Hana met eyes with Daehyun. She saw his eyes were red and filled with pain, guilt, and regret. As much as it pained to see him like this, she couldn’t disregard the fact that Soojin still had the ability to make him feel like this and it only made her heart hurt even more.

Daehyun didn’t want Hana to see him like this. He couldn’t shake off all the feelings that he had built up. He was so sure he had moved on from Soojin, and he did, except now that he knew the truth, he realized that they could’ve still been something. Daehyun didn’t want to think about this any longer. 2 weeks passed by the last time Daehyun and Hana saw each other. Hana tried to call him many times but he never picked up. She messaged him as well but he wouldn’t answer her back. Daehyun wasn’t trying to avoid Hana. He was trying to sort out his feelings and thoughts.

As Hana sat on her stool, staring at her empty canvas, thoughts of her constant rejection from art museums frustrated her.
