He patted your head.

“Done crying?” he asked cautiously.

You wiped away the bead of tear rolling down your cheek and looked up at him.

“Stay here while I go and look for Kwangmin.” He ordered.

“I want to go with you!” you spoke up.

He turned around to face you.

“If that’s what you want then.” He cooed.

You trailed behind him as he wandered around the street. His neck was frantically turning in all directions.

“He’s not here.” He said in dismay.

“Did he really leave?” you wiggled your eyebrow.

“Yes, his belongings are gone.” Youngmin said while shaking his head.

Your eyes were scanning the entire area but Kwangmin was nowhere to be found.

“Where could he be?” you murmured to yourself.

The two of you continued to search for Kwangmin.

It was starting to get dark.

“I’m tired.” You grumbled to yourself.

It seems like Youngmin heard you grumbling since he turned to look at you.

“Let’s go home.” He reached out for your wrist and dragged you with him.

“Let go. I can walk by myself.” You said through stiff lips.

He stopped on his tracks and he slowly released your wrist.

“Thanks.” You said sarcastically.

He started walking briskly.

You quickened your pace to match his.

It was very silent. Nobody dared to speak up.

You quickly rushed into your room when you reached home.

You poked your head out of the window and gaped at the stars. Memories of you with Kwangmin started playing in your head. You were worried about him.

“Kwangmin, where did you go?” you murmured to yourself.

While you were looking out the window, Youngmin peeked inside your room since you left your door ajar.

He cleared his throat loudly to catch your attention.

“Time for dinner.” He harrumphed.

You turned around to face Youngmin.

“I’m not hungry.” You smiled meekly.

“Oh.” He turned his gaze to the floor before leaving your room.

After a few minutes, someone timidly knocked on the door.

You reached out for the doorknob and twisted it.

You were surprised to see Youngmin standing in front of you with a tray of food in his hands.

“You shouldn’t skip meals.” His voice was shaky.

He handed the tray to you.

“Thanks for helping me search for Kwangmin.” He said awkwardly before entering his room.
