Chapter 5

Kyuhyun parks his car outside the gate of Yongsan International School of Seoul

“Daddy, are you going to fetch me later?”

Kibum asks his father. Kyuhyun shook his head as answer

“Why not?”

Kyuhyun stares at his son who starts pouting at him

“I have a meeting later honey. Your driver will fetch you”

“How about mommy?”

“Mommy is also busy. You see, she left early awhile ago because she needs to do a lot of things in her office”

“But why are you and mommy always busy?”

Kyuhyun holds his son’s face between his hands

“Honey, mommy and I need to work. We’re working for you. We need to work to give you good life and good future. If mommy and daddy will not work then we can’t buy you all the things that you want. If we will not work, we can’t give you everything and we can’t send you in good school”

“Meaning to say if you and mommy stop working, I will not meet Jonghyun?”

Kyuhyun raised his eyebrow

“And who is Jonghyun?”

He notice his son blushing

“Cho Kibum, I’m asking you”

Kibum stares at his father while smiling brightly

“Jonghyun and I are close. He’s one year older than me and he’s my classmate and my seatmate. We play and talk a lot daddy. We’re best of friends”

“Oh really?”

Kibum nods at his father

“Honey, I hate liars”

Kibum gulps nervously

“I’m telling you the truth daddy. Jonghyun is my best friend”

Kibum lied

“Am I not allowed to be his best friend?”

Kyuhyun shook his head

“I’m just asking honey. You go now or else you’ll be late. Your bodyguards are already waiting outside. Don’t give them head ache, especially your nanny”

Kibum nods at his father. He stares at the window and saw his bodyguards and nanny waiting outside while holding some of his things and his lunchbox. Kibum suddenly flashes a bright smile when he saw Jonghyun sitting outside their building, waiting for him

“Daddy, he’s waiting for me”

Kibum giggles happily while staring at Jonghyun over the window

“Who?”

Kibum happily points his finger towards Jonghyun. Kyuhyun saw the little boy who is sitting outside the building with his nannies

“Is that your best friend? The one that you’re talking about”

Kibum looks at his father while smiling brightly. He nods at Kyuhyun happily

“Daddy, what time are you going home later?”

“I still don’t know”

“How about mommy?”

“I also don’t know”

Kibum frowns

“How come you don’t know it? Can you just go home early so we can still play?”

“We will try”

“I want you and mommy to go home early. You need to be home at 5PM, arasso?”

Kibum told his father while pouting at him

“Arasso master”

Kyuhyun ruffles his son’s hair

“Why are you so demanding?”

Kibum stares at Kyuhyun with puppy eyes

“I also want your time daddy. I want to play with you and with mommy. I feel so lonely sometimes because I’m always alone at home and our house is so big and I don’t have a playmate”

“You just play alone or play with your nannies”

“I don’t want. I want you and mommy”

“But you need to understand that mommy and daddy are busy and we can’t play with you sometimes”

Kyuhyun brushes his nose from his

“I promise to go home early today with mommy. We’re really sorry honey if we can’t give you much time. We’re really busy, but we’re going to keep on trying to give you more time. Please understand us, arasso?”

Kibum nods at his father

“Daddy, did you already prepare everything for my birthday next week?”

“Yes honey. Mommy already prepares everything”

“How about my invitation for my classmates and friends?”

“Mommy will give it to Teacher Hyoyeon and she will be the one who will give it to your teachers, classmates and friends”

Kibum hugs his father tight

“I’m going now daddy”

Kyuhyun hugs his son happily

“Study hard and always listen to your teachers. Don’t be so naughty and always behave. Wait for me and mommy at home later, arasso?”

Kibum nods at him. He smiles at Kyuhyun and gives him a sweet kiss on his lips

“Thank you daddy. Drive safely and don’t tire yourself too much. I love you”

Kyuhyun smiles and ruffles Kibum’s hair

“I love you too honey”

Kibum waves his hand and went out. He runs towards his nanny and bodyguards. Kyuhyun watch them walk inside the school. Kibum runs towards Jonghyun and hold his hand tight as they went happilt together inside their building

“Best friend? Is he telling me the truth or he’s lying because he knows that I’m going to get mad?”

Kyuhyun sighs

“I hope he’s telling me the truth”

Kyuhyun takes a deep breath and starts driving his car

*LOS ANGELES*

Mr. Lee was busy packing some of his things for his long vacation in Seoul, South Korea with his wife. He was sitting on the bed while talking to someone over the phone

“You know what you’re going to do sweetheart. I want you to do everything to ruin the relationship of my daughter and her bastard husband. If you can make them divorce then do it. Just do everything that you can to separate Minnie and Cho Kyuhyun”

“Yes Appa”

Mr. Lee flashes an evil smile

“I need the Lee Corporation and I can only have it when your sister and your bastard brother in law get separated. We need to ruin them and don’t deserve to be happy after all what they did to me. Minnie didn’t even respect me as her father. She chooses that man over me then let’s see how far she can go with that man. I’m going to make sure that she will suffer more. I’m going to make sure that she will be living in hell”

“Don’t worry Appa. I’m going to do everything to ruin their family. I already have a plan and I know what to do. We’re going to have revenge and this time I’ll make sure that you will win”

Mr. Lee nods his head happily

“Thank you sweetheart. That’s what I like about you. You know how to obey me”

“I never disobey you”

“Arasso. Let’s talk when we arrive in Seoul. We need to discuss a lot of things. I’ll just give you a call. See you in Seoul sweetheart”

“Arasso Appa. I’ll be waiting”

Mr. Lee hangs up. He stands up and stares at the window

“I’m not going to make it easy for you this time baby girl. I’m sorry, but you choose that bastard CEO over your own father then you need to pay the consequence. You need to pay what you did to me. I almost lose my own company because of you. I’m going to ruin your life. You will never win the game”

Mr. Lee laughs softly. Mrs. Lee enters the room and saw her husband staring at the window

“Honey”

Mr. Lee looks at her

“Yes?”

“We need to talk”

“About?”

Mrs. Lee takes a deep breath and walks towards her husband

“About our baby girl”

Mr. Lee smirks

“What about her?”

Mrs. Lee stares at him sadly

“Do you really need to do this? She’s your daughter”

“So?”

Mrs. Lee was about to slap him, but he catches her hand and hold it tight

“Why are you doing this? For heaven’s sake, Minnie is your daughter. Why don’t you let her be happy?”

“She’s no longer our daughter since the day that she and your jerk son renounce us! She chooses that man over me and she almost ruins me because of loving that bastard son of my enemy. I’m going to make her life miserable just like what she did to me”

“Please, will you just stop all these nonsense things? Come on. It’s your fault that your life becomes miserable because you don’t know how to use your brain”

Mr. Lee holds his wife’s chin tight and stares at her seriously

“Don’t you ever talk to me like that. You’re just my wife and you should know where to place yourself if you don’t want me to throw you at the street. Don’t forget that you owe your life to me, if it’s not for my family, you and your father will be sleeping at the street like a beggar. You supposed to know where your loyalty is. Do you understand me honey?”

Mrs. Lee didn’t answer. Mr. Lee tighten his grip

“I’m asking you”

“Arasso”

“Good”

Mr. Lee smiles at her

“Now, please pack your things because we’re leaving tomorrow morning”

Mr. Lee kissed his wife before going out of the room

“Minnie”

Jongwoon stares at Sungmin who is spacing out

“Mrs. Cho”

Sungmin ignores him

“CHO SUNGMIN!!!”

Jongwoon shouts, but Sungmin ignores him again. Jongwoon waves his hand in front of her face, but Sungmin keeps on ignoring him. She didn’t even blink or stare at him. She’s just sitting inside the conference room, spacing out, thinking something so deep. Jongwoon cough. He moves his chair closer to her and holds Sungmin’s face between his hands

“Minnie”

Sungmin stares at him blankly

“Hi, are you there?”

Jongwoon asks her curiously while smiling brightly. Sungmin jumps when she realize that Jongwoon is too close to her and that he’s holding her face

“Aigoo!”

“I’m sorry, did I scare you?”

Sungmin stares at him while holding her cheeks

“Sorry Minnie, I didn’t mean to hold your beautiful face. I just want to catch your attention because it seems that you’re thinking something so serious and you’re not even paying attention to everything that I’m talking about here”

Sungmin goes back to her seat

“I’m sorry Jongwoon. I’m just thinking a lot of things”

“Family problem?”

Sungmin shook her head

“Not really. I’m just kind of busy thinking about my son’s birthday next week. You should attend, arasso?”

Jongwoon nods happily

“Your secretary already gives me my invitation. I’ll go there after my meeting”

“No problem”

Jongwoon notice her sad face

“Is there something wrong?”

Sungmin stares at him blankly

“Look, I know that I’m interfering in your family matter. I’m sorry, but I’m just concern”

“Well, it’s about my dad”

“You’re still not in good term with him?”

Sungmin nods sadly

“I know that he’s still my father no matter what happen”

“So what’s the problem?”

“He’s going back here in Seoul with Umma and he wants to see us”

“That’s good”

Sungmin sighs

“I’m just scared that he will cause another chaos in our life. He hates my husband so much. He also hates me and Oppa for renouncing them as our parents and of course I know that he hates me so much for ruining him. I choose Kyu over him”

“Oh...that was a very tragic story”

Sungmin stares at Jongwoon and laugh

“Why are you laughing?”

Sungmin bites her lips, controlling her laughter

“Thank you Jongwoon”

“For? I didn’t remember treating you for lunch or something. Maybe you’re thanking me for taking charge when you’re in Paris”

“Of course I’m thankful for taking charge when I’m not around. Thank you for listening though you really don’t understand what I’m talking about awhile ago”

“Oh...the family tragic story?”

Sungmin nods while laughing softly

“It’s ok. I’m used to that. I always listen to other people’s problems in life and I never get tired listening to them. Anyway, I haven’t asked you this and I really want to ask, how’s your vacation?”

Sungmin laughs

“Why do you look so serious when you’re asking something?”

Sungmin asks him happily

“Then how do you want me to look like?”

Sungmin shook her head

“Never mind. I just find it weird. Well, Paris is beautiful and I really enjoy it with my husband and our naughty son. It’s really hard to take care two hard headed boys, but I can manage. How about you?”

“Me? I don’t have a son yet”

“Why don’t you marry your fiancée?”

“She’s not yet ready for that”

Sungmin raised her eyebrow

“How did you know?”

Jongwoon shook his head as an answer

“Maybe you’re the one who is not yet ready for marriage because you’re such a very busy person”

“We’re both busy. Maybe that’s the reason why we still don’t want to get married. I think we should settle our busy life first before we talk about marriage. It’s hard to manage busy life and marriage life at the same time. That’s why I really admire you because you always find time with your husband and son no matter how busy you are”

Sungmin smiles at him

“Jongwoon, the secret to a successful marriage life lies between the couple. It’s a give and take process and you should have good communication and intimacy with each other”

“But my mom told me that the girl should have a lot of patience and understanding for the relationship to work. Well anyway...why are we talking those things? We supposed to be talking about business here”

“Ok. Back to work”

Jongwoon smiles at Sungmin

“As I was saying awhile ago when you’re busy daydreaming, we’re going to have a meeting at Incheon on Saturday. We’re going to meet some investors and we need to have lunch with them”

“No problem”

Sungmin gets her iPad to put her schedule on Saturday

“Are you coming at the business expo in Switzerland next month?”

“I still don’t know. I’m still going to talk about it with Kyu. I don’t know if we’re going together or he’ll go alone”

“Why don’t you come? I’m going to introduce you to some of my business partners and they really want to meet you. They can be your business partners and investors too. I think your husband know some of them”

“I don’t know Jongwoon. Kyu and I can’t go together. Someone must stay here in Seoul for Key. I don’t want to leave our son alone and we can’t bring him with us because he has school. I don’t know. I’ll just inform you about that, arasso?”

Jongwoon answers her with a nod. Sungmin packs her things

“Are we done now with our meeting? I still need to go at my husband’s office. I need to do some surprise visit”

“Ok. Let’s just talk the business expo next time”

“Sure”

Sungmin stands up. Jongwoon brings her things

“I can do it”

Jongwoon shook his head

“Just let me help you. Why do you always need to carry a lot of things?”

“That’s all the important documents that we discussed awhile ago”

Sungmin opens the door and went out of the conference room with Jongwoon. They enter the elevator together

“I’ll just send you the final copy of the business proposal. I still need to review it. I’ll just give it to your secretary”

“No problem Minnie. You don’t need to hurry, that thing can wait. Just give it to me after your son’s birthday party”

“Thanks Jongwoon”

The elevator door opens as they arrive on 5^th floor

“Do you want me to walk you to your office?”

Sungmin shook her head and gets her things on Jongwoon’s hands

“I can manage. Thank you”

“Maybe next time we can have our meeting in my company, what do you think?”

“Ok. No problem”

Sungmin smiles at Jongwoon

“Thank you Jongwoon. Be safe”

She waves her hand before going out from the elevator. She walks on the hallway until she reaches her office. She opens the door and went inside

“Mrs. Cho”

Sooyoung greets her happily

“Your brother is waiting for you inside your office”

“Thank you”

Sungmin smiles. Sooyoung opens the door for her

“Thank you”

Sungmin enters her office and smiles at her brother who is sitting on her chair while reading something on her laptop. Sungmin put down her things on her desk and hugs her brother tight

“Why are you here?”

She gives Donghae a sweet kiss on his cheek before sitting on his lap

“Honey dear, get off. Why are you so heavy?”

Donghae teases her

“YAH!”

Sungmin hits his head

“Aw! Why are you so war freak?”

Donghae pinches his sister’s cheek

“You didn’t even tell me that Mr. Kim is already your business partner”

“Do I need to tell you?”

Donghae shook his head

“Not really. I’m just surprise”

“Why?”

“Because he’s the only business partner of yours who is still single. I bet the brat young master is already jealous of him”

“OPPA!!!”

Sungmin shouts at him. Donghae covers his ears

“Aigoo! You’re being noisy again. You never change at all. I bet Key and Kyu’s ears are already tired because you always talk nonstop and shout so loud at home”

“Of course not”

Sungmin pouts

“You better stay away with Mr. Kim or else Kyu will get mad at you”

“Why will I stay away from him? He’s my business partner”

“I know. What I mean is, don’t be so close to him. You know Kyu. He can be so childish sometimes and he’s so immature when it comes to that thing. He hates it when other men go near you. He’s such a possessive brat and gets jealous easily. Mind you, he keeps on nagging over the phone about that matter. He just can’t accept that Mr. Kim is already your business partner because he’s starting to get jealous knowing that Mr. Kim will always be around you and he was surprise that you start calling him Jongwoon”

Donghae laughs softly

“So, you’re already close with him?”

Sungmin nods

“That’s the reason why the brat is jealous. So childish. He’s like a wifey who keeps on nagging over the phone. My ears are already aching because of listening to him nagging over and over”

“Just don’t mind Kyu. He’s such a kid sometimes”

Sungmin sighs

“Anyway, why are you here?”

Donghae smiles before answering her

“I’m here because of three reasons”

Sungmin stares at him curiously

“First, I want to visit you. Second, Hyukkie wants me to asks you when are you going to visit her at home and have lunch with her”

Sungmin holds her forehead

“Aigoo! I almost forget about that. Hyukkie Unnie will surely get mad at me. I promise her that I’m going to visit her after my vacation in Paris. I’ll just give her a call. I just need to fix my schedules first”

“Ok. I’ll just tell it to her. She can always wait for you, but you need to come or else she will be very sad”

“Arasso. I miss my cute nephew”

“You can bring Key with you when you visit the house, so he can play with his baby cousin”

“Ok”

Donghae coughs

“The third reason is something serious”

Sungmin’s heart beat starts beating fast because she knows what her brother is talking about

“Oppa, do we really need to meet Appa and Umma again?”

Sungmin asks her brother nervously

“Yes”

“But why?”

“They want to talk to us”

Sungmin stares at her brother nervously

“And you agree with it?”

Donghae nods at her

“Oppa, why are you doing this? You know what Appa did to me, but why?”

Donghae stares at his worried sister

“Minnie, I know that you’re still afraid. But we can’t do anything. I mean, they are still our parents and don’t you think it’s about time to bring our family together and reconcile?”

Sungmin’s tears start forming in her eyes

“I’m scared Oppa. What if Appa is planning something evil again?”

Donghae hold his sister’s face between his hands

“I know Minnie. I’m also worried, but don’t think too much. Let’s just talk with them and settle whatever our family’s problem is. Let’s just be civil with them so there won’t be too much chaos. It’s just a normal dinner and normal conversation, but it doesn’t mean that we’re going to accept them again in our life. If they ask forgiveness then we must forgive, that’s all. Let’s just stop the war so we can live peacefully”

Sungmin sighs sadly

“Are you sure about it?”

“Minnie, we need to end this war and settle everything. That’s why we need to talk with them. Don’t worry because Kyu and I won’t let Appa hurt you again. I won’t let him do something evil again. I just want to end whatever our family problem is, so Appa can already leave us alone”

“Arasso”

“Don’t worry too much ok?”

Sungmin nods at him

“By the way Minnie”

Donghae flicks his sister’s forehead

“I heard about Mr. Kim’s proposal about being the Vice-President of Lee Corporation”

“I didn’t accept it”

“Why not? You need a Vice-President”

Sungmin shook her head

“I can still manage and Kyu will take charge when I decided to be on hiatus again”

“But still”

“Oppa, I know what I’m doing. Kyu is already the President of Lee Corporation upon my marriage to him. I’m just doing him a favor to represent him as the President of this company. I really hate it, but I need to do it or else Kyu will lose his time to me and our son. If Jongwoon wants to be the Vice-President of Lee Corporation then he needs to talk to Kyu and not to me”

“You’re such a lazy brat”

“Honestly, I really want to be a housewife now. But Kyu will surely get mad at me if I won’t follow him and he won’t stop nagging me at home”

Donghae laughs softly

“He’s right. You’re smart, so don’t waste it by being lazy”

“Aish! I hate business ok. I really hate working. I just want to play with my son all the day. I just can’t understand why Kyu keeps on bothering me to work”

Sungmin sighs and stand up. She grabs her bag on the couch

“Are you going somewhere?”

Donghae ask her curiously

“Can I go now Oppa?”

“Where are you going?”

Sungmin smiles at him

“I’m going to have a surprise visit at Cho Corporation”

Donghae raised his eyebrow

“And why?”

“I just want to surprise my husband and see something. I just want to find out if that thing is interesting, so I know what to do”

Sungmin smirks and went out of her office

“What’s wrong with that girl?”

Donghae’s eyes suddenly widened

“Aigoo! Don’t tell me that she’s talking about the new secretary of Kyu?”

Donghae sighs

“If I were that brat, I’m going to look for a new secretary immediately or else Minnie will surely break his bone”

Donghae shook his head and continue reading some business proposals on his sister’s laptop

*YONGSAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF SEOUL*

Kibum was happily playing Barbie doll with his female friends and classmates when Jonghyun run towards him, holding his sketch book

“Kibum-ah”

Kibum blush when Jonghyun hugs him

“Yes Jonghyun?”

He smiles brightly at Jonghyun

“I’m going to show you something”

Jonghyun shows his drawing to Kibum

“This is me and you. It’s so beautiful, right?”

Kibum stares at the drawing carefully

“Why is there a heart between us?”

“That’s because we love each other, right?”

Kibum’s eyes widened. He stares at Jonghyun

“You love me?”

Jonghyun answers him with a nod

“You love me too, right?”

Kibum nods happily

“I can already tell mommy and daddy that my crush loves me too”

Kibum told his self happily

“Do you really love me Jonghyun-ah?”

Kibum asks him again

“Yes, but...”

He stares at Kibum sadly

“But what?”

Kibum was shock when Jonghyun starts crying

“Why are you crying Jonghyun?”

Kibum starts crying when Jonghyun cries hard. Jonghyun stares at him

“Why are you crying Key?”

“Because you’re sad and crying. I also feel sad and I want to cry with you”

Jonghyun moves closer and hugs him

“I just feel so sad Key because I heard that you’re going to start on your first grade next year. If that’s the case, we’re not going to be classmates anymore and we won’t see each other every day. We’re not going to be together anymore”

Jonghyun told him while crying hard. Kibum cries even harder when he heard the sad news

“I heard some of our teachers talking about it. They say that Teacher Hyoyeon already talk to your mommy and daddy. I don’t want you to go Key”

“I don’t want to go on my 1^st grade next year. I want us to be together”

Kibum holds Jonghyun’s hand

“Let’s go and talk to Teacher Hyoyeon. I don’t want to go on my 1^st grade. We need to talk to her, so she will tell mommy and daddy not to agree with it”

Jonghyun nods at him. They went at the faculty room while holding each other’s hand. Hyoyeon was shock to see her students crying so hard

“Oh my goodness sweethearts, why are you crying?”

Hyoyeon hugs them tight

“Teacher, please tell mommy and daddy that I don’t want to attend my 1^st grade next year. Please tell them that I want to stay with Jonghyun. I don’t want us to be separated”

“Teacher, please talk to Key’s mommy and daddy. We’re going to be sad if we’re going to be separated next year”

“I always want to be with Jonghyun. Please tell mommy and daddy about that. Don’t let them agree with me entering my 1^st grade next year. Teacher, I’m so sad”

Hyoyeon calms her students and wipes their tears

“Key, Jonghyun. Stop crying”

She hugs them tight

“Key won’t enter his first grade next year”

They stare at Hyoyeon curiously. She smiles at them

“Key’s mommy and daddy, didn’t agree with it”

She smiles at Kibum and wipes his tears away

“Your mommy and daddy want you to enjoy your childhood that’s why they didn’t agree on that matter”

“Meaning, I can be with Jonghyun?”

“Yes sweetheart”

“Really?”

Hyoyeon nods happily at her students. Kibum and Jonghyun hug each other happily

“We’re not going to be separated Key”

“I’m so happy Jonghyun. We’re going to stay together, arasso?”

Jonghyun nods happily at him. Hyoyeon ruffles their hair and wipes their tears away

“Now, you guys don’t need to be sad because you’re always going to be together. Smile now, arasso?”

They smile brightly at Hyoyeon

“Go back to your classroom now and have fun playing and learning”

“ARASSO”

Kibum and Jonghyun shout happily. They kiss Hyoyeon’s cheek before leaving together. Jonghyun holds Kibum’s hand tightly as they walk happily on the hallway

“Your mommy and daddy are so great”

Kibum nods happily

“That’s because mommy and daddy love me so much and always want me to be happy”

“Are you happy being with me?”

Kibum nods at Jonghyun

“So that’s the reason why your mommy and daddy didn’t agree about you entering your first grade next year because they know that you’re happy with me?”

“I think so”

Kibum giggles happily

“Come Jonghyun. Let’s just play Barbie dolls. I’ll be Barbie and you’re Ken, arasso?”

“Ok”

Kibum blush and drags Jonghyun happily inside their classroom

*CHO CORPORATION*

Hara enters Kyuhyun’s office bringing him a cup of coffee

“Mr. Cho, I bring some coffee for you”

Kyuhyun ignores her as he continues to read piles of documents. Hara walks towards him and pretend to lose her balance, causing the cup of coffee to fall on Kyuhyun’s lap

“AIGOO!!! I’m sorry Mr. Cho”

“What the hell are you doing? Aish!”

Kyuhyun stares at Hara seriously. Hara immediately grabs the box of tissue on Kyuhyun’s desk and starts wiping Kyuhyun’s pants

“I’m so sorry Mr. Cho”

Hara leans closer to him to expose her neckline. Kyuhyun can see her pink bra. He holds Hara’s hand and stares at her. Hara bites her lips to seduce him

“Please go out now and leave me alone. I’m busy and please don’t disturb me”

“Are you afraid of me?”

Hara starts brushing her fingers gently on Kyuhyun’s soft lips

“Are you even listening to me Ms. Goo Hara?”

Kyuhyun pushes her away from him and stares at her seriously

“If you love your job, you must follow your boss. Leave me alone and don’t ever bring me a cup of coffee again unless I told you to do so and please don’t go inside my office unless I call you or you’re going to tell something important to me, arasso?”

“I’m sorry Mr. Cho”

“I’m not asking for your apology. I’m asking if you understand me”

Kyuhyun told her angrily

“Yes Mr. Cho. I understand”

“You can go now”

Hara bows at him and left the room

“Aish! Why is that boy so snobbish?”

She goes back to her seat

“But I’m going to make sure that he will fall on my trap soon”

Hara flashes her evil smile. She starts typing again when someone enters

“Where is my husband?”

Sungmin stares at Hara

“Hi Mrs. Cho”

Hara bows at her

“Who are you?”

Sungmin asks her curiously. Hara smiles at her

“I’m Goo Hara. I’m the new secretary of Mr. Cho”

Sungmin just raised her eyebrow and enters her husband’s office

Kyuhyun raised his head and was shock to see his wife

“Baby? Why are you here?”

“Surprise?”

Sungmin walks towards him. She kissed Kyuhyun’s lips before sitting on his desk

“What are you doing?”

“I’m just reviewing some important files. How about you?”

“Me?”

Kyuhyun stares at his wife curiously

“What brings you here?”

“Nothing. I’m just bored at my office and I’m done doing all my works for today”

Kyuhyun nods and continue reading

“I didn’t know that your secretary is beautiful and y”

Sungmin told Kyuhyun while frowning

“I’m starting to get jealous”

Kyuhyun ignores her

“Lee Sungmin, if you went here just to see her and nag me about you being jealous to that girl, you can leave now because I’m busy. Don’t make a surprise visit just to know if I’m flirting around or not”

Sungmin notice her husband’s pants

“What happen to your pants? Why are you wet?”

Kyuhyun sighs

“That stupid secretary went here to bring me a cup of coffee. She trips on the floor causing the cup of coffee to land on my pants. That girl irritates me sometimes”

Sungmin raised her eyebrow

“Irritates you or seducing you?”

Kyuhyun put down the folder that he was holding. He stares at his wife who is sitting on his desk

“Do you really need to wear short skirt?”

He asks her while staring at her long y legs. Kyuhyun moves his chair closer to her and rest his head on her lap

“You went here to see if I’m flirting with my beautiful and so y secretary, right?”

“How did you know?”

“It’s obvious baby. This is the first time that you give me a surprise visit”

Sungmin her husband’s hair

“Baby, I hate her. I’m not comfortable with her being your secretary”

Kyuhyun looks at her

“Why?”

“She’s beautiful and so y. She can seduce you any time. She looks so . Do you get what I mean?”

“Minnie, it’s hard to look for a new secretary again”

Sungmin frowns at him

“I let you borrow Sooyoung for the meantime while you’re still looking for a new secretary”

Kyuhyun shook his head

“You don’t want her to go because you love to stare at her y body, right?”

“Minnie, will you please drop that thing? I’m not flirting with her. I’m the one who supposed to get mad at you because you’re too busy with your Jongwoon”

“What the hell are you talking about?”

Kyuhyun starts brushing his fingers on Sungmin’s legs

“You’re not answering my calls because you’re with him”

“Baby, I’m having a meeting with my senior executives awhile ago”

Kyuhyun raised his eyebrow while staring at Sungmin

“Oh really? Does Mr. Kim need to be there as well?”

“Of course because that meeting is between us and my senior executives”

“So that man is more important than me? Now, guess who is flirting around here. Was it me or you?”

Sungmin sighs

“Baby, please don’t start it. I don’t want to have a fight with you. I’m not flirting around ok. I’m busy working, please don’t think like that”

“Ok. If that’s what you say so then I’m just going to convince myself that it’s true”

Sungmin’s tears start forming in her eyes

“Kyu, I’m telling you the truth. Please, let’s not fight”

“I’m not throwing a fight with you”

“Then what?”

Kyuhyun ignores her. Sungmin jumps off his desk and sits on her husband’s lap

“What’s wrong with you?”

Sungmin was about to kiss him, but Kyuhyun holds her lips

“I don’t have time to flirt with you”

Sungmin removes Kyuhyun’s fingers on her lips

“Don’t be jealous baby. You know that I only love you and I’m not doing anything”

“Shut up flirty girl”

“Baby”

“Shut up”

He stares at his watch

“I think we need to go home now. I promise Key that we will be home at 5PM today”

“Baby”

Sungmin stares at him sadly

“I don’t want to hear anything Minnie. I’m tired and I don’t have time to listen”

“But I’m not flirting with Jongwoon. Why do you need to think like that?”

Sungmin told him while controlling her tears from falling

“You get off flirty girl before I push you away”

Sungmin holds Kyuhyun’s face between her hands

“Please listen to me first”

“We need to go”

“Just ten minutes. Baby, please”

Kyuhyun stand up causing Sungmin to fall on the floor

“Ouch! What the hell is that Kyu? Why are you being so moody all of a sudden?”

Kyuhyun ignores her. He grabs his car key and went out of his office without saying anything

“Oh my goodness, my head is aching because of him. Why is he doing this to me?”

Sungmin slowly stand up and rubs her knee

“That hurts”

Sungmin sighs. She gets her bag on the sofa and went out to follow her husband

Sungmin was staring at Kyuhyun while he drives his car quietly

“Baby, I’m sorry. Please don’t get mad at me”

Kyuhyun ignores her

“Kyu, please don’t act so cold. I’m not used to it. Please don’t do this to me”

Kyuhyun ignores her for the second time

“Baby, I’m talking to you”

“I’m driving. Stop nagging”

“I’m not nagging. I just want to talk to you. I just can’t understand why you’re mad at me and why do you need to be jealous of Jongwoon”

Kyuhyun stops the car when the traffic light turns red

“I just don’t want you to go near him”

“I can’t do that. We’re business partners. I need to deal with him all the time”

“That’s the thing that I hate. You didn’t even tell me about your plan”

“Why do I need to tell you about it? It’s for Lee Corporation”

“I’M YOUR HUSBAND LEE SUNGMIN AND I AM THE PRESIDENT OF THAT ING CORPORATION”

Kyuhyun raised his voice. He stares at his wife seriously

“What’s wrong with Jongwoon? He’s also your business partner”

“There’s nothing wrong with him. I just don’t like you going near him. I’m jealous, can’t you understand that? How can you decide without even telling me about it?”

“Baby, we’re not doing anything”

“Just shut up ok. I’m already losing my temper to you”

Sungmin starts crying like a kid

“DAMN IT LEE SUNGMIN! I’M DIDN’T TELL YOU TO CRY! STOP IT!”

Kyuhyun shouts to release his anger

“I just can’t understand you”

“I TOLD YOU TO SHUT UP NOW!!!”

“Baby, I’m sorry. Please believe me. I’m not doing anything. Why are you thinking like that?”

Tears keep on falling from Sungmin’s eyes

“Baby, I’m sorry. Please don’t get mad at me”

“SHUT UP”

Kyuhyun starts driving again when the traffic light turns green

“If you don’t stop crying, I’ll drag you out of the car and you go home alone. I’m already losing my temper to you Lee Sungmin. I’m serious, shut up because you’re irritating me. Aish!”

Sungmin wipes her tears and stares at the window sadly. She bites her lips to control her tears from falling again

Kyuhyun and Sungmin arrive at home. They went straight to their room and were shock to see that their room is so dirty. Things are scattered in every corners. Sungmin’s make-ups are all broken as well as her favorite lipstick. Some of her shoes are scattered around as well as her clothes and some jewelries

“What the hell happen here?”

She saw some of her important documents on the floor. She picks it up and her eyes widened when she saw a lot of drawing and hand writing on the papers

“YAH! Your son is killing me”

She told Kyuhyun while holding her forehead. Kibum went out from his mother’s walk in closet, smiling brightly

“Mommy, daddy, welcome home. How do I look?”

Kyuhyun and Sungmin stare at him with wide eyes open. Kibum was wearing his mother’s clothes and shoes. He was smiling brightly at them. He’s also wearing make-up and lipstick all over his face while playing on her mother’s diamond necklace. He was wearing Sungmin’s ruby head band while carrying a purple Hermes bag on his shoulder

“CHO KIBUM!!!”

Kyuhyun and Sungmin shout in unison

“SIT AT THE CORNER!!!”

They told him angrily. Kibum shook his head

“Mommy, daddy, I’m sorry. I don’t want to sit at the corner”

Kyuhyun stares at his son seriously

“SIT AT THE CORNER!!! NOW!!!”

Kibum stares at his father nervously while tears start forming in his eyes

“ARE YOU NOT GOING TO FOLLOW?”

“Daddy”

“I TOLD YOU TO SIT AT THE CORNER!!!”

Kibum starts crying

“STOP CRYING CHO KIBUM!!! SIT AT THE CORNER!!!”

Kibum run towards his mother

“Mommy”

“Sit at the corner! Don’t wait for me to lose my temper to you or else you’re not going to have a party next week”

Sungmin told him angrily. Kibum starts crying hard. He walks at the corner and sits while crying hard

“You will stay there for two hours”

Sungmin told him. She sits on the bed and starts crying like a kid

“Baby, why are you crying as well?”

Kyuhyun asks her worriedly

“I’m already tired of being a mother and wife! Why are you doing this to me? Why do you always need to make it hard for me? Why are you guys so hard headed?”

Kibum starts crying so hard when he saw his mother crying. Kyuhyun holds his head

“Aigoo! What the hell am I going to do? Why are they so noisy? I’m going crazy because of them”

He walks towards his son and kneel in front of him

“Daddy, I’m sorry. I don’t want to sit at the corner. Don’t get mad at me anymore and tell mommy not to cry anymore. I don’t want you and mommy to get mad at me. I’m sorry”

“What am I going to do to you?”

Kyuhyun sighs. He hugs his son to stop him from crying

“Honey, how many times do I need to tell you that you’re a boy? Why are you doing this to me?”

“I’m just trying mommy’s clothes and shoes because they are so beautiful. I just want to play on her make-ups”

“But still”

Kyuhyun holds his son’s face between his hands and stares at him

“Honey, daddy is mad at you now. I’m serious. If you will not act as a boy then I’m going to send you in Australia”

Kibum shook his head

“Daddy, don’t do that. I don’t want to go in Australia. I want to stay here with Jonghyun”

“Are you going to stop acting like a girl or I’m going to send you far away from your best friend?”

Kibum starts crying hard again

“CHO KIBUM! STOP CRYING!!!”

“Daddy, don’t shout. I’m scared”

Kyuhyun sits on the floor and calms his self

“Arasso. Daddy will not shout anymore. Stop crying now”

Kibum stops crying

“Listen to me honey”

Kyuhyun hugs his son

“I hate it when you don’t listen to me and you disobey me. It’s bad to disobey your parents. Mommy and daddy are mad at you for being so naughty. You see, you make mommy cry because you’re so naughty and hard headed. I don’t want you to do that again. I don’t want you to make mommy cry. You need to behave and be a good boy. Don’t make it hard for mommy”

“I’m sorry daddy. I’m going to be a good boy now”

“Don’t play on her things again. Stop acting like a girl because daddy really hates it and you’re making me sad. Do you want daddy to be sad because of you?”

Kibum stares at his father

“Daddy, don’t be sad ok? I won’t act like a girl now. Don’t be sad anymore”

“Do you promise to be good?”

Kibum nods at him and hugs his father tight

“I’m sorry daddy”

Kyuhyun rubs his son’s back gently

“Shhh, stop crying honey. Just don’t do this again next time. I want you to learn from your mistake”

Kibum nods. Kyuhyun stand up, carrying his son on his arms

“Let’s take a bath. You’re so dirty. Look what have you done to yourself”

Kyuhyun gently pinches his son’s nose. He stares at Sungmin who is already cleaning the room before going inside the bathroom to bathe their son. Kyuhyun removes Sungmin’s clothes on his son and gently puts him on the bathtub. He opens the faucet as warm water starts coming out. He gets the baby milk bath and pours it on the water. He starts cleaning his son’s face

“Daddy”

“Yes honey?”

Kibum stares at his father sadly

“Is mommy mad at me?”

Kyuhyun shook his head

“Mommy is not mad”

“But I broke all her lipsticks and make-ups. I play on her things and I make your room so dirty”

“Just don’t do it next time. Mommy is not mad at you. She’s mad at me”

Kibum stares at Kyuhyun curiously

“You’re having a fight with mommy again?”

Tears start forming in Kibum’s eyes

“Your mom and I are having a little misunderstanding because daddy is being hard headed boy”

Kibum hugs his father

“Daddy, don’t get mad at mommy. Don’t be a hard headed boy so mommy will not get mad at you. I don’t want you and mommy to fight because I’m really sad whenever you’re fighting with mommy”

Kyuhyun cups his son’s face

“Honey, misunderstandings are part of married life”

“But mommy will be sad if you will fight with her. I don’t want mommy to be sad”

Kibum holds his father’s face

“Daddy, please don’t fight with mommy. You’re not going to fight with her, right? You love mommy so much right?”

“Yes honey. I love your mommy so much”

“Then you’re not supposed to make her sad. Jonghyun told me that he loves me that’s why he never makes me sad and he never makes me cry”

Kyuhyun’s eyes widened

“Yah! You told me that little boy is just your best friend. How come you’re telling me that he loves you?”

Kibum blush

“Daddy, you told me to be good and be a loving person. I love Jonghyun and he loves me too. Best friends can also love each other, just like you and Uncle Hae. You love him, right?”

Kyuhyun just smiles at his son and ruffles his hair

“Aigoo! Why are you so mature?”

He kissed Kibum’s lips

“You’re not going to fight with mommy anymore, right daddy?”

Kyuhyun nods at his son

“You’re going to make mommy happy?”

“Always”

Kibum smiles at his father

“Mommy is really lucky to have you daddy. You really love her that much”

“Of course honey. Your mommy is my life”

Kyuhyun kissed his son again

“Let’s continue taking a bath, so we can already play”

Kyuhyun told his son happily. Kibum claps his hands and kissed his father’s lips

“Thank you daddy”

“No problem honey”

“I love you daddy”

“I love you too honey”

Kyuhyun smiles brightly and continue bathing his son happily

Sungmin went out from the bathroom wearing her nightgown after taking a warm milk bath. Kyuhyun turns off the television and looks at her

“Baby, please sit beside me”

He asks his wife. Sungmin walks towards him and sits on his lap

“Are you still mad at me?”

Sungmin asks him sadly. Kyuhyun notice the tears that are forming in her eyes

“If those tears will fall from your eyes then I’m not going to talk to you for a week”

Kyuhyun brushes his nose from hers

“I’m sorry baby”

Kyuhyun told her before brushing his lips from hers

“I’m just being an immature boy. I’m sorry for calling you a flirt and for being jealous”

Sungmin holds his soft lips

“It’s ok Kyu. I’m not mad at you, but please don’t think like that again. You know that I only love you and I can’t do that thing to you”

Kyuhyun nods like a kid and holds his wife’s tummy

“Are we already expecting our second baby?”

Sungmin stares at her husband sadly and shook her head

“Baby, I’m sorry. I think the baby will not yet arrive. I just have my first day tonight”

Sungmin told him sadly. Kyuhyun sighs

“Minnie, I think we should see your doctor soon. We keep on trying, but how come you’re not yet pregnant?”

“Baby, what are you going to do if I can’t no longer bear a child?”

Kyuhyun shook his head

“That’s impossible Minnie”

“But how come I’m not yet pregnant? I’m starting to get nervous because of it. I really want us to have a second child. I’m starting to get sad”

Kyuhyun holds her face

“Don’t think too much baby. The baby will arrive soon, ok? We’re going to visit your doctor tomorrow so we can ask for help”

“I’m scared”

“You don’t need to be scared”

“What if my doctor...”

Kyuhyun kissed her lips to shut her up

“Stop being paranoid. You’ll just stress yourself. I will still love you even if we can’t no longer have a second baby. We already have our Key”

Kyuhyun stares at his wife’s sad face

“Minnie, I don’t want you to be sad. Don’t lose hope. We’re not yet seeing your doctor”

He holds Sungmin’s hands and kissed it

“I love you and we have Key. We’re happy and that what matters most. Stop being like that. It hurts to see you sad”

Kyuhyun kissed her lips

“Don’t think too much, ok?”

Sungmin nods at him. Someone knocks on the door

“Mommy, daddy, can I enter?”

Kyuhyun stares at Sungmin

“Oh dear, our naughty baby boy is here”

Kyuhyun sighs. Sungmin stand up and opens the door. Kibum run inside, holding his giant panda bear while the teat of his baby bottle was in his mouth. He climbs on the bed and immediately lay down

“I’m going to sleep now”

He told his father and starts the teat of his baby bottle, drinking his milk. Kyuhyun stares at him

“You really love to go between me and your mommy huh?”

Kyuhyun told him and gently pinches Kibum’s nose. Sungmin sits beside her son. Kibum stops his milk. He sits on the bed and put down his baby bottle

“Mommy, are you still mad at me?”

Sungmin shook her head

“Mommy is not mad at you”

Kibum lay down on his mother’s lap

“Mommy, I’m sorry. I’ll be a good boy now. You’re not going to cry anymore, right?”

Sungmin smiles at him and starts his hair gently

“I’m sorry for crying awhile. Mommy is just tired in the office and then you’re being a hard headed naughty baby boy again”

“I’m not going to be naughty anymore, so please don’t cry mommy”

“Arasso”

Kibum sits on the bed

“I’m going to sleep now mommy”

“Arasso”

Kibum kissed his mother’s lips

“I love you mommy. Good night”

“I love you too honey. Have a good night rest”

Kibum crawls towards his father and kissed his lips

“I love you too daddy. Thank you for playing with me this day. Let’s play again next time, promise?”

“I promise master. You need to sleep now because you still have school tomorrow”

“Daddy, can I invite Jonghyun here on Saturday? I just want to play with him”

“Arasso”

Kibum claps his hands happily and lay down on the bed. He stares at his mother and father and start praying with his eyes closed

“Dear God, thank you for giving me a wonderful and very loving mommy and daddy. Thank you that daddy fulfill his promise to go home early and play with me. Thank you that they didn’t agree about me entering my 1^st grade next year because of that Jonghyun and I will be together and we can always play together. I’m sorry if I make mommy cry today, but I promise to be good now. Please always guide mommy and daddy and tell them not to fight again next time. Tell mommy that daddy loves her so much and at the same time tell daddy that mommy loves him so much. I love them so much too. Amen”

Kibum slowly opens his eyes

“I’m going to sleep now”

Sungmin and Kyuhyun nod happily

“Daddy, sing a sweet lullaby”

“Yes master Kibum”

Kyuhyun hold the baby bottle as Kibum start’s his milk again. He smiles at Kibum and starts singing a lullaby. Kibum holds his giant panda bear closer and slowly closes his eyes. He was listening to his father’s beautiful voice until he falls asleep. Kyuhyun slowly removes the baby bottle away from his son and puts it on the table

“Finally, the talkative and naughty baby boy is already sleeping”

“He’s really naughty today”

Kyuhyun nods, agreeing to his wife

“You know baby? I keep on wondering if Jonghyun is really just his best friend or his lover”

Kyuhyun told Sungmin

“Come on Kyu. Stop being paranoid”

“I’m just telling you. That boy is really suspicious and our son as well. I bet our Key has a crush on him”

Sungmin laughs softly

“What the hell are you talking about? They are just kids, let them enjoy it”

Sungmin told her husband and stares at him

“What will you do if Jonghyun is really our Key’s crush?”

Sungmin teases him

“Come on Minnie. Don’t tease me like this”

He kissed Sungmin’s lips

“I love you”

He smiles at her and lay down on the bed. He closes his eyes

“Are you going to sleep already?”

Kyuhyun answers her with a nod

“I’m tired because of our son”

Sungmin smiles at him

“Kyu”

“Hmm?”

“I love you”

“I love you too baby girl”

Sungmin kissed his forehead before lying on the bed to join her son and husband in dreamland
