Taecyeon couldn't take his eyes off the drop dead diva. Clad in a black chiffon designer gown, soft curls cascaded down her shoulders.

'Yoona ah...' He uttered, impressed by her beauty. 'You're beautiful.'

'I am scared. It's my first time meeting your parents and...' She wrings her hand and tugs at the hem of her cocktail dress.

'You're going to be fine,' He took her by the hand and places another comforting hand of hers. 'They won't bite.'

As he leads her down to her house, Yoona fought down fresh feelings of panic, tightening her grip around Taecyeon's hand.

'You must be Yoona, welcome.' Hyori stops browsing through her magazine and stood up, smiling. She walks over to Taecyeon and kisses him on his cheek. Yoona felt jealousy oozing from within.

'Yoona, she is my mom.' Taecyeon smiles, introducing his mom to her. 'Mom, she is the girl I've been talking to you about.' He grins mischievously.

'MOM? She is your mom?' Yoona became self-aware all of a sudden. How could a beautiful woman with perfect curves be a mother? To a 19 years old?

'Yes, I am his mom. Nice to meet you, Yoona.' Hyori flashes an endearing smile.

'Nice to meet you too, Mrs Ok.' She bows with respect to the shapely mother, wondering how she maintains her figure after giving birth.

'Son, you've gotten yourself a sweet and beautiful girl. I'm so proud of you.' Hyori pats the shoulder of Taecyeon, complimenting him.

'Of course. I wouldn't have brought her here if I wasn't proud to present her to you, Mom.' Taecyeon replied as his heart swell with pride.

'Yeah, right. Yoona ah, I'm sorry. My husband is having a conference in Singapore. It's a pity he didn't get to see his son's girlfriend.' Hyori frowns, shaking her head.

'I'll bring her here again, mom. When dad is here, I mean. We'll get going first. It's late.' Taecyeon bids his mom goodbye, as Hyori hugs Yoona warmly before they departed.

'I can't believe she is your mom. I never knew an alluring woman with such defined curves could be a mother...' Yoona expresses her awe, still unable to believe her eyes.

'You're equally good. I'm sure our kids would have a mom prettier than anyone else.' He winks at her. Yoona shook her head, laughing at how glib-tongued he was.

As she continues laughing, Taecyeon took something out from his pocket. A velvet box. Yoona turns to look at him.

'I wanted your name to be part of this gift, so I picked your initial. Happy Valentine's Day.' He held the dangling necklace in his hands.

'Ahh, it's beautiful...' Yoona flashes an appreciative smile. 'Thank You...' She can't describe how moved she was.

'Here, let me put this on you.' Taecyeon offers to render his help.

'Thank...' Her words were interrupted by the close distance between them. Taecyeon's face was only inches away.

His ebony eyes darkened as he fixes his gaze upon her. With his eyes riveted on her lips, he flashes a quirky smile. Her heart pounded in her chest as blood coursed through her veins. Without pulling away, she felt the warmth of his breath touching her lips...

Addendum: Phew... I've finally completed the chapter on 'Valentine's Day'! I would never have given Jaejoong the role as a victim of unrequited love if Yoona wasn't the female lead. They don't look that compatible together. Rest assured, Jaejoong isn't gonna suffer till the end. Poor him. *sighs*. Writing about a kiss is a pain in the neck! I will never do it if not for the fact that I want to put a 'meaningful' full stop to this chapter. It kills me because I just can't seem to describe words related to kissing. It gives me goosebumps.Ugh. Pardon me if the kiss is poorly written, that's the furthest I can go. Thanks for reading :D
