Dara's POV

A week after I was discharged and still not hearing a word from Jae, I was in my pad when Bommie video messaged me

“Dara meet me at the salon now! Let’s have a girl bonding before you accompany me to a party tonight! You’ll definitely not bail out on me right? (She then showed her aegyo) Come here after 30 minutes tops. I’ll wait for you. Love lots”

The video ended and I dragged myself to prepare. After which I then headed to the salon where Bom greeted me with a tight hug.

“Dara! Good to see you!” Bom said “How are you?”

“Doing good, I guess” I said as I pouted

“Aya, for sure Jae will come around.” She then smiled and we now sat as we waited for our hair and make-up to be done and after which she surprisingly prepared me a dress which I have no choice since the theme of the party we’ll attend to is a Greek. But for sure Bommie will not really wear something that related to the theme and I was right. She was wearing a red dress and as I came out

“Oh my god you really are the Goddess Dee! For sure your ever growing fan boys will drool tonight.” Bommie said

“Aya! Nonsense its them who’ll drool over us. Keke” I then smiled.

“Oh by the way we’ll be wearing this” she handed me a sleeping mask

“What’s this for?” I asked

“The way to the party is a secret path that no one takes and the organizer makes sure that the guest will not know the area. I don’t really get it as well but I’ll comply to it this time” she beamed. Weird. And so I put the face mask on not knowing she didn’t wear hers and so we rode her van, it was oddly an hour before we got to the place

“Bommie, are we here yet?”

“Yes Dara” I heard someone open the door

“I’ll you ma’am, this way please” a familiar voice said and we felt walking for a while then stopped

“Uhm, are we here yet?”

 I felt the man held my one hand and remove my eye mask with his other hand and as I adjusted to the light we are now standing at the Gazebo. And as I looked up. Jae was there smiling at me

“How? What?” I was utterly speechless

He smiled “Bom is my accomplice today” he sheepishly said

“But I thought you were…” I said

“Let me tell you a story then” he said. And I just waited in anticipation
