Their POV

The days flew by and the racing event has finally come. News reporters, papparazzis and prominent people had  gathered. The crowd went wild as the racers entered their cars. The engines roared as the countdown began.

Three… Two… One… Go! The flag waved the start of the race.

Three, two, one more lap

“And the Prince won!” the announcer said declaring the winner of this charity race. Artists, famous personalities who are racers participated event as well as those who attended to watch the event. Dara removed her helmet and waved at the crowd

"The mysterious lady racer has finally revelead herself! Its none other than the Goddessa, the top actress Dara Park!" the announcer declared and the people kept on cheering

She then ran to Jae's bay and hugged him tight.

“Congratulations sweetie!” she said as she showered him with kisses.

"There you go folks our Royalty couple of the racetrack" the screen then showed the video of Dara and Jae

“Yah, yah you did your best too, not bad for coming to second place.” He then chuckled as he spun her around.

She then sensed a sense of danger around her.

“Row 23! Watch it.” She silently radioed her co-agents surrounding the area.

“So let’s get out tonight and celebrate” he said

And then she noticed a red dot aiming his forehead

“Get down!” she said as she pushed him down “Row 23! Row 23! Go! Go!” she said as she stood up with him. The crowd then got startled and chaos erupted

“Cupcake! What’s going on” he said as he was getting panicked with the situation

“S.A.V.E. Prince initiated” she said as she shot a man approaching them. “Let’s go your Highness”

She grabbed his hand and ran to the convoy prepared. They then left the area

“Go! Go!” she said to her co-agent. Then she winced from the pain she felt on her left shoulder. “Ah, ” she pressed her left shoulder and saw blood on her hands. Then she felt pain on her stomach area and uncovered her dark garment as her white shirt is stained with blood “I got shot. This is bad.” She said as she continued to press her wound

“What’s going on! Explain to me right now!” he said. "TOP!?" he exclaimed as he looked at the driver

“Your highness, you were targeted. We monitored that today was the target day.” TOP replied.

He then looked at her side.

“Cup— oh my you’re bleeding! Let’s get her to the hospital now!” he said as he noticed her pressing her shoulder and her stomach area and the blood on the side of her lips.

“I’m fine your Highness. We’re here already” she said weakly

“But –” he said

“She’ll be fine your highness. She’ll be taken care for.” TOP answered him

The car’s door opened then as he was fetched by his guards he saw her smiling at him and mouthing the words that he’ll never forget…
