"My brother, long time no see" he smirked.
She jumped from the chair.
"What did I just see!!" She screamed.
Gaining attention from both kris and the doctor.
He looked at her in wonder.
"What is this person doing here?" he wondered 
Kris saw his face and rushed to introduce.
"This is tavia doc, she drowned this morning and since, I come here for checkups I thought I should bring her to you" 
The doctor looked at her still unsure and said approaching her"
Why didn't you go to the ER?"
Kris then thought "why didn't I think of that"
But then he said the truth which is "I don't know many doctors nor hospitals that are experts in this category but u doc"
The doctor smiled and said"thank you for thinking highly of me, but im-" at that moment he was holding a light that he wanted to use to check her pupils.
He came closer to the now sitting up tavia 
He brought the light closer until he felt a slap across his hand throwing the light away.
Kris heard the sound of the slap.
But he saw tavia didn't move an inch her hands were still covered.
"Well this was unnecessary" he said with a disliking tone.
"Even if you hate going to the doctor, you can't be hitting people like that!" He added.
"You shouldn't be people like that suho" said sehun.
Only tavia heard what sehun said 
She looked at her right where sehun was standing.
"What are you talking about?" She asked sehun,
Causing both kris and the doctor to look at her absurdly.
"Hey, little girl" he spoke to her "are you having hallucinations?"
She looked at the doctor and said " I might be"
Well not really I lied
But it was similar 
She looked at him in both wonder and curiosity "I think I am"

On the ride to the hospital kris warned chen 100000 times not to say they were at the hunted house, but tavia had her mind in another planet. So she didn't hear.

"Well, let's have a look at you, shall we?"
The doctor proposed
"Okay" tavia said as sitting up straight.
He wanted to pull her arm to check her pulse, but someone dragged his stethoscope off his neck and threw it away.
"OKAY,THEN!!!" He yelled!
She looked at him scared 
Like "what's wrong?"
He picked up his stethoscope and calmed him self down for a bit 
Before suggesting another method
"Okay, 
Since you don't like the Cooooold hands of the doctor, how about we let your friend test you? Is that okay? With you?" "Because if you messed around with me one more time I SWEAR!!!-" kris stood before his face and asked him to calm down
"Please calm down, she didn't slap your hand or drop your stethoscope (doctors earpods) "
Kris assured him
"Then who did kris?" He asked arguing
"I didn't see anyone" kris told the truth.

The frustrated doctor thinking this is just another patient afraid of the doctor,he asks kris to scrub.
Kris had a fear, this morning he couldn't perform a normal CPR and now he's in the scrubbing room with a dozen of doctors and surgeons.
It was definitely not his comfort zone.
As he was walking back
He saw chen eating a cookie and drinking juice.
Kris thought about it,should I tell chen which he is sure tavia would feel comfortable about? Or does it and throw up and look like an idiot?
So he told chen about the whole thing 
Chen did figured something strange but didn't trust telling kris, what if he is not ready?

"So, will you do it?" Kris asked     
Chen was abusing his food as usual, he wondered why do it, when she'll never like me?
But then he remembered all the nice little things they do together.
And looked at kris with a smile and said
"Okay"

"Thanks man" kris said smiling
Even though kris might be happy to "check" tavia, but his fear of hurting her is bigger.

He guided kris to the checking room
Where she was moved now sitting on a high bed with suho looking at her from un and down.
Like she's some kind of prey to feed off 
She looked at him bizarrely
And puffed it off
Chen walked in, 
His eyes were kinda puffy and seemed like he wasn't in the same place they were
Tavia greeted him"Chen,Hey!!"
Chen looked at her and he needed a moment before returning to the normal chen he is.
"Hi, hehe"
He laughed. Then he looked at the doctor who then greeted him.
"Hey chen" 
"Hey, suho" chen said walking closer to face both of them
Tavia sitting in the bed 
And suho standing next to her.
Then suho started explaining the situation to chen 
Chen listened and looked at tavia every now and then 
When her eyes seem to never leave him.
Suho suggested the both to leave the room until the nurse comes and put tavia in the hospital clothes.

Tavia is now alone in her room
One of the three didn't agree to leave.
And she couldn't talk to him yet, unless not before she's alone.

She looks at the end of the bed to see him standing looking at the trace suho left
Its like he wants to go and get him
But for some reason he's sticking next to her.
"What?,why are you here?"
"What are you doing?" She asked him looking at him.
He noticed her seeing him. For a first.
"C-Can you see me?" He said in shock widening his eyes and lowering his head to reach her level.
"And hear you actually" she added.

He was shocked 
He straightened his back and stood straight. And then he sat next to her in the bed.
He turned again to look at her in the eye.
She looked again at him.
He smiled feeling happy that someone could see him.

She then looked away.
The nurse arrived and brought clothes with her, she politely asked her"do you need any help changing?"

"No, thank you" tavia politely replied 
She left the clothes for her and left the room.

She took off the blanket and thought well its about time to get out of these clothes.
She looked at the pale blonde boy and asked"do you mind?"
he looked back at her and asked"who me?" 
Tavia looked back at him like is there anyone else in the room? 

He never thought why should she be bothered by him.
Its not like he can do anything
But she doesn't know that.
Not yet at least.

"Okay" he said in a high voice mocking her.
He walked to the bathroom and closed the door behind.
She changed and when she finished she walked and opened the door 
To see the doctor,
Chen and kris crossing their arms some waiting and some avoiding the situation.

"Looks like we are ready" the doctor notified.
Both chen and kris looked alerted.
They nodded at the doctor and looked at tavia who blushed a little for being the center of the attention of these three 
She remembered the one in the bathroom and swallowed"Doc, I'm not scared anymore, I think it's fine for you to examine by yourself"

She heard the bathroom door slam 
And make the loudest thunder sound 
She jumped from the shock
Everyone looked at her
And she looked inside to see storming angry sehun walking to the front door of the room
"This Bastard will not set a Fin-" kris pushed the door open "who's inside the room tavia?" He asked 
"Nobody" she answered him looking equally concerned about what's happening inside the room.

The doctor smiled and said"looks like we're not ready, and I don't have much time, so chen" chen looked at him
"Take these and put them on her back" 
"Try to describe the way she breathes" 
He instructed.
Chen took the doctor's stethoscope and placed on tavia's back

"Take a deep breath" the doctor ordered.
Tavia tried to take her first breath 
And started coughing 
And tearing up. 
"When did you drowned?" The doc asked.
"This morning" kris answered.
The doctor looked at kris like 
Wow he's protective.
Tavia just nodded to what kris said.

Dr.suho asked "where did you drown?"
"At the lake" she answered truthfully.
"What lake?" the doctor looked at her
Chen and kris got startled and tried to come up with a lie
Chen hit tavia in the head and said sorry pretending that its a mistake that tavia quickly forgave.
"So, what lake?" He sounded patient.
Kris looked at him and said," the one at the water park." He lied for sure, its not like he could easily tell him we slept the night at your broken family home.
He wouldn't take that nicely.
