered if everything was alright?" - Jeo Seung questioned with the expressionless face he always had.

"What are you talking about Jeo Seung? I'm always outside working in the cafe. You stopped visiting there." - Jin Ae answered with a puzzled expression. Coming to think about it, Jeo Seung had really gone MIA for the past few weeks. There was no news about him neither did he have friends who would lookout for him and with Jin Ae been busy with Yoongi and Namjoon for the past few weeks there was no one to ask about Jeo Seung's whereabouts.

"Ahhh you are right." - Jeo Seung gave a half chuckle, almost as if he was laughing at his own stupid question.

"Are you alright? You seem really off" - Jin Ae now asked with concern. 

"Yeah. I'm fine" - Jeo Seung replied getting up from his place.

"What's that?" - Jin Ae asked her fingers pointing towards Jeo Seung's neck. Jin Ae could see some kind of black mark etched onto the back of his neck.

"It's nothing" - Jeo Seung replied straightening his collar - "See you later" - with that Jeo Seung left the class hurriedly.
