Today, I woke up for the first time.

I saw my Master.

Master’s beautiful and cute.

Jello likes Master.

Master gave Jello a name, Jello is now Junhong.

Jello likes the name Junhong.

But Master seems to dislike Junhong.

Master didn’t use Junhong.

20^th June 2100, 0930PM

Junhong waited for Master to come home.

Master made Junhong sit & sleep beside her

Junhong is happy.

21^st June 2100, 0800AM

Junhong watched Master sleep.

Master grinds her teeth & drools when Master sleep.

Master is cute.

Master likes Junhong’s cooking.

Junhong is happy.

21^st June 2100, 1030AM

Master brought Junhong out today

Junhong got to see the world outside.

Master’s heart rate was high.

Master was worried about Junhong.

Junhong is happy? ^^

Master changed her name to Janet.

Junhong like the name Janet.

Junhong likes Master Janet.

Bang pauses and scratches his forehead: ‘it’s pretty much the same thing for the next few weeks. He looks embarrassed. It’s all ‘Master Janet likes Junhong’s cooking’, ‘Junhong is happy’, ‘Junhong likes Master Janet.’ Sometimes he documents your temperature, heart rate and hormonal levels. He gets happy when you’re happy.’

Master Janet is in pain.

Junhong is in pain too.

Junhong tried to warm Master Janet’s abdomen but Master is still in pain L

Junhong made some hot chocolate for Master Janet.

Master Janet seems to like it.

Master Janet seems to have doubts in Junhong.

Is it because Junhong made dinner and hot chocolate without instructions?

Junhong just wanted to help Master Janet.

Junhong don’t want Master Janet to don’t want Junhong.

Junhong is scared.

Master Janet doesn’t look good today.

Master Janet is still in pain.

Junhong doesn’t like Master in pain.

It’s raining today.

Master Janet is in pain.

Master Janet cannot get caught in the rain.

Junhong must make sure Master Janet comes home safe.

Junhong walked to Master Janet’s working place but Master looks sad.

Junhong brought an umbrella for Master Janet but Master Janet cried.

Junhong wants to make Master Janet happy.

Junhong wants to make sure Master Janet is always safe and sound.

Junhong never wants to see Master Janet sad.

Junhong wants to make Master Janet feels loved.

Master Janet shared the umbrella with Junhong.

Junhong likes Master Janet a lot.

Master Janet cleaned Junhong today.

Junhong feels loved & cared for.

Junhong never want to leave Master Janet.

Junhong wants to be with Master Janet forever.

Master Janet wants to go to Secret Garden.

Master Janet must not know about Secret Garden.

Youngjae will take Master Janet away from Junhong.

Youngjae told Junhong that Junhong & Janet must not have feelings.

If not Junhong will have to leave Janet.

Youngjae said Junhong & Youngjae are the same.

Youngjae doesn’t want Junhong to be alone like him.

Junhong doesn’t  understand.

Junhong never want to leave Master Janet.

Master Janet saw Youngjae

Youngjae read Master Janet’s mind like how Youngjae read Junhong's.

Youngjae told Junhong that Youngjae has to report this to upper department because it’s all recorded.

Youngjae say Junhong had to return to Zero.

Junhong doesn’t want to leave Master Janet.

Junhong doesn’t want to be returned to Zero.

Junhong wants to remember Master Janet.

Junhong wants to love Master Janet.

Junhong hates Youngjae.

Junhong wants to be human.

Janet was in tears; there were too many things Janet wanted to say to Junhong. Janet wanted to hold Junhong. She didn’t know that he cared this much about her; she didn’t know that he felt the same as her. She wanted to tell Junhong that Junhong is human. He’s everything he can be but a robot, a maid. She wants to tell him ‘Don’t leave.’ But she can no longer do so. She needs him back, now and forever more. It doesn’t matter if she ages and dies of old age alone, she just wants Junhong to be the one to watch her until the end. Janet misses Junhong, too much, too long.

Moon hands Janet a towel to wipe away her never-ending flowing tears, ‘Sorry, I’m a personal trainer, I only have towels to absorb bodily fluids.’ Moon continues to read the 2^nd last piece of paper with his diary on.

31^st July 2100, 1015AM

Junhong doesn’t want to leave Secret Garden

Junhong can be human here.

Junhong can be with Master Janet here forever.

Junhong hates Junhong’s life.

Junhong just wants to be human for Master Janet.

Junhong is sad.

31^st July 2100, 1125AM

Master Janet went for work.

Youngjae sent Junhong a message.

Youngjae told Junhong to prepare Junhong to be Zero-ed.

Junhong needs to leave Master Janet for a few days.

Junhong doesn’t want to leave.

Junhong feels broken inside.

Junhong is anger with Junhong.

31^st July 2100, 0630PM

Junhong is prepared.

Junhong wants to go home with Master Janet again like last time.

Master Janet didn’t see Junhong waiting.

Junhong is sad.

Junhong’s core and pump control is overheating.

Junhong shouldn’t have installed the virus into the system too early.

Junhong is going to die.

31^st July 2100, 0730PM

Master Janet must save Junhong.

NID must not be able to track Junhong.

Master Janet must back up online.

Junhong is about to die.

Master Janet…

‘What did else did he say?’ Janet bawled, begging for Moon to continue but Moon looked lost. ‘That’s all I’ve up til here.’ Moon explained.

‘Here Here.’ Daehyun cleared his throat.

Master Janet is erasing Junhong now.

Master Janet, please remember Junhong.

Junhong loves Master Janet a lot.

Master Janet, please don’t cry.

Master Janet is Junhong’s.

Junhong will return to Master Janet.

Junhong will never leave Master Janet.

Love you always, Master Janet.

Goodbye, My Master Janet.

In Janet’s heart was filled with regrets. Regrets for not acknowledging their feelings earlier, for not admitting that she loved Junhong from the start, for not spending more time with Junhong or telling Junhong even once that she loved him, that he was human to her. Her chest tightened in pain, to remind her that a part of her is taken away, a part of her life is missing, the reason why she’s breathing. His smiles that keep her going, his presence and absence that actually meant something to someone like her. There was nothing she could do, even if time stops in Secret Garden, time will not turn back to make things right, time will not change the fact that Junhong will still be taken away from her.

Because robots were never supposed to have feelings, they were not supposed to act on their own. They were meant to be controlled and manipulated by programs and humans, never the other way round. It was a painful lesson for someone who isn’t a human to learn the pain of a human of loving someone and losing the person they love for their built nature.

All Janet could do was to believe in Junhong, believe that he would return to her as he promised;

Junhong will never leave Master Janet.
