Fated to Meet You
Description
I used to be one of the best runners in my school... until the day of the car crash that damaged my ligament, preventing me from ever running properly again.
After the car crash, I didn't even care about how long my hair was growing.
After the car crash, I didn't know how to release my stress anymore.
After the car crash, I changed and was never the same...
Until that fateful day... when I met you. Like destiny. Like light. You found me.

"-ung! Youngsaeng hyung!" the voice got louder. "HEO YOUNG SAENG!!!!!!"
I snapped out of my gaze and quickly turned around to see my bestfriend with an annoyed expression and his hands on his hips.
"Hyung!" he snapped. "Stop blanking out so much!"
I smiled awkwardly and clapped my hands together in front of me. "Mian, mian. Hyungjun-ah... Forgive me."
The brunette huffed slightly and started to examine me from head to toe. I raised my eyebrow. "What's wrong?"
"Hyung... You've gained quite a bit of weight recently... Are you not exercising properly?" Hyungjun asked with concern. "Not to mention your hair's grown down to your shoulders already."
I looked down at my figure and realized that I really did gain a lot of weight. Sighing, I turned back to the windowsill and stared out into the open, watching the track and field team running swiftly with the wind.
"I can't help it... My only way of losing weight was running. Now, I don't really know how to lose weight. I'm kind of envy those who can run freely on the track now. And I don't really care about my hair now... It's not like I need to keep it short anymore."
Hyungjun joined me in leaning on the windowsill and stuck his head out to get a breath of fresh air. Stretching his arms out, he let out a big yawn and then sleepily stared at those sprinting and jogging on the track.
"You were one of the best, right?" Hyungjun asked, turning to me.
I sadly nodded and decided not to say anything else.
