Youngmin scratched the back of his head.
“I’m not defending her. I just don’t want you to create a bigger mess.” He laughed awkwardly.
Minyoung narrowed her eyes.
“I don’t believe you.” She eyed him.
Youngmin gnashed his teeth in fury.
Your mouth fell open in bewilderment.
“Youngmin’s angry.” You thought.
“I’m not lying.” He said in a disgruntled voice.
“Ehem.” Your teacher broke the tense silence.
You hooked your arm through Kwangmin’s since you were afraid.
She glared at you, and you smiled back implishly.
“Follow me to the Principal’s Office right now.” She said sternly.
The four of you trailed behind her timidly.
-In the Principal’s Office-
Minyoung started whining, hoping against hope that the Principal and teacher will let her off the hook.
You rolled your eyes in annoyance.
The Principal gave all of you a sweet smile dripping down with sarcasm.
“What seems to be the problem here?” she said curtly.
You looked up at her face warily.
You can sense Minyoung staring at you accusingly.
“I will just talk to your parents or guardians tomorrow since the four of you refused to speak.” The principal eyed all of you.
“U-umma I miss you.” You mumbled to yourself.
Kwangmin heard you mumbling something to yourself.
You dragged your feet to the school gate.
This made Kwangmin worried.
“What’s wrong?” Kwangmin asked.
“Nothing.” You looked away.
Tears started welling up in your eyes.
