~Flashback~

'How could you, oppa? How could you do this to me? After all I've done for you and the time we've spent together! Now you do this? Why? What is it that the woman has that I don't? Why did you cheat on me?!'

The man sighed. Guilt flooded his conscience and his chest felt hollow making it hard to breathe. He tasted his answer on his lips, contemplating whether or not to say what he felt but he was afraid that he'd hurt her again. Taking a deep breath, he decided it was best to come clean. The damage was done anyway and he knew he had only himself to blame for all the mess that they'd been.

'Time.'

Ji Hyo looked at the man, confused with his one-word answer. She waited for him to explain and he did.

'That's what she has that you don't, Ji Hyo yah. You're always so busy with work! You never have time for me!'

Blinking angry tears, Ji Hyo grabbed her purse and wanted to run away from the man. She knew it was over between them although he tried to apologize and make amends. She summoned all the courage she needed and spat the words to his face.
