Taeyang lost sight of Hye Jin, he ran and tried to find her everywhere until he found her in the bench at the back of the venue. He saw her looking so upset. Her head down, hands look so weak, her eyes with no life and her uptight lips. He walked near her, slowly tying not to get her attention. He sat down on the other side of the bench. Hye Jin noticed him. She just looked at him and looked down again. She sighed. He sighed.

          “I didn’t know you like him.” Taeyang broke the silence. She heaved a sigh again.

          “It’s not like I’m his girlfriend, why am I reacting like this?” These are the words Hye Jin is keeping in her mind. She doesn’t want to react that way but she doesn’t know what to do. She’s shy towards Taeyang for all of this. Finally, she stood up.

          “Let’s go back to the party. They may find you there.” Hye Jin said and gave Taeyang a forced smile. She then walked but had a hard time because of her swollen feet.

          “What’s the matter? Are you okay?” Taeyang noticed and asked.

          “Y…yeah, this is nothing.”

          But Taeyang saw her swollen feet and stopped her from walking.

          “Remove those heels now.” He said while looking at her fiercely.

          “Huh? No. Don’t worry, I’m fine. I can walk.” She said trying to smile though she’s really hurt.

          Taeyang insisted but she still disagreed. Unexpectedly, Taeyang bent down and took of her shoes.

          “Yah! What are you trying to do?” she yelled and blushed so much.

          “Don’t move too much. Can’t you see? I’m removing your shoes.”

          Hye Jin was speechless. She can’t believe that Big Bang’s Taeyang is really removing her shoes. He successfully removed them. Then he stood up.

          “Let’s go. I’ll carry you.” He sat down waiting for Hye Jin to get on his back.

          “What? But…”

          “No more buts, I’m your boss for today, right?”

          She didn’t have a choice, she can’t walk bare footed because the ground is so cold. He carried her, she doesn’t know what’s on his mind but she’s happy that at least she has someone when she experienced her heartbreak. She’s even more thankful because she met a new friend who understands her. She admired Taeyang for his gentleness, she never imagined that he can do these things. She clanged tightly that made his heart beat fast. He was trying to act manly but he is really embarrassed and nervous. It’s his first time carrying a girl on his back. His heart continues to race fast as they walk.

          “Hmm. Young Bae oppa, are we going home?” she asked while she’s still on his back.

          “Do you like stars, Hye Jin-ah?”

          “Huh? Yes, I do. Why?”

          “It’s a secret.” Then he smiled.

          They got back in the car. Taeyang didn’t say a word though Hye Jin kept looking at him. They came to an abandoned house. Taeyang immediately led Hye Jin to the veranda of the house which you can see the stars clearly.

“Where are we? And aren’t we trespassing?” Hye Jin asked feeling guilty.

          Taeyang sat down at a chair in the veranda and ask Hye Jin to sit beside him. He looked up at the stars.

          “This is an abandoned house but I’m friends with the caretakers, and I go here whenever I’m sad. You can see the stars clearly. Look.” He pointed upwards and yes, the sky was full of stars. It was clearly a starry night.

          Hye Jin was so overwhelmed to see them. She smiled, not a fake smile this time. When Taeyang saw her smile, he gave a smirk too. Indeed, inside him he wanted this girl to be happy.

          “I don’t know anything about love.” He then said seriously.

          “Huh?” she looked at him with questions in her eyes.

          “I wanted to cheer you up a while ago but I didn’t experience love before so I didn’t know what to tell you.”

          He said and then looked up again in the stars. Hye Jin can see his sincerity. She was shock to know that he’s never been in love before. She can feel his loneliness too. Wanting somebody to be by his side.

          “Is love that painful?” he asked.

          “I … don’t really know. I’m not sure about these things.” Hye Jin just said things in her mind.

          He looked at her, his eyes never leaving her gaze. His hands slowly moving and then he brushed her hair to show her beautiful face.

          “I don’t know anything but I know you’re hurt right now. But after you poured your heart out, smile again. You deserve someone who will truly love you back and you’ll meet him definitely.” He said.
