Washing her face, Jin Ae couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of sadness. Jin Ae didn't know the source of this sadness but one thing she knew was that it was very painful. So painful that no words could describe it.

Trying to brush it off, Jin Ae slowly walked out of the washroom. As she was walking back to the backstage, she heard a low whimpering sound. She turned around to see from where it was coming but couldn't find the source of it. Thinking it was her mind playing tricks on her, Jin Ae started to walk away but stopped when she heard that sound again. She turned around one last time, one last time before she gave up on that voice.

She took a quick glance around and stood frozen to the ground when she was able to spot the person in desperate need of help.

"Yoongi -shi?" - Jin Ae rushed to Yoongi's side, who was fallen on the floor like a person with no life.

"Yoongi shi, are you alright?!" - Jin Ae lightly shook Yoongi.

Yoongi just blinked his eyes in response , unable to do anything else.

"Stay here, I'll call manager oppa." - Jin Ae said, getting ready to sprint but stopped when Yoongi caught her arm.

"Don't leave me alone please." 

As soon as Jin Ae heard this plea and saw the desperate glint in Yoongi's eye, she saw herself.

The 8 year old Jin Ae who had the same look in her eyes, who had said the exact same words 'Don't leave me alone please' to her heartless mother, who nevertheless walked out of her life with no guilt.

A tear drop fell on the floor,

followed by another one.

The two tear drops shinned like diamonds on the jet black  floor.

Both Jin Ae and Yoongi had unknowingly let a tear drop on the floor, they had unknowingly showed each other a vulnerable part of themselves. Whether they cried due to the pain of their own scars or because of the pain they saw in each other's eyes was still left unanswered.

The trans in which these two were caught soon broken when they heard a staff approaching them.

"Omg, are you alright?" - the staff approached Yoongi who just nodded his head and with the help of the staff was back on his feet.

"Your performance is going to start in 5 minutes, you need to leave now. Let's go "  - the staff dragged Yoongi away with him, leaving Jin Ae all by herself.

Jin Ae took few seconds to get a grip on herself.

"Yoongi...."

" Yah! Where were you!?" - Haru questioned Jin Ae.

"Me.. I was just... I was in the washroom" - Jin Ae replied, she didn't want to make the situation she encountered something huge.

"Oh alright, it's starting!" - Haru got distracted by the announcement of BTS performing next unaware of the turmoil going on in Jin Ae's mind.

Soon BTS made their way on the stage, hyping all their fans including Haru. But Jin Ae was shocked, the person who was on the ground just a few minutes back was now standing on stage with a smile on his face like nothing ever happened.

The whole room cheered for their idols, it buzzed with people excited to see their idols, people were happy, unaware about the fake smiles that were greeting them, unaware of the sadness their idols carried on their shoulders, unaware of the pain and struggles their idols had to go through to stand on this stage. They would never truly get to know their idols.

As these thoughts crossed Jin Ae's mind, she couldn't help but wonder, would she ever get to know their true selves but she herslef hadn't shown her true self.

It had been a week since Jin Ae met Namjoon and the others on their showcase. The week was very agonizing for Jin Ae as several things had kept her mind pre occupied, most of it being Yoongi. She now sensed something off about Yoongi. But Yoongi wasn't the only concern Jin Ae had. The little girl who had appeared in her dream few weeks back had returned and co incidentally it was right after her encounter with Yoongi. But what's frustrating was that the little girl still hadn't shown her face nor had revealed her name. Every night it was the same dream, a dream where all Jin Ae was supposed to do was catch the girl which she never could.

Namjoon on the other hand had been busy with his tightly packed schedule which gave him no time to breath or sleep but that hadn't kept his mind from wandering off, wandering off to Jin Ae. How she smiled, how she slept, her weird talks and habits. She was slowly taking over his mind and Namjoon gladly allowed it,unknowingly.

She was slowly becoming his escape route from the torturous life.

"Sleepyhead" - Jeo Seung called out, hitting Jin Ae's head with a piece of paper.

"Ahhh let me sleep please, I haven't slept properly in weeks." - Jin Ae whined.

"Well I would have let you but since I'm such a nice friend, I thought I would let you know that the classes for today are done and that you have slept for 2 hours straight." - Jeo Seung with a grin.

"What!" - Jin Ae jolted up - " The classes are done ?" 

"Yeah, didn't you get the message yesterday that the classes would end an hour early today?"

"Ahhhhhhhh " - Jin Ae nodded her.

"You didn't check your phone, did you?" 

"No" - Jin Ae let out an embarrassed giggle.

"Anyways, I have got something for you" 

"What is it?" - Jin Ae asked raising an eyebrow.
