THREE DAYS LATER

Lee Hayi is currently on her way to the YGE cafeteria to grab a quick bite to eat before her meeting with her manager. Once she got there she saw Suhyun and Chanhyuk seated at a table.

As usual, Chanhyuk was strumming his guitar. Suhyun on the other hand, was busy eating. She got her food and went to their table.

"Hey, guys." Hayi greeted the siblings. "Can I join you?"

"Unnie! Sure." Suhyun answered with a smile.

Chanhyuk just smiled at her and continued strumming.

"Is that a new song, Chanhyuk?" she asked.

"Nope. I'm just playing around."

Hayi smiled. "So meaning, it's not yet a new song but it will be?"

"Hopefully." He smiled. "Maybe we can do a collab?"

"I'm game." Hayi responded. "You know, I'm always up for a new stage."

"What about me?" Suhyun pouted.

"Aisht. Stop pouting." Chanhyuk admonished his younger sister. "You have sauce on your lips."

Suhyun blushed and promptly wiped with a napkin.

"But, seriously, I miss performing." Hayi confessed.

"Me too, unnie." Suhyun nodded sadly. It's been a while since they last promoted. They were all itching for a comeback. "We're meeting our manager today, so we're hoping it'll bring some good news."

"Really? Me too." Hayi said. "Do you think, we'll be collaborating? Is it just one song? Or maybe a whole album?"

"I hope it's a whole album." Suhyun responded. "That would be so great, wouldn't it oppa?"

"It would be great but I think we should just wait and see." Chanhyuk's voice of reason brought the two girls down the girl's excitement "Hey, I'm not saying it's impossible but I think it's just better if we don't get our hopes up. That way we won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen."

Hayi nodded seeing the wisdom in Chanhyuk's words. She picked up her chopsticks to continue eating when she saw a YG staff approach their table.

The three of them greeted the staff who only smiled.

"What's going on, noona?" Chanhyuk asked seeing the cameras following the staff.

The staff handed an envelope to Chanhyuk and another one to Hayi. She then stepped aside as Soohyun asked Chanhyuk and Hayi to open their envelopes.

"Dear Akdong Musician" Chanhyuk started reading. "Thank you for your hard work! I appreciate all your contributions to YGE. As a reward.." He stopped reading and looked as Hayi.

Hayi nodded at him and read hers continuing from where Chanhyuk left off. "I'm sending you on a three-day vacation to Jeju!"

Suhyun grabbed the card from her brother, "Pack your bags and get ready to have fun. I hope you come back from this trip not only with a closer bond with the rest of the family but also with lessons gleaned from your sunbaenims' experience. It is my wish that you use this time to get to know each other and help each fuel each other's passions more."

Hayi, "All the best. YG."

"Aaaaaaah!!!" Hayi and Suhyun screamed. "We're going on vacation!"

Chanhyuk smiled indulgently at the girls. He turned to the camera, "They're excited. So am I. I just keep it inside me better." He confessed. "Do you know who else is coming?"
