I sighed and ruffled my hair, I rubbed out what I just wrote, Goddammit why can’t I just get the chorus right?!

I bit my lip and took out my phone;

I leaned back on my chair and waited for a reply, my phone bleeped and I sat back properly;

I smiled, that’s my hyung.

I got a reply straight after;

I fistpumped the air, and Chanyeol knocked on my door, “Come in!” I called out, Chanyeol walked in with a smile like always, “Alrighty then,” He said as he walked over, “Which part are you stuck with?”

I sat up as he sat on my bed, I ran my fingers through my hair, “The chorus, I can’t seem to get it right, Hyung,” I said, as I passed him the lyric sheet, he nodded and he started reading, “Pass me the pencil please?” He asked, I handed it to him and he started writing.

I sat there twiddling my thumbs for a while, Chanyeol tapped my head and I looked up, he was grinning like an idiot, “There you go!” He said cheerfully, I took the sheet back and read it over.

I smiled widedly and glomped him, “Thanks hyung! You are daebak!”

I picked out the right clothes and laid them out, I smiled at my creation, I got good taste.

After I used cocoa butter on my skin I put on my clothes and sat down the vanity with a pair of hair straighteners, third and maybe last time I’m straightening my hair, gotta keep out the heat.

When I was done I slipped on the headband my mum got me for my birthday this year, Gah, I miss you so much, but why won't you answer your damn phone?

The time table for the competition went like this;

Morning:

Classes 1A-10A (Includes B,C,D,E,F,G,)

Classes 2A-10A (Includes B,C,D,E,F,G,)

Classes 3A-10A (Includes B,C,D,E,F,G,)

Afternoon:

Classes 4A-10A (Includes B,C,D,E,F,G,)

Classes 5A-10A (Includes B,C,D,E,F,G,)

Classes 6A-10A (Includes B,C,D,E,F,G,)

I sighed I have to wait all day to sing, whatever, at least I have more time to practice. I walked around school until I found an empty music room, well, it was less of a music room and more of a recording studio with instruments.

I entered and explored the room in awe, it was amazing in here. It was big and spacious, the recording room had a row of guitars, a drum kit, a sofa, a freaking sofa, speakers, recording headphones and microphones, some recording microphones and some for band recording.

Holy bull. How has nobody found- wait this really high into the building.

Now that I noticed, there wasn’t really anyone on the past two floors, I guess people thought these were classrooms like the last floor. I sat on a chair and stared at things in front of me, God ing dammit, how do you work this .

I heard the door click open and I swivled around on the chair and was surprised to find G Dragon standing in the doorway, he looked just as surprised as me. I swallowed my fangirlness and waved, “Annyeonghaseyo,” I greeted, I bowed my head. He chuckled, as he shut the door, “Annyeong! I see you found the recording studio, it’s about time someone did,” He said with a smile, I could only nod.

Ah mah gah I’m alone in a room with GD, best day of my life so far.

“You come here to practice?” He asked as he sat on the floor in front of me, I nodded, “What are you doing for the competition?” He asked, I bit my lip, “I’m singing, I was gunna do a rap or something when I was gunna do the opening, but seeing as I’m not anymore, I’m just singing.” I answered, he got up, “Ah hah, well how ‘bout I record you rapping now in case you get scouted yeah?”

I smiled, “That’d be great, thanks,” I stood up and walked to the recording room door, “By the way, call me oppa,” He called out as I entered the room, my eyebrow twitched, Oppa? No ing way. I hate that word.

I stood in front of the recording mic and put on the headphones, I heard GD through them, “Can you hear me?” He asked, “Yeah,” I answered.

“Yeah what?” He asked again, God he wants me to call me oppa -_-

I sighed, “Can I just call you hyung instead? I hate the word oppa,” I said and shivered, there was silence, “Uh…okay I guess, but how come you hate it?” he questioned, “Bleh, it’s too girly,” I said and pouted.

I saw GD laugh through the glass, “Hah, okay lets start then,”

The sound of Eminem’s 25 to life filled the studio, I smirked, Boy you just picked my song.

I started the intro by singing softly, but I started to rap aggressively, and it switched when the chorus came, back to singing softly.

Throughout the song I was making hand movements in time with the song, when I was done I smiled to myself, Hah! I nailed that !

I took off my headphones when I heard cheering, “MY DONGSAENG KILLED IT!” I heard GD shout from the other room, my smile turned into a gape when I saw Taeyang, Seungri and Daesung in the other room.

Ah come on! My bias is here!

“Come on out Elise,” GD said through the speakers, I took a deep breath, Girl you can do this! It’s just a bunch of asian men! A bunch of really hot asian men...

I hung the headphones up and came out of the room, I hope I don’t embarrass myself.

It was afternoon now and the classes were packed into the auditorium, the auditorium is massive, so the participants family can come and watch too, I looked around from the stage and stopped Halmeoni, I smiled inwardly, I’m glad she’s here.

I gulped when I saw the heads  of YG and SM along with other judges sitting at a long table in the audience.

The announcer settled the audience, guess who the announcer was? T.O.P, my other bias and our headmaster.

“Welcome to the second half of this competition, there are many really good performances, so it will be very hard to pick out the winners. Let me stop going on and just introduce the first act, lets welcome SHINee with Beautiful!”

Everyone cheered as SHINee took their places, "This is for someone we know and love, this person is strong-willed, fiesty and beautiful, despite all the some people put her through, she remains level headed, and we want her to know that we care so much more than she thinks," Key said, Onew spoke up too, "This is for my sister, love you sis," the crowd 'awwed'.
