"Well, today's been fun! Thank you so much for showing us around!" Chanyeol smiles warmly at the fans, waves happily at the two boys, Haneul and Minsoo; before entering the dark-coloured van.

"Bye oppa!"

"Have a safe trip!"

"See you tomorrow!"

"SARANGHAE YO~"

"God that was tiring," Kris groans, "this is the part about being an idol that I really hate."

"Gege, they're all just excited because they love us," I whisper, massaging his neck slowly as he starts up the engine with a twist of his keys.

"That doesn't make it any more justified to scream in someone's ear until the person goes deaf," Baekhyun sulks unhappily, cupping his left ear like a wounded puppy.

"Hyung, stop being such a whining kid," Chanyeol squishes Baekhyun's cheeks affectionately.

"Yah! Don't touch!" Baekhyun slumps back into his seat, "I need some time to recharge myself..."

Kris revs the vehicle out of the parking space, and the members fall asleep instantly as soon as the car starts to move. The slow purr from the engine only made it easier to sink into unconsciousness, but a petite figure in the distance catches my attention before the van exits the school grounds.

"Gege please stop!" I whisper to Kris, afraid to wake the softly snoring members, "I need to get out!" He steps on the brake pedal instantly.

"What are you doing, Tao?!" Kris hisses as I slide open the van's side door, and step out into the chilly afternoon breeze.

"I'll be back before dinner, gege, I promise." With that, I click the door shut with as little noise as possible, and wave goodbye to a confused-looking driver before setting off towards my target: Kim Minsoo.

I have no idea how I spotted her so quickly among the sea of students exiting the school building, but maybe this is how the concept of love works; you find the person you're looking for, even if you weren't really looking for her in the first place.

"See you tomorrow, Minsoo-ah~" Haneul hugs her gently, before walking away to a black Mercedes parked near the school entrance.

Right, they're all rich people, I gaze with envy at the shiny vehicle as Haneul descends onto the leather cushions
