Looking at her looking at me with such disbelieve in her eyes hurts me more than I imagined. I’ve prepared for six years to welcome this day. The day I know one day will come inevitably.

“It’s been a while.” I find my voice in the end.

Took her a while to gather her thoughts. “Yes, welcome. Please come in.” She opens the door for me to let me inside the class.

I stand stupidly in the middle of the class, trying to get a sense of what just happened. Then I see a huge mess at the end of the classroom. “Is that his doing?” I approach a huge red spot with the writing ‘you ’ which I believe as my son’s deed.

To be honest, what my son did actually disserved a punishment. Not just the mess he created, but also the language. A six years old should not use those kind of words.

I turn around to see her, those blue eyes still mesmerizing as always. A funny sinking feeling in my stomach come again. “Mr. Cho. Is that how you will address me now?”
