Love Bites

Love Bites

Chapter 14

Jaejoong was scared, scared because he didn't know what to do. He didn't know whether to text Yuri or to simply just forget about her. She was Yunho's ex and he felt bad enough as it is for even asking for her number. Jaejoong was lying down on the sofa since it was a Sunday afternoon and thought of maybe getting a coffee or something, just as friends. Taking in a deep breath, Jaejoong closed his eyes and then blew it out before pressing on Yuri's name, 'Just as friends. That's not wrong, is it? I mean, he dumped her so friends isn't a crime, right?' Jaejoong thought.

'Hey, it's me, Jaejoong. I was wondering if maybe you would want to.' Jaejoong typed into his phone but shook his head. Not too formal and boring.

'Hey, this is Jae from the festival. Want to grab a...?' Jaejoong shook his head again. This was too rude and to straightforward.

'Hi, I know it might be a late notice but want to grab some coffee?' Jaejoong smiled a little at that and without thinking twice, he sent the message. Once he did, he put his phone down on the table. God, he needed to talk to Yeonseok about this. Knowing him, he would be able to give him some advice about women since he seemed good at it. Nodding at the idea, Jaejoong stood up before going to the kitchen to grabbed a bottle of water.

Yuri was busy, biting her dark red lips as she was laying down on her bed. Why did she give him her number? Luckily, she gave him the number of her old phone so he didn't get suspicious at the exact same number. As Yuri was playing around with her phone, she felt it vibrate which causes her to jump a little. Yuri checked the message and when she saw the name, her eyes instantly widened and threw the phone onto the bed before standing up accidentally, hitting her head against the headboard of the top bunk, causing her to groan, catching Hyoyeon's attention.

Hyoyeon jumped down from the top bunk and touched Yuri's head, "Be careful Yul. Jesus, you are so stupid."

Yuri wasn't really thinking well as she kept staring at the phone on the foot of her bed. Confused, Hyoyeon followed her gaze towards her phone before running towards it, "No, Hyo." Yuri said, eyes wide opened.

Hyoyeon grabbed the phone before Yuri and as Yuri whined, trying to pry it off of her, Hyoyeon saw the message and instantly had a look of worry, "Yul."

"I haven't even read it yet, Hyo." Yuri defended, as she stole her phone back before reading the message. Sitting down on the bed, Yuri re-read the message over and over again. She felt a light flutter in her stomach and instantly, she felt like typing yes over and over before running to him and having the best day of her life but she knew she couldn't do that, she couldn't since it wasn't proper and the situation was hectic. Yuri looked up at Hyoyeon, seeing her arms crossed. She knew what her friend/sister was going to say and sighed heavily, intertwining her hands together and leaning her forehead on them, "Look Hyo..."

"No Yul, this is too risky. I don't want to ruin your happiness, that is far from what I ever want to do. I just...I don't want you to get hurt and I don't want you to have to feel insecure about this." Hyoyeon said gently, before sitting down next to her sister, wrapping an arm around her shoulders. She saw Yuri's gaze on the phone, her eyes shinning with happiness, yet her face crinkled with worry and uncertainty. Sighing, Hyoyeon knew her friend wanted an answer, any help or guidance but she knew Yuri wanted to hear words like 'It will be okay' or 'I'm sure everything will fall into place'. However, Hyoyeon didn't want to fill her head with fake lies and empty promises. She wanted Yuri to be happy and if it requires her to enhance this second relationship between Jaejoong and the female Yuri then so be it.

Standing up, Hyoyeon outstretched her hand. Yuri saw this and looked up at her friend with doubt in her eyes. Hyoyeon merely smiled and grabbed Yuri's hand before pulling her up. She then walked towards the wardrobe and pulled out a coral color point collar, front button closure, three-quarter roll-tab sleeve BCX juniors' belted knee-length dress. Yuri was confused before realization hit her, "Hyo?"

Smiling, Hyoyeon huffed as she swirled the hanger, making the dress fly around gently, "Well, aren't you going to reply and get ready?"

Yuri gave a big smile as she ran towards Hyoyeon and embraced her tightly. She then took in a deep breath before slowly letting it out and grabbing her phone. Yuri smiled as she typed happily, trying to ignore the worry in her mind and focus on the happy sensations in her belly. Yuri thought for a while before sending it.

Jaejoong was tapping his foot repeatedly on the marble of the kitchen floor with the water bottle almost finished in his hand, his anxiousness making him sweat a little. However, when he heard that ring, he quickly ran towards the sofa and picked up the phone, his thumb was shaking to press the open button so he closed his eyes and pressed read. He then slowly opened his eyes and when he read the message, he had a massive grin on his face as he jumped, laughing a little. God, he wished he could tell Yeonseok this. If he wanted to share this moment of joy with anybody, it would be him. He read the message over again, and for some reason, he couldn't help but get a warm and fuzzy feeling in his stomach.

'Okay. Meet me at four outside the Hello Kitty café.'

Jaejoong smiled as he typed back.

'Okay, see you then.'

Jaejoong let out a deep breath as he punched the air before going to get ready to meet up with Yuri. God, if only Yeonseok was here he could help ease his nerves. On Monday, he had make sure to talk to Yeonseok.

Yuri finally got into her outfit and as she looked into the mirror, she felt oddly weird. Before, no matter how girly she was, it would feel the same to her. She wouldn't think too much of it. However, after two months straight from wearing nothing but male clothing and suddenly putting on something so feminine made her feel in a way subconscious about her body, not only that but she never really understood how feminine clothes could be so different, so seductive. Even though she was pretending to be a guy, she still was surrounded by males only and now, seeing herself with such femininity, it shocked her. Imagine how actual guys feel when they suddenly see a girl dressed so nicely, something out of the norm for them.

Since it was cold, she couldn't wear the dress Hyoyeon so desperately wanted her to wear. Instead, she wore a pair of bright white straight-leg tummy-control jeans, a blazing blue charter club elbow-sleeve boat neck pima cotton tee shirt with a bright white tommy hilfiger utility shirt jacket, along with black michael kors boerum sneakers. She left her hair out and curl, however, she did shake it a little so it wasn't messy but it gave that independent look to it. She then had on some eyeliner, mascara and cherry red lips gloss which made her lips shine more than give her colour. Hyoyeon looked over her and smiled before winking, "He's going to drool just looking at you Yul. Damn, your hot. Both when you are a boy and girl." Hyoyeon said, giggling.

"Why, thank you Hyo." Yuri said, giggling along with her friend, "I definitely don't mind putting you in this outfit to show it off to Hyukjae Oppa."

"That ert?" Hyoyeon asked, crossing her arms and huff, "No way would I ever wear something like that for a ert as him. Plus, I'm dating you, aren't I?"

"Well Hyo, I could easily dump you and then you can run into Hyukjae Oppa's arms and say 'Oh, wo de ai'." Yuri said, copying Hyukjae's horrible Chinese accent. She then felt a pillow hit her head and laughed as she saw a fuming Hyoyeon.

"Yul. You better start running." Hyoyeon said, watching Yuri laugh as she jumped down the stairs. She followed and saw Yuri run out the front door, shouting "Love you Hyo!"

"I know Yul. I love you, too. Just be careful." Hyoyeon said, and knew that her words were on deaf ears but she couldn't help but worry. After all, Yuri is her only sister.

Jaejoong was waiting outside the café. He had on a pair of black levi's 550 relaxed fit jeans with a chain going from the front pocket to the back, along with a navy classic-fit pique polo shirt and then a levi's relaxed trucker jacket on top. He looked down at the ground, seeing his black converse all stars sneaker and kicked the pavement a little as he put his hands in his pockets. He then turned and saw dark brown hair and smiled before feeling as if he was hit by an angel. He looked closely and knew for sure it was Yuri. Slowly, Jaejoong started walking towards her, trying hard not to drool, 'Okay, just stay calm Jaejoong, stay calm.'

Yuri wasn't doing much better either. Her heart was thumping and her cheeks were red as she noticed how the leather jacket suited him so perfectly and god, the way the cold defined his jaw and his smile, god his smile. Yuri slowed down as she got neared him and finally, smiled as they were face to face.

Jaejoong looked her up and down once before smiling, "Hi." He said shyly, 'Great. You are doing really well. Keep it up, you !'

"Hi." Yuri said, smiling back as she fiddled with her fingers.

"Want to go in?" Jaejoong asked, scratching the back of his head.

Yuri kept her smile on as she nodded and walked in front, not knowing that it allowed Jaejoong to inspect her , making him groaned a little. God, she was amazing. Her size was perfect and...how the could Yunho dump her?! Not womanly enough, my ! She was more of a woman than any other girl he had ever met. Jaejoong walked in after her, cursing himself a little for not opening the door for her. A waitress came in and offered them to sit in a table that had two chairs, one on each side and with the menus in their hands, they smiled and bowed politely. For a moment, there was awkward silence until Yuri decided to break it first, "So...uh, how are you?"

"I'm okay, busy."

"Busy with what?" Yuri asked, smiling.

Shrugging, Jaejoong answered, "School, basketball and training my best friend."

"Oh, what do you help him train with?" Yuri asked smiling, hearing how he dubbed her male self as a best friend, "He's a newbie to the school. You know him, Kwon Yeonseok. He went to Neunggok and said he saw you around. I'm just training him so he can get better in gym." Jaejoong said, smiling back.

"Oh...uh, yeah, I know Yeonseok Oppa. He's a nice guy." 'At least I think.'

"Yeah, he is. He's very different from other guys. He's a really nice friend but he's going out with your sister, isn't he? That Hyoyeon girl?" Jaejoong said, smiling.

Yuri nodded and then looked down at the menu. She wanted to change the subject in case she made a mistake and quickly took off her leather jacket instantly, knowing it was going to call his attention which it did.

Jaejoong saw Yuri take off her jacket and instantly, his eyes went from her face to her chest, 'Damn Yunho, what the was wrong with you?!' Jaejoong thought, and hated acting like this around women. He never liked to be like Hyukjae but he was a guy, not to mention, it was the prime time where he would get most of all and with his demon heritage, it didn't help that he could smell arousal and enticing aromas than just using the eyes. Quickly, he looked down at his menu and heard her voice.

"So, why did you want to hang out? I mean...you know, with the circumstances that we met in?" Yuri asked, and sincerely wanted to know why he was so interested in her when she dated his best friend, it just didn't make any senses.

Jaejoong thought for a moment as he put down the menu. He then crossed his arms and placed them on the table, "I guess it's just that you interests me. I feel that something about you is different, something unique from other girls and I don't care if you dated Yunho or not. I think we can still be friends and maybe meet up during the weekends or something. I mean, my roommate always visits your sister and his family so we can hang out in the dorm every now and then." Jaejoong said, feeling at least a little hopeful that maybe, just maybe, Yuri would say yes even if she friend zoned him. He just felt drawn to her and knew that, just like Yeonseok, maybe he could have a close friendship with her.

Yuri was shocked to say the least. He was practically stating how he didn't care about the situation between her and Yunho. He merely just wanted to hang out with her, to the point he indirectly asked for her to hang out in the dorm she shared with him as Yeonseok but could she tried on such dangerous territory? Could she seriously try and maybe, hopefully, be closer to him not as Yeonseok but as Yuri? Was it possible to do that without falling for him even more than she already has? No, she knew that if she got closer to him, she would undoubtfully have high expectations as she had done with Yunho. Except, once the truth is told, he will have a valid reason to forget and break all ties with her. Yuri was confused but knew that she would rather have closure with him as a girl for a while than to never enjoy time with him as herself and regret it.

"I had like that but I don't want to bump into Yunho or anything." Yuri said, smiling.

"Don't worry about it. Right now, I want to punch him."

"Why is that?" Yuri asked, laughing.

"Because he dumped someone as beautiful as you."

Yuri gasps silently as her laughter died down. God, was he making it harder for her to not fall for him. Suddenly, however, they heard a very annoying shriek which causes both people to groan!

"Well well well, if it isn't little Yuri, hanging out with my man." Seohyun said, with her usual friends at the back, following her every move.

"What do you want Seohyun? I'm trying to have a conversation with my friend." Yuri said, sighing as she glared at her.

"Seo, I'm not your boyfriend and for the final time, you had already chosen who you wanted so stop being so damn annoying and leave!" Jaejoong said, growling lightly.

Seohyun tsked as she shook her head, "Oh, but Jae baby..."

Jaejoong growled even more, causing bystanders to hear, "Seo, leave or I will force you. I told you the exact same thing two months ago and I will do it again."

Frowning, a waitress came over, "Is anything the matter here? Please, if you have a quarrel, leave."

"This isn't over Jae baby." Seohyun said, and grabbed his chin, moving her face closer to his, "You will be mine again."

"Over my dead body." Jaejoong said, throwing her hand off of him.

Yuri wanted so badly to just beat the crap out of her! How dare she treat such a nice guy as Jaejoong like that? But most of all, she wanted her to leave him alone because she was jealous, jealous that she couldn't be that close, jealous that she couldn't ever be like how he and Seohyun were.

Seohyun merely sighed and walked over to Yuri before looking closely, "Enjoy being with my man as much as you can Yuri because this will be the last."

Jaejoong growled again, and Seohyun took that as her queue to leave.

Sighing angrily, Jaejoong turned to Yuri, "I'm so sorry about that Yuri." His voice was much calmer and his eyes softer.

"It's okay. I get that a lot in Neunggok."

"I'm still sorry though. It's just that she was..."

"I know, Yeonseok Oppa told Hyo and Hyo told me." Yuri said, not wanting to hear the words girlfriend come out of his lips.

"Oh, okay. Well, where do you want to go after this?"

Yuri thought for a moment before smiling, "Um...where I live there, is a basketball court around the back, maybe eight minutes away, you can get a ball and play a game. I have heard that you are the top player and I really want to see you. Not to mention, it's kind of cold so it might warm us up."

Jaejoong was amazed. Many girls he's gone out with, have said that they wanted to go shopping in order for him to buy them things or to the cinema or something fancy but never has a girl ever take into account his interest and passion. Maybe, just maybe, he was right about Yuri, "I had like that." Jaejoong said, smiling.

Yuri smiled back and as they ordered and ate, they began laughing and joking about what was happening in his school and funny incidents that happened, like the gala festival. However, he mainly spoke about Yeonseok which made Yuri happy, knowing that Jaejoong thought so highly of her male side. Soon, after eating and having the bill and since Yuri hated taking advantage of people and with much arguing with Jaejoong, he eventually gave in and they both paid half, half. Yuri, without realizing it, grabbed his hand as she started running. Jaejoong smiled and laughed as he held onto Yuri's. She couldn't help it. She just loved hearing his laugh, loved holding his hand like this without needing it to feel weird or abnormal and by the grip he had on her, she knew he wasn't complaining. Soon, they got to the court and grabbing a ball that were on the stand, both started to play. Jaejoong was there, dribbling the ball and changing it from hand to hand every now and then, "You ready Yuri? Are you sure?" Jaejoong asked, for the final time.

"Hit me with your best shot." Yuri said, laughing.

Jaejoong smirked and before Yuri knew it, all she saw was something running past her and instantly heard the sound of the ball falling into the hoop. Yuri's eyes widened as she turned around. She already knew this as she had seen it many times, however, she had to pretend as if she never knew, "Wow. That was amazing."

Jaejoong laughed and quickly ran towards her, "I showed this to Yeonseok and he managed to throw the ball. Do you want me to teach you?"

"Um...sure." Yuri said, blushing.

Smiling, Jaejoong grabbed the ball and stood behind Yuri, gently placing the ball in between her hands as his hands gently fell onto her hips. Yuri's eyes widened somewhat but nevertheless enjoyed it.

"I'm sorry. Am I making you feel uncomfortable?" Jaejoong said, feeling her tense.

"No, it's fine. It's not you, I'm just cold."

Jaejoong nodded and once again, placed his hands on her hips, "Now, you need to keep your lower half of your body locked as well as your shoulders, then when you bend your knees, make sure to not move your body so much, just keep it at the same stance. Ready?"

Yuri nodded, "Okay, go." Jaejoong said, smiling.

Yuri felt his breath on her neck and accidently threw the ball, causing it to pass the hoop and hit the fence, "It's okay. We will try again." Jaejoong said, making Yuri nod as she saw him run for it before coming back just as quickly as he went. Yuri heard him talk again, but this time, his hands were over her own, on the ball, "Okay, you see the hoop? Measure the distance." Yuri suddenly remembered what he had said the first time he trained her as Yeonseok.

'Okay, you see the hoop? Now, just measure the distance. Don't throw to harshly but don't throw lightly. You need to control your breathing and don't fall victim to thinking that the higher you throw it, the better chances the ball gets into the hoop. It's not like that. The only way it will get in is when you throw the ball and the moment that you feel it leaving your grasps, all your passion and hope flies along with it, your belief that you can do it is the key to winning. If you just close your eyes and believe that you will win and know that deep down, you already are a winner. That is the key to success.'

"The key to success." Jaejoong finished, before seeing Yuri close her eyes. Yuri remembered, remembered how all her vigour was injected in the rubber ball filled with air. She then bent her knees, feeling Jaejoong close to her made her feel happy, made her feel as if she could do anything and she could. With Jaejoong, she felt free, she felt invincible, unlike anything she had ever felt when she was with Yunho. Yuri then gave a small jump and opened her eyes before throwing the ball. She fell back towards the ground as she saw it fly then unlike the first time that it ran around the circle of the hoop, this time, it fell straight in. The ball fell to the ground and just as she remembered, it made the same sound as it bounced once, twice and then simply rolled to her feet.

At that moment, Yuri felt as she had done two months ago. She felt like a winner and more so because Jaejoong was by her side. She started grinning and eventually, was laughing happily as she turned around and without thinking, jumped into Jaejoong's arms, "I...I did it. I did it. Jaejoong Oppa, did you see?" Yuri said, jumping up and down happily.

Jaejoong wrapped his arms tightly around her waist as he buried his nose in her hair, "I did Yuri, I did." He said, smiling as he spun her around happily. Yuri kept laughing and even more so when she felt herself being lifted off the ground.

"Oppa, put me down."

Jaejoong laughed as he placed her back down on the ground. Once he did, he looked into her eyes that oddly looked so much like Yeonseok's. Not only that but the soft features of her eyes, nose, cheeks and the curve of her chin looked remarkably like Yeonseok's. Jaejoong then looked from her eyes to her lips.

Yuri's hands were on his shoulders and her eyes locked with his. She could see his eyes studying her face and was scared for a moment, thinking that maybe he found out who she was. However, when she saw his gaze landing on her lips, she felt her heart beat quicken and her cheeks tinting pink. She felt one hand leave her waist as it ran up her neck and wrapped behind her neck, his thumb gently caressing her skin on her cheek before lightly passing it over the corner of her lips. She then saw his face inch closer. God, did she want this. I mean, he has only seen her as a girl twice, excluding the time when she was with Yunho. Instantly, she stepped back and fiddled with her hands, "Uh...m...maybe we should get going. I...It's getting late."

Jaejoong said nothing other than nodding as he watched her place the ball back. He felt kind of stupid! Of course she wouldn't be ready to go that fast. She had broken up with his best friend two months ago. Not to mention, was he really ready as well? But she was just so tempting and alluring, not to mention, so attractive that it blinded him from thinking of anything and anybody. He had to take it slow with Yuri. I mean, he only wanted them to be friends, right?

Yuri was trying to take a few calming breaths as she put the ball away. What was she about to do? Was she really about to let him kiss her? Did her body actually betray her mind? Of course it did and she had to learn to listen to her mind. She couldn't afford to mess up anything, afford to fall even more harder than she already was. Turning around, she smiled, trying to prevent from showing anything, "We should get going." She said, and looked up at the sky and notice that since it was winter, the hour had gone backwards and the day was much shorter, "Yeah. Mind if I walk you home?" Jaejoong said smiling, trying to hide his own disappointment.

Yuri nodded as she smiled back. Soon, they both were walking slowly to her house. Both silent and none starting a conversation. Jaejoong was merely thinking about how he had lost control back then so easily. He could always control his temper, attitude and arousal around girls but with Yuri, it was different. It was instinctual to just kiss her, to ravish her and to just hug her. Why? Why did he feel such a pull? He needed to desperately talk with Yeonseok about this.

Meanwhile, Yuri was in her own dreamland, thinking about how easily she, herself, had allowed her feelings and emotions get the better of her. She had to be careful next time. Otherwise, it would be much harder in the end to let go. She saw her street and a glimpse of her house and stopped, "Everything okay Yuri?" Jaejoong asked, confused.

"Yeah, my house is just up this street. I can take it from here." Yuri said, smiling.

Jaejoong gave a nod before smiling back and as he was about to walk away, Yuri grabbed his arm and embraced him. Jaejoong was shocked but instantly, placed his arms around her body then heard her whisper, "Thank you so much Oppa. I would love to be friends and we can met up some other time. Bye." And with that, Yuri ran to her house, looking back once as she waved, her hair flowing behind her. She saw him wave back and smiled as she carried on running to her house, whipping her hair a little and as she reached her door, she turned to see Jaejoong's silhouette walking away slowly, however, she did see his arm hit the air and knowing him, she knew that whenever he did that, it was because he was happy, "See you tomorrow, Mr. arrogant." Yuri whispered to herself, and smiled before walking in, "Mom, dad, Hyo, Xiumin, I'm home."

It was Monday and a sighing Yuri was walking up the stairs of the dorm building with her bag, her baggy clothes back on, her wig put in place, her scent concealed with deodorant and perfume and another week ahead. Yuri, however, couldn't help but sigh and be in lala-land, thinking about yesterday. God, it was amazing feeling him hug her, laughing with him, joking around with him and allowing herself to fully embrace her feminine side around him, without needing to care about her voice, actions, body language, words and tone. Everything just came natural to her. However, as she opened the door to the apartment, she saw Jaejoong grinning as he was watching tv, sitting on the sofa, "Hey Mr. aroggant, you are looking awfully happy today."

Jaejoong smiled as he turned to his roommate, "Well, I'm glad you noticed, shorty. I need to talk to you about something. Do you mind?"

"Not at all but hold on." She said, and went to her bunk to placed her bag down on the bed before walking back and sitting down next to him, "So, what you want to talk about?"

Jaejoong sighed and moved forward so his elbows were on his knees, "Well, basically, you remember what I said about that Yunho's ex Yuri?"

Yuri nodded, feigning to know the truth, "Yeah, well, I sorta bumped into her on Saturday."

"Oh okay and?" Yuri said.

Jaejoong sighed as he rubbed his neck, "Well, basically, I asked her for her number and we ended up swapping numbers. Then I was alone on Sunday and I didn't know what to do so I kind of texted her and we met up for the day."

"That's good. So, what did you guys do?" Yuri asked, smiling.

"Well, we ate, bumped into Seo but after that, she decided to play basketball and we did but I kind of got lost in the moment and almost kissed her."

Yuri rose her eyebrows, acting surprised, "Wow...uh, so what exactly do you want to talk to me about?"

"Well, it's just that, when I was with her, I felt this pull in my heart. My body just wanted to kiss her, to hold her, to punch Yunho for hurting her but then, because of Yunho, I don't want to get involved with her because."

"You don't date your best friend's ex."

"Nailed it, shorty."

Yuri bit her bottom lips. This was the time where she could push him into liking the real her or push him away from liking the real her, "I had say to go for it. I mean, just because it didn't work for one relationship doesn't mean it can't happen to you two. Yunho dumped her for a reason and I'm pretty sure you guys could figure it out."

'Oh my god, what the hell did I just say?!'

Jaejoong smiled as he nodded, "That's what I thought. I just...I don't want to rush her either, you know?"

"I'm sure if you give her time, everything will be okay."

"So, you ready for the Halloween celebration on Friday?"

"Yeah, but I don't really want to go. I don't think it's going to be that good anyway."

"That's good because I didn't feel like going either." Jaejoong said, smiling "How about since its a Friday, we just hang out on the roof if it's not that cold? Or just stay here and watch some movies?"

"I had like that." Yuri said, smiling back, nodding.

Jaejoong smiled and nodded before ruffling Yeonseok's hair, "Well, I'm going to take a shower."

Yuri nodded and as she saw him walk into the bathroom, she noticed he took his phone also. Strange. However, once she sat down on her bed and began to unpack, she heard a ring from her old phone and quickly grabbed it. The only person that would text her on this phone now was...Yuri turned to looked towards the bathroom and then went to grab her phone and once she opened it, she read it was from Jaejoong. Blushing, she put the phone on vibrate so he didn't hear before reading the message.

'Hey, I had fun yesterday. I'm glad we could meet up. Maybe we can meet up this weekend?'

Bitting her bottom lips, Yuri then started typing and once she read over it, she clicked send. She could hear the water running so she left the phone on the bed as she unpacked. Once she heard the water stop, she knew he had seen her message.

Wrapping a black towel around himself, Jaejoong looked down at his phone, seeing it flash. Grinning, he opened the message.

'Sure, I had fun, too. It had be nice to see you again.'

Jaejoong jumped for joy inside as he bit his own lips then opened the door of the bathroom to see Yeonseok there, laying on his bed, in his uniform, "Hey Yeonseok, ready for math?"

"Don't get me started." Yuri said, groaning "You need help with your tie again?"

"Yeah, please." Jaejoong said, smiling.

During the rest of the week, Jaejoong had been constantly texting her and soon, she started to talk to him also. Everyday, they seemed to have been talking more and more. She had to be careful so that when she was around Jaejoong, when he sent a message she put her phone on silent or pretend to go somewhere whenever he called her. Soon, it was Friday and the day of the party and the day that both, Yuri and Jaejoong were going to bail, they were on top of the roof with warm coats on, simply laughing and joking around.

"So, what you planning on doing tomorrow with Yuri?" 'God, it feels so weird talking about myself.'

"I don't know. I will let her decide. I mean, I want to do something that she will like. Any ideas?" Jaejoong said, turning to Yeonseok.

Yuri thought about what she enjoyed on dates and came up with a thing or two, "Well, girls like to hang out in places where it isn't crowded or a park or something then take her to a café or something related but not restaurants because she might want to just feel free with you rather than confined in such a fancy place. If you do take her to a restaurant, not something fancy or high class but more happy, upbeat and free."

Jaejoong smiled and nodded, "Wow, the only things girls ever told me that they liked was shopping and shopping and even more shopping. In the end, I remembered every single type of fashion line, the latest fake crap and those shops were literally soaking up my wallet."

Yuri gave a sad smile, "Don't worry, Hyo talks about Yuri and I have met her. She won't be the type to be with you for your money since she takes people's feelings into consideration and likes to do fun things that both people can enjoy. You will be fine. Plus, you are a charmer, aren't you? So, you don't have anything to worry about." 'Because your charm already won me.'

"I guess so." Jaejoong said, shrugging "But for some reason, I don't want to just use my charm on her. I feel that maybe I can open myself up again, but I don't want to at the same time because I don't want another Seo incident."

Yuri secretly gave a slow smile as she answered, "It won't be."

Both said nothing until they heard everyone cheer 'Happy Halloween' downstairs as the music got louder and everybody started hooting.

"Yeonseok?"

Yuri turned her head and saw him smile up at the sky, "Happy Halloween."

Yuri smiled back as she kept her gaze on him, "Happy Halloween to you, too."

And with that, Yuri's gaze went back to the sky, 'Happy Halloween Jae Oppa.' Yuri thought, with tears burning behind her eyelids.
