Ayumi was dressed in her cream-colored silk pajamas sitting on the living room's couch, casually brushing her black as ebony hair.

Her legal guardian, Ms. Su, an ahjumma, passed by to ask her for dinner. "Dinner's ready dear," She sweetly said

"Can I have five minutes, ahjumma?" Ayumi asked pausing in brushing her short hair.

Ms. Su nodded as she placed dinner on the table. Ayumi got up and went to the grand piano near the window at one side of the living room. Gently, her long, white fingers brushed against the white and black keys of the sentimental instrument.

"It's been a long time since I've played for Mama and Papa," She said to herself sitting down on the ottoman. She had her fingers pressed on the keys, closed her eyes and played a tune so memorable to her.

She played gracefully as her fingers shift from one key to the other. She was so indulged in her passion. She finished the song with complete emotion.

"You're getting better dear," Ms. Su pointed out, laying a hand on her shoulder.

"Kamsahamnida ahjumma," Ayumi gratefully said with a nod.

The ahjumma replied with an acknowledging nod and a soft smile.

"Ahjumma, have you ever felt love at first sight?" Ayumi randomly asked.

The ahjumma smiled at the question and sat at the nearby single couch, "Come to think about it, I guess I had when I was your age, but it or they didn't last. See? I'm 55 and single."

Ayumi couldn't project the right reaction, whether to smile or to worry with concern at the sarcasm. So then, she stood up and helped her ahjumma to the dining table. She quietly sat down on a chair and started her dinner without ever mentioning any word until she finished eating.

Hello my beautiful 10 subscribers! ♥ Here I come back again with another short chapter but stay tuned for the upcoming updates, sure enough they'll be long. I think I'll be leaving you two or three chapters before my classes on Tuesday starts. Yes! I know! I will be officially a college student. But the challenge doesn't stop there, I think I would only be updating only once a week after Tuesday. I hate to be away from my writings and notebook, but it is first obligation to take seriously my college studies.
