(Listen to this while reading: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HeIrPRFVJzA)   Kris POV:   I jerked awake and saw that it was night time.Ahh my head,I can't remember much.I was in my wolf form so I quickly changed back.I felt something dry on the side of my face,so I went to touch it and it was sticky.I wiped a bit off and looked at it.   Blood?!   Blood had run down from my head,down to my chin.I quickly looked around and saw someone laying on the floor.They were laying on their side and I couldn't really tell who it was.I stood up and slowly walked over.I got closer and I saw orangish hair,tied up in a ponytail which was way too familiar.The person was pale........deathly pale.   My heart stopped and my breathing hitched up in my throat.   No,no,no....   Why her?!   I slowly crouched down and carefully rocked her body till she laid on her back.It was true...it was her......   Minjung lay on the floor,looking dead.Two holes in her neck were bleeding and she looked too pale to be human.On the other side of her neck,the curse mark that used to be there was now gone.Without a trace.   I slowly put my Two fingers on her neck and the truth was revealed.....she was dead.My hands shook uncontrollably and I slowly pulled my hand back.I picked her up and held her in my arms.Her now cold forehead was against my chin and my breathing was heavy.I felt water run down my cheeks and I knew right away that I was crying.   The one human who I was supposed to protect,was dead in my arms.And now the newborn that was helpless and loved one thing,was being controlled and will eventually be killed.   -flashback-   "Duizhang who did you see?",asked Tao.I just got back from checking out the town.   "A newborn is in this town and he has a mate.She's human.I might need to help so we're going to move into their apartments",I said.The pack were excited to see other humans,but I was pretty worried.   There better not be any hunters near by....   -end of flashback-   And sure enough,t
