As the night progressed, Changhyun just got more furious. Byunghun barely looked at him, let alone even spoke with him. He was too busy arguing, or as Changhyun filthily called it, flirting, with Chanhee. Mir, Woohyun, Byunghun and Chanhee seemed to be getting along well, talking as if they had known each other way before their first meeting which was tonight.

Byunghun, on the other hand, was having the night of his life. The guys were cool; he was especially fond of Woohyun. The two boys were interested in all aspects of music, and even talked of potential back-drop beats for the song they wanted to produce. Without Miyoung, Byunghun felt so comfortable, so free. Even with Chanhee around. Thinking of spending time of Chanhee after what had happened at Changhyun’s house was a lot worse than actually hanging out with him physically.

Byunghun also noticed a few times when Chanhee would grab his knee from under the table, or use his fingertips to his thigh. All while conversing with the other boys, as if nothing was going on. At first, he silently protested, shifting away from him, or even slapping his hand away. But even if he shifted away, sooner or later he found himself close to Chanhee again. And, no matter what he tried to do to stop Chanhee from touching him like that, he silently admitted defeat and stopped trying because the older continued regardless.

When he had stopped trying to get Chanhee to stop, Byunghun realized that Chanhee’s touches actually felt…good. When Chanhee’s thumb accidently brushed against Byunghun’s inner part of his clothed thigh as his fingers travelled down his thigh, the younger shivered, letting out a breathy sigh.

Woohyun and Mir were busy arguing who their favorite young actresses were. Woohyun was rooting for Eunji, and Mir sided with Lim Soo Hyang. Because of their bickering, they didn’t realize what was going on with Chanhee and Byunghun. But Changhyun had.

Changhyun didn’t know that Chanhee was touching Byunghun at first. He just saw Byunghun shiver slightly for a bit, and let out something that resembled a quiet moan. He found it weird, how random that was. But when he saw Chanhee chuckle lowly, whispering something in Byunghun’s ear, the pieces began to click into place. Of course, Chanhee was the cause of that.

Byunghun’s face flushed, as he proceeded to look at the TV screen. A baseball game was playing on several different TVs scattered along the walls of the restaurant. Chanhee took this opportunity and leaned towards Byunghun, covering the side his mouth with the side of his hand, to make it look like he was telling the younger something private.

Changhyun stared at what was going on, in confusion. He was just about to tear his eyes away, growingly uncomfortable with what was going on over there, when he saw Byunghun’s eyelids flutter, an attempt of his body trying to get him to close his eyes but him fighting trying to keep them open. He watched Byunghun his lower lip before biting on it.

Changhyun glared at Chanhee. Was Chanhee really seducing Byunghun at a restaurant? Byunghun had a girlfriend! She would be furious if she found out! But it was clear Byunghun could give two flying s, as he made no attempt to push the older away.

Was he angrier at Chanhee for toying with a taken boy, or Byunghun for letting himself get toyed? Changhyun wasn’t sure. But he could feel something in the pit of his stomach. Jealousy. He knew that if he had tried any of those antics that Chanhee had, Byunghun would have for SURE scolded him, and possibly never talked with him again. But Chanhee had been teasing him, and Byunghun barely put up a fight. Why was that? How was that fair! Changhyun had the decency not to meddle and work his way into Byunghun’s relationship with Miyoung. Chanhee had walked all over it, and was getting all of Byunghun’s attention. It should have been Changhyun getting the attention, he was the one being the better friend!

Changhyun went through the rest of the night, digging his nails into the palms of his hands, trying to get himself to ignore everything. I won’t look. I’m not getting myself involved in that drama.
