The next day is the start of the 'Operation,' Kai and I, mostly Kai, talked about. Today would be, mission 1: I will wait for Luhan-sunbae by the school's gate and have a talk with him. I just hope he'll speak.

"Are you ready?" Kai asked me as we were infront of the school. I shook my head, "No." 

He scoffed, "Oh, c'mon, Vi. Just think of it as a normal talk where you're the one who'll speak the most. I thought you wanted him to make up with you." What the heck?

"Hey, what do you mean by make up? It's not like we're on a relationship," I crossed my arms. "Well, you two are going to be in a relationship some day. Whatever. Just talk to him and show him your best smile."

"What if my breathe stinks?"

"Shut up, Vivian. He's here."

I panicked when Kai left me here alone after a pat on the shoulder, that wasn't nice at all! I looked at the group of guys coming by, Luhan-sunbae was there, too.

One of them gave me a wave and one came to me and asked, "You're Kai-hyung's friend, right? Vivian?" I nodded and fixed my glasses up, he was quite tall. "I'm Sehun." Oh, okay. "Are you Luhan hyung's girlfriend?" 

I blushed and was about to say 'no' until I heard someone shout, "Sehun! What the heck are you saying?!" 

It was Luhan-sunbae. And apparantely, he was defensive about it.

"Get out of here and go to your class," he pushed the guy named Sehun away from me, I think. Sehun was standing infront of me. "Okay, okay! Bye, bye Vivian-ah," Sehun waved at me and left, along with the others. I think they were just props there, watching us. I think too much.

Luhan scratched the back of his neck, was he shy?! "Sorry about Sehun. He's just.. himself," he laughed awkwardly. Why is he talking to me?

I fiddled with my fingers, "Hey, sorry about the text yesterday. There's just a lot of sentences with 3 words and 8 letters." 

"It's okay, everybody makes mistakes," he gave me a reassuring smile. When it's not reassuring at all! "Uh, look, I have to leave. I have things to do," he walked past me but I grabbed his wrist. "Err, can I talk to you for a while?" I crossed my fingers.

Author's POV

Sehun poked the shoulder of a friend as he went to his classroom. The friend didn't bugde. He called, "Ya, Jongin hyung." Kai still didn't budge. "You're not asleep, right? I mean, who sleeps with eyes open? Or maybe you're dead!" Sehun gasped.

Kai looked at the younger and glared at him, "I'm awake, idiot." Sehun sighed in relief knowing that his hyung is alive, obviously.

"Why were you staring at the air like that? Are thinking of something?" Sehun sat on a seat behind Kai.

You guys are probably wondering why Sehun's in the same class as Vivian and Kai now. It's because Sehun was absent yesterday. Okay.

Kai settled his chin in one of his palms, "I'm just worried about Vivian and her talk with Luhan hyung." 

Sehun got his mouth agape, "Worried? Wow, it's the first time I've heard that word from you for a person, with the exception of Dyo hyung, though." Kai slightly laughed. "Do you like Vivian?"

"No, I don't!" Now this time, Kai is the one who got defensive.

Kai knew Sehun didn't buy his rather fake 'no,' he sighed. Sehun was just hanging up his mischevious smile.

Dis..

No.

Kai inched a little, "My god, Sehun. Remove that from your face immediately." Sehun laughed at his hyung, in a more decent way possible.

"Do you think there close, again?" Sehun asked after rubbing his teary eyes.

Kai just shrugged.

Let's talk about that "rather fake no" of Kai's. He isn't sure of what he feels this time around. Now that, he can have more quality time together with Vivian with their "Operation" stink hold.

As for what Sehun thinks; Kai's still in the in denial stage of liking Vivian. If this stage goes up to another stage where Kai'll understand his feelings, then Luhan and Kai will have a combat. 

Having two boys fighting for their love for you, isn't as good as your imagining.

It's hard to pick.

"What?!" Luhan spat as he heard the sentence that came out of Vivian's mouth.

Vivian panicked, "OMG! Sunbae, I'm so sorry! I didn't know what came to my mind and said that!" She verged into tears.

Luhan stopped at being angry, what, at Vivian and looked at the crying girl infront of him with sympathy. He didn't want this. Did he go too far?

"Uh.." Luhan didn't know what to do. He wanted to wiped her tears with his finger but he didn't want to. That would be a move. "Here." Instead, he gave her a napkin that's his as he was looking at somewhere that's not her.

In the middle of having hiccups, Vivian held the napkin and wiped her tears, "Th-thank you." 

"You should go to your room, you'll be late," Luhan said coldly, not looking at her, and left her there. Alone. 

What a way to start a day.

That rhymed.

Vivian lightly cried as she went to her classroom. When she got there, everyone in the classroom, their teacher was absent, looked at her worried. Some even went to her and wiped her tears, either a girl or a boy. Yes that's how they loved her. Vivian was like an adorable pet.

Vivian got to her seat, Kai greeted her with a question, "Vivian, what happened? What did Luhan hyung say to you?" She cried hard, "Kaaaaai! I'm being weird, again!"

"I can see that," Kai said and stared at Vivian who was wiping her face with a napkin that she didn't have before. He turned to Sehun, "Isn't that hyung's?" Sehun nodded with a slight smile, "I think, hyung was also upset."

The two boys didn't actually understand what is going on with their Luhan hyung.

Their confused-staring-at-each-other contest was interrupted by Vivian, "H-hey, I just said something weird to sunbaenim. It didn't end well, to be obvious." They looked at her, signaling her to keep on going.

"I love your skin. It's so soft, I want to cut it and wear it to school." 

They looked at Vivian in disgust, the dark one started, "Are you out of your mind?" as the white one followed, "What made you say that?"

Vivian shrugged, "Please excuse my naivety, I was born at an early age." Sehun nodded in agreement as Kai looked at him, "She's younger than me," the slap on the head that Kai gave him was the one that Sehun deserved. He didn't help at all.

Vivian sighed, "I guess, mission no. 2 is next, huh?" 

Kai nodded.
