“What? Kim Heechul? It can’t be you. We can’t do this. “Angel’s still in deep shock. On the other hand, Heechul remained untouched, expressionless and confuse. There was a very brief pause then after a while, Heechul spoke

“Wait! What are you talking about? Do I personally know you?” he asked with a grimace. Angel was left hanging to what he said.

“Hello! Kim Heechul, it’s me JUNG ANGEL! REMEMBEEEEEEEEER?” she prolonged the word remember. Heechul thought for a moment.

“Aiiiish. I can’t really remember you. I’m sorry. Maybe because I had a terrible past and since I’ve decided to forget all about it, I may have included you to it so I’m sorry if I don’t recognize you anymore.” He said calmly and confidently

Angel’s jaw dropped   “Uhmmm. Well if that’s so, then let’s get into business, shall we?”she said firmly. Of course, she doesn’t want to look stupid in front of him so she must act normally.

“Sure. Let’s do it” heechul replied calmly, his dimples showing

HEECHUL’s POV

Someone touched my back again. Aigoooo.. this might be some of those naughty kids again. Aisssh. This time, I have to scold to give them lesson. “I don’t have CAAAAAAAAAAAAANDY!!!!!!!!!Leave me alone.” Then I turned back. I was shocked when I saw the one who touched my back. It’s….it’s A….angel. I don’t know what to say. This is truly unexpected. I can hear her saying words but it’s not clear to me. All i can say is that I’m staring blankly on her face. Everything she did flashbacked to me. It broke my heart again.  I feel like my body’s frozen. I can’t feel anything, I want to yell at her, I want to punch her but I just can’t. Why is this happening? This is my time to get revenge. Wait! Right, this is my time to have my revenge. I heard her voice again. This time, my senses got back

“What? Kim Heechul? It can’t be you. We can’t do this. “she yelled.

I can’t think of something to say. I was silent for a moment. WHAT WILL I DO???? Uhuuuh!

“Wait! What are you talking about? Do I personally know you?” I said. I can’t believe I have just said that. Oh my goodness.

“Hello! Kim Heechul, it’s me JUNG ANGEL! REMEMBEEEEEEEEER?” she prolonged the word remember.

“Aiiiish. I can’t really remember you. I’m sorry. Maybe because I had a terrible past and since I’ve decided to forget all about it, I may have included you to it so I’m sorry if I don’t recognize you anymore.” I lied again. I have no other choice. I can see confusions in her eyes. I think this is a great idea of mine. I can take revenge easily. Wahahahhahahha.

That’s it, I have to stand firm in this decision!

Angel’s POV

What? Kim Heechul? It can’t be HIM! I mean, it can’t REALLY be HIM. How can he possibly look for a date in the net if he’s an I_D_O_L? AIgoooooo.. This day is probably one of the worst days of my life. First, was struck by a pail of water while making my way here and now, I’m facing infront of the poor-turned-rich--ugly-turned-handsome-turned-STAR Kim HEECHUL? The worst part is I am here standing with my hair wet and messy and with my make-up slightly smudged up. Fasdgfhaksgdhkdfask.. WHAT WILL HE SAY? Will this be his chance to make fun of me like what I did to him BEFORE?argggggggggggh.

And wait, he said he don’t know me? WHAT? Is he kidding me? Huh! Omoooooooo, is there plastic surgery that will make you forget everything? Aigooo, technologies nowadays.tsk3.

Well I guess it’s best if he doesn’t remember me anymore. After all the insults and hardships I’ve given him. Lord, please forgive me!

END of POV

Heechul and Angel went to a coffee shop near the playground. (note: Heechul is still acting he doesn’t know Angel). The sun is already setting. The sun rays struck heechul’s flawless face while he is sipping his coffee deliberately. Of course, his dimples are showing. Angel on the other hand was silent and observing diligently, she’s drinking a glass of orange juice. To break the ice, Heechul spoke

“Can you tell me about yourself Angel?” Heechul asked. He pretended like he doesn’t know anything. And he was also curious why Angel has lots of debts to pay and most especially why is she APPLYING to be someone’s girlfriend.

“Ummmmmm. First of all, I actually came from a very very rich family. It just so happen when a huge debt and bankruptcy slapped us in the face. So basically, we have to pay for it. Our mansion, cars and even furnitures were confiscated. But since life must go on, we tried to work hard to live. I stopped schooling since obviously it will be hard for my parents to pay. I work as a saleslady at the department store but since I was seen working very hard by the chairman, he promoted me.” She paused then sipped a glass of water

“Ahh.. so that’s why you’re here Angel. I pity you! Karma won’t take long to hit you”Heechul spoke to himself. His heart KINDA rejoiced while listening to her.

 then she continued

“My working pays weren’t enough to pay our remaining debts and our everyday life. And here comes one day when the lending company notified us that we only have 30 days to pay for all our debt.” Angel started to weep. She wiped her eyes. Then she continued “I have no other idea what to do. When I scan the net for jobs, the site appeared and caught my attention. I have no other choice but to do it since I think it’s the only way to ask for money. So obviously, I’m here infront of you to well, act as your GIRLFRIEND.”  She said while crying. She has to admit that she has lost her dignity.

“I’m sorry to hear that Angel. That’s just life. Sometimes you’re lifted high and sometimes you’re down, JUST LIKE A WHEEL.” He said enthusiastically, there’s a spotless concern in his tone. Little did Angel know, Heechul actually knos her background except the part when she got poor.

Then he continued by adding,

“So, next week, I’m planning to take you to my family for a formal introduction. They are very very very much anticipating for my girlfriend’s coming and since I already have you, they’ll be able to meet one already. I hope you’ll cope to their attitude. Please understand that in the first meeting, there will be lots of   questions, my family’s crazy.” He pause for a while then he sat straight and rested his head on his hand that is placed on the table. He looked straight to Angel who on the other hand is sitting stiffly but still looking calm as usual.

“We are here to talk about our MAKE-UP STORY. Are you ready to listen? And of course, you can take down notes cause I’m pretty sure you’ll not get everything I’ll say without jotting down.” Heechul said arrogantly. Well of course, Angel’s ego is hurt so she replied

“Excuse me? I’m not stupid. I can and I will MEMORIZE everything you will say MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISTER!” she said firmly. She crossed her arms then leaned back to the chair and rolled her eyes.

“Aigoooooo, how can he be so arrogant?? If only not because of my debts, I have darted you in the face.. Arrrrrrrrgh…THE Lord IS REALLY TESTING ME!!!” she thought to herself.

“So to start with, we will say that we’ve been couple for 8 months already. Wait, is 8 months okay?” she nodded

“Okay then 8 months. Then if they’ll ask why I’ve introduced you just now then let’s just say that for privacy purposes and we aren’t ready to announce yet. Simple as that. Let’s say we’ve met at the skating ring last November 15, 2010. You were happily skating that time and accidentally you slipped but fortunately, I was there and was able to catch you with all my might. After that, you ask for my number and you ask me to go out and I agreed.” He said everything with enthusiasm. Angel was busy internalizing every bit of his words but a sudden realization came up to her mind so she shouted

“Ya! Did you just say I was the one who ask YOUR number and ask YOU to go out with me?” she argued

“Yes, ABSOLUTELY” he replied back

“HOW DARE YOU! That is so inappropriate mister. What will your family think of me? I’m a desperate woman? NO! You have to change that! It has to be more romantic” she battled.  She thinks that it is so INAPPROPRIATE for a girl to ask for a guys number and especially ask him for a DATE. Like, WHAT THE HELL?!

“How about it was raining hard on November 11 and I was standing all alone on a bus stop crying hard since I broke up with my boyfriend that time and then I realized someone stood beside me holding a red umbrella wearing a black jacket and his hand inserted on the pocket and just then I realized I am not being hit by the raindrops. I can’t see clearly his face since he’s wearing a hoody then he spoke, ‘Never waste your tears to the one who broke your heart. He doesn’t deserve that.’ and then he faced me just then I’ve realized that it was you! After that incident, we got close and started to go out. And later on, we got official.” She stopped for awhile. Heechul was also internalizing everything! Then Angel spoke

“SO, how do you like my story? Mine is better right? YOU HAVE TO AGREE!” Heechul was shut for a while

“Okay! We’ll stick with your idea. So that’s it! What info’s do we still lack?? Uhmmmmmmmm..”

They both remained silent, THINKING!

“Ahhh.. When’s our anniversary or something?” she asked

“Uhhhmm. Let’s have it on December 16. How’s that?” he replied

“Great, how about my family background? I’m sure they’ll ask about it.” She said worriedly

“Just be true. Tell them the truth. There’s nothing to hide!” he said calmly

“How about if they’ll ask me if I was already introduced to your member?” she added

“You forgot already? Remember, we kept our relationship a SECRET one so how the hell will my MEMBERS know? DUH! Where the hell is your COMMON SENSE?” he relied sarcastically

“I’M SORRY MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISTEEEEEEEEEEEEEER if I don’t HAVE ONE okay? Aiiiish”  she replied sarcastically too. She’s already boiling deep inside.

“Oh Great. So that’s it. We’re done!” he declared. Then he stood up and added “let’s just meet next Sunday on the same place and at the same time. And note, please bring extra everything. I’m sure my family won’t let you go home. You’ll be staying in my house for a while I think. And there will be a party that time. Bring a formal dress. ARASO?” she nodded. And then they parted ways already.

Heechul arrived safely to his house. He went directly to his room. He rested for a while. Listen to music, scanned his schedules then lay back to bed. He got thirsty so he got up and went down the stairs to grab some water. When he got back, his door won’t open again. It has always been the problem of his door; it sometimes locks on its own so he end up looking for the keys again.

“Aigooooooooo.. this is very time-consuming.Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I’m so sleepy already. I better get my beauty rest now” he successfully entered his room and went straight to his huge bed.
