Chapter 20

Kibum wakes up early in the morning and found his self lying on the bed alone. He sits on the soft bed while yawning and rubbing his eyes. Kibum’s eyes widened when he realizes that he’s not inside his room and the place look so different

“Where am I?”

Kibum ask his self while pinching his cheek

“Ouch! Ok. I’m not dreaming”

Kibum looks around. The room is big, but he still thinks that his bedroom is a lot bigger than the room wherein he’s staying on that moment

“Are we on a vacation or something?”

Kibum yawns

“Where are mommy and daddy?”

Kibum carefully gets off the bed. He opens the door of the room and went out to look for his mommy and daddy. Kibum was shock to see a very spacious living room

“Is this a house?”

Kibum whispers. He starts walking around, trying to look for his parents when he heard his mother’s sweet voice. Kibum smiles

“It’s mommy”

Kibum runs and found his mother sitting on the sofa while talking to her lawyer over the phone

“Please process my divorce to my husband immediately”

“Are you sure about it Mrs. Cho?”

“Yes I am. Let’s talk about it later. I’ll see you at the Park Hyatt Seoul. 3PM”

“No problem Mrs. Cho”

Sungmin hangs up

“Mommy…”

Sungmin turns around and found her son standing at the corner, staring at her with teary eyes

“Honey”

“Mommy…”

Kibum runs towards her and hugs her legs

“Mommy, where is daddy?”

Kibum asks Sungmin sadly. Sungmin stares at him sadly

“Honey…I need to tell you something”

Sungmin kneels down to have the same level to her son. Kibum stares at his mother with teary eyes

“Honey, we’re going to stay here in our hotel for the meantime”

“But why? Where is daddy?”

“We’re going to live far away from daddy and…”

“Mommy, please tell me that you’re not going to divorce daddy. I heard you talking to someone over the phone. You tell the person to process your divorce with daddy”

Tears start falling from Kibum’s eyes

“Why? Why do you need to do that? Why do we need to live far away from daddy? I don’t want mommy”

Sungmin holds her son’s face between her hands

“Honey, please listen to me”

“No!”

“You need to understand”

“But I don’t understand. Mommy, where is daddy? Why is daddy not here with us? I want to go home now. I want daddy!”

Kibum starts throwing tantrums

“Honey, please….just listen to me and don’t be like this”

“I WANT DADDY! MOMMY, LET’S GO HOME”             

Kibum shouts as he starts crying hard

“LET’S GO HOME TO DADDY!”

Sungmin holds her son’s hand, but Kibum pushes her hands away

“I hate you mommy! I really hate you this time!”

“Honey…”

Sungmin was lost for words. She doesn’t know how she will explain to her son what really happens between her and Kyuhyun yesterday. Her tears start forming in her eyes, seeing her son crying like that. Kibum starts running back inside the room, leaving Sungmin

“Honey!”

Sungmin stands up and follows her son, but Kibum locks his self inside the room

“Honey…”

Sungmin starts knocking

“Honey, please open the door. Let’s talk. Please don’t hate me like this. You don’t understand”

Kibum shook his head while sitting at the corner, crying so hard

“Mommy, you’re the one who can’t understand. Why are you doing this? Why do you need to divorce daddy? I don’t want that to happen”

“Honey, please open the door”

“I don’t want mommy. I want daddy”

“Honey, please”

Kibum shook his head. Sungmin keeps on knocking, but Kibum doesn’t want to open the door. He just sits at the corner and keeps on crying hard. Sungmin grabs the telephone and calls the lobby to ask for the master key of the room in which they immediately delivers it to her. Sungmin opens the door and found her son crying at the corner while hugging his knees

“Honey…”

Sungmin walks towards Kibum and kneels in front of him

“I’m sorry. I don’t know how I will explain everything to you. I don’t if you can’t understand everything…”

Sungmin’s tears start falling from her eyes

“It’s already hard for me, so please don’t make it hard anymore. I need you honey. You and your baby sibling are my strength, but if you will hate me like this then I don’t know how to go on. I love your daddy so much, but I just can’t breathe anymore. We just keep on hurting each other and we will continue hurting each other if we will still live together”

Kibum shook his head

“I don’t understand you mommy. I want to go home to daddy now”

Kibum stares at his mother

“Honey, please don’t do this to me. I just need your understanding even just a little”

Sungmin sits on the floor and starts crying like a kid

“I really don’t know what to do now. It’s hard for me and I don’t know how to go on, so please stop being like this. Honey, I need you to stay by my side. You and baby Mihee are the only one I’ve got. I try to hold on for your sake and your baby sibling’s sake, but I just can’t do it anymore. You don’t know what I’m going through right now. Stop doing this to me. I’m begging you not to hate me”

“I want to go home now mommy”

Kibum holds Sungmin’s hand

“Mommy, let’s go home to daddy now. I don’t want to live away from him. I don’t want you to live away from him. Mommy, let’s go home please. I thought you love daddy, but why do you need to divorce him? Mommy, I don’t want that to happen. Please don’t do it. I’m begging you. Don’t do it mommy. I don’t want you and daddy to get separated and I don’t want our family to be broken”

Kibum sniffs. He hugs Sungmin tight

“Please mommy, listen to me. Don’t do it. I don’t want that to happen. I’m begging you mommy. Let’s go home now. I want daddy. Let’s go home to daddy. Mommy…please””

Sungmin just hugs her son. She doesn’t know what to do and what to say to him. She feels so weak and helpless on that moment. She feels like her world collides into pieces. She feels so hurt and she finds the situation much harder because her son hates her and her heart just keep in breaking into pieces seeing Kibum cries so hard like that. She’s tired physically, emotionally and mentally. She can’t do anything to ease the pain that she’s feeling. The only thing that she can do is to hug her son in her arms and cry her heart out

Kyuhyun was staring at Hara seriously. She was standing inside his office

“What the ing are you doing inside my office? Get out!”

Hara smiles at him

“Shall we continue our business? Your wife disturbs us yesterday”

Kyuhyun clenches his fist because of anger. He stands up and walks towards Hara. He holds her chin tight while staring at her seriously

“Let go of me! You’re hurting me”

“Do you want me to kill you? Don’t you ever insult my wife . Get out of my office before I drag you with my own hands and throw you out. I don’t have business with you”

“Oh really…”

Kyuhyun smirks

“Who do you think you are? You’re not even part of my life. I don’t love you ok, so stop being desperate”

Hara bites her lips because of anger

“Your wife already leaves you”

Kyuhyun pushes her hard on the wall and tighten his grip on Hara’s chin. She starts feeling a lot ofpain. Kyuhyun shoots her a deadly glare

“Thanks to you . I’m so stupid to fall on your trap, but I won’t let that happen again. I love my wife and not you. Stop bothering me and get the hell out of my office”

Kyuhyun pushes Hara on the floor

“GET OUT BEFORE I CAN KILL YOU!!!”

Kyuhyun shouts because of anger. Hara stares at him seriously and carefully stands up. She was about to go out when someone enters Kyuhyun’s office

“Where are you ing Cho Kyuhyun?”

Donghae went inside Kyuhyun’s office angrily. He runs towards Kyuhyun and punches his face so hard

“! STAND UP YOU ING BRAT!!!”

Donghae grabs Kyuhyun’s collar and punches him for the second time

“I’M GOING TO KILL YOU!!!”

He grabs Kyuhyun and pushes him on the wall. Donghae hits his face for the third time. Kyuhyun’s face starts bleeding. Sooyoung immediately runs towards Donghae to stop him from hitting Kyuhyun

“Mr. Lee”

She holds Donghae’s arm to stop him, but Donghae pushes her away

“Don’t meddle on our business Ms. Choi! I’m going to kill this ing !”

“But Mr. Lee”

Donghae kicks Kyuhyun who is already lying on the floor. Sooyoung grabs the telephone to call for the security and ask for help. Donghae sit on top of Kyuhyun and hits his face again. He holds Kyuhyun’s collar while staring at him seriously. Kyuhyun can see anger in his eyes

“What the hell did you do to my sister? I warn you before right? But you didn’t even listen. Are you really that ing for you to seek other woman’s attention? SHAME ON YOU CHO KYUHYUN! SHAME ON YOU FOR EXCHANGING MY SISTER TO A ! YOU DON’T DESERVE MINNIE!”

Donghae was about to punch Kyuhyun again when he saw Hara standing at the corner, looking so scared and nervous. Donghae stands up and walks towards her

“Op….Op…pa”

Hara’s heart starts beating fast while staring at Donghae’s serious glare. Sooyoung’s eyes widened when Donghae hits Hara’s face

“Aigoo! Mr. Lee”

He pushes Hara so hard on the wall and holds her arms tight

“Oppa…”

“Don’t call me Oppa you ! I only have one sister and that is Lee Sungmin and not you!!!”

Donghae told Hara angrily while shooting her a deadly glare

“Sew me for hitting your ing y face and I’ll sew you and your evil damn father for ruining and disturbing our life. If you think that you guys already win, well…you’re damn wrong. We’re not yet over. I’m going to make sure that you and your evil damn father will be in jail until the day you die!”

Donghae greeted his teeth because of anger

“Don’t show your face in front of me again or you’re going to regret it. If you don’t want to borrow your face from a dog, stop disturbing my sister’s life and seducing my brother in law. You don’t know me so well Goo Hara. If you still want to live then you will follow what I told you to do. If you’re looking for a mate, don’t worry because I’m going to hire someone to you ! GET YOUR ING FACE OUT OF MY SIGHT!”

Donghae drags Hara and pushes her out of Kyuhyun’s office. The security arrives inside

“I’m going out. You don’t need to drag me. Just give me five minutes. I just need to tell something to my jerk brother in law”

Donghae told the security guards. He walks towards Kyuhyun who is still lying on the floor, holding his side. Donghae stares on him. He kicks him first before stepping on his face

“Listen to me you jerk! I won’t give my sister to you. Just continue being a loser. I’ll be the one who will process the divorce if Minnie will not do it soon. Just leave in hell jerk ”

Donghae told him, before walking away. Kyuhyun crawls towards him and hugs his leg before he can leaves his office

“Hae, don’t do this to me. Minnie is my wife. I need her, Key and Mihee”

Donghae smirks

“You need them? I hope you think about it before flirting with that . Ok. You need them, so what? I’m not going to give them to you. If you want them back then go ahead, but if Minnie will still choose to live with you. I’m so disappointed Kyu. Really disappointed. Go to hell loser!”

Donghae pulls his leg away from Kyuhyun’s grip. He steps on his finger before walking away

“HAE!!!”

Kyuhyun shouts, but Donghae ignores him as he leaves Kyuhyun’s office

Sungmin went at her brother’s house with her son and his nanny after talking to her lawyer at Park Hyatt Seoul about her divorce plan for Kyuhyun. Mrs. Lee, Donghae and Hyuk Jae are all sitting at the living room. They smile at Kibum to greet him, but he just frowns at them. They notice his sad face and his puffy eyes

“What’s wrong sweetheart?”

Mrs. Lee asks her grandson, but Kibum didn’t speak

“Did mommy get mad at you?”

Kibum shook his head. He stares at his grandmother while controlling his tears from falling

“Sweetheart, tell grandma what happen”

Kibum stares at Sungmin

“Just go upstairs with your nanny. Play first with baby Minho. I’ll just call you when we’re already going back to our hotel. Behave ok”

Kibum didn’t answer Sungmin

“Minho is inside his nursery room”

Hyuk Jae told her nephew while smiling brightly at him. Kibum just nods at her and holds his nanny’s hand as they go upstairs. Mrs. Lee stares at Sungmin, asking for an explanation

“He hates me”

They all stare at her curiously

“He hates me for filing a divorce against Kyuhyun”

Mrs. Lee and Hyuk Jae stare at Sungmin with wide eyes open while Donghae didn’t even react

“Sweetheart, why?”

Mrs. Lee asks her daughter sadly

“Can you just think about it first before you decide on that?”

“But Umma…”

Hyuk Jae raised her hand to in

“Umma is right Minnie. You need to think about it first. I know he hurts you so badly and he really crossed the boundary this time, but…how about Key and Mihee? Do you really want them to grow up in a broken family? Do you think filing a divorce is the best solution? Come on honey dear. Think about it first. You need your husband and of course your children need their father too”

Donghae stands up

“That’s enough ok. Kyu is an and he deserves it”

“But honey, you don’t understand”

“What? What are the things that I don’t understand? I really can’t understand why you and Umma keep on favoring that jerk”

“We’re not favoring him. It’s just that…”

“HYUKKIE!”

Hyuk Jae shut . Donghae looks at Sungmin

“Just do whatever you want Minnie. If you want to divorce that man then go ahead. It’s your life and that jerk doesn’t deserve any second chance at all”

“LEE DONGHAE!!!”

Mrs. Lee shouts at her son. She stands up and faces him

“What the hell are you talking about? Why are you convincing your sister to pursue the divorce? You must talk to Minnie and give her some advice to hold on”

Donghae raises his eyebrow

“Hold on? Hold on just like you? Your husband already cheated on you, but you still hold on? Is that what you want for Minnie? To hold on?”

Mrs. Lee slaps her son’s cheek

“You don’t know what you’re talking about”

She stares at him with teary eyes

“It’s really hard for me to find out about your father’s secret affair. But I hold on because I love you and Minnie. I don’t want you to grow in a broken family. I don’t want to take that right away from you. I hold on because I love you and your father. Call me stupid, but you will never understand because you’re not a wife, woman and mother. It’s easy for you to say that sweetheart because you’re a man. You will never understand the hardship of being a woman. I did everything to save our family even though I keep on fooling myself. I didn’t tell you and Minnie about Hara because I don’t want you to hate your father. I know he fails to become a good father for both of you. I know that he’s evil and selfish, but no matter what happen he is still your father and without him, Minnie and you will not be here too”

Donghae fell silent. Sungmin stares at her brother and mother curiously

“Umma, what are you talking about? Hara? What about Hara and Appa?”

Mrs. Lee stares at her daughter and holds her hands tight

“I’m sorry sweetheart. We’re really sorry for not telling everything to you. Actually, your brother found about it because he hires someone to investigate about Hara and your father…Minnie, Hara is your step sister”

Sungmin was shock upon hearing the shocking truth. She can’t believe what she just heard. She can’t believe that Hara, the other woman of his husband is actually her sister. Sungmin’s tears start forming in her eyes

“Hara is my sister? How? I can’t understand. What’s going on?”

Mrs. Lee holds her baby girl’s face between her hands, calming her

“Your father had an affair with other woman and Hara is the fruit of that unfaithfulness”

Sungmin’s tears start falling slowly from her eyes

“But is she doing this to me?”

“That’s because your father is the one who wants this to happen. I think he was having revenge because you choose Kyu more than him”

“But why? I didn’t do anything to her”

“I don’t know. All I know is she’s just a victim of your father’s selfishness. Your father was just using her and because she’s your dad’s daughter as well then she’s following your father’s will. She hates me because she thinks that I’m the reason why your father can’t marry her mother”

“But why did you hide it from me?”

Mrs. Lee wipes the tears that keep on falling from Sungmin’s eyes

“Because we don’t want to give you a lot of stress. We don’t want tou to think about it. It will be bad for your condition, especially to the baby’s condition”

Mrs. Lee hugs her daughter

“Baby girl, your decision matters here. It’s not just you, but it’s about you and Kyu. Everyone is involved here including your baby boy and the baby in your womb. They are both innocent and young to experience this chaos. Think about it sweetheart. You and Kyu must not forget that you have two adorable and wonderful kids and they are the one who will suffer once you make a wrong decision. Getting married is not for fun and it’s not a game. It’s not like you’re going to walk away once you’re done playing or once you’re already tired. I know that you’re a very smart girl, so use your brain and don’t let your anger eat you and affect your decision”

Mrs. Lee told her daughter before staring at her son

“And as for you my dear son, we’re trying to fix a problem here. Don’t make the situation worst and don’t make the problem become chaotic. You’re Minnie’s Oppa. You must not advice her to divorce her husband. You supposed to help them to get together and talk about the problem and not like this. Giving her some stupid advice will just make the situation worst. We should all try our best to save the marriage of your sister and Kyu and not to ruin it”

“Whatever Umma, I don’t understand ok”

“That’s because you don’t want to understand”

“My opinion doesn’t matter here. Alright, do whatever you want. I don’t care anymore”

Donghae told her mother before going upstairs

“I’ll talk to him”

Hyuk Jae told Sungmin and her mother in law and follows her husband upstairs

“Umma…”

Mrs. Lee hugs her daughter tight

“I don’t know what to do. It’s so painful and my son hates me so much”

“Shhh, you need to understand your son. Of course it’s very painful for him knowing that his parents are getting divorce. It’s really hard for a child to live in a broken family, so don’t do this to him. Don’t hurt your son like this. Don’t make a wrong decision that will make him hate you and blame you for the rest of your life”

“Umma, why is Appa doing this? Why does he want to ruin my life? I’m his daughter, but why?”

Mrs. Lee shook her head sadly

“I don’t know sweetheart. I really don’t know”

“Umma, it really hurts so badly. What should I do?”

Mrs. Lee cups her baby girl’s face and wipes away her tears

“I hope this temporary separation will help you and Kyu realize how important your married life is. I hope you guys can realize how much you mean to each other before everything become so late that you can no longer fix it. You guys just need time to be away from each other so you can think properly before you talk to each other and decide. Minnie, divorce is not the solution. You’ll just hurt yourself, your kids and your husband”

Sungmin just stares at her mother. She hugs her tight and bury her face on her mother’s chest as she continue to cry hard, releasing all the pain that she is feeling on that moment

*LEE HOTEL AND RESORT*

Sungmin goes back to their hotel with Kibum and his nanny. All employees bow at her. Sungmin manage to smile to greet them while carrying her sleeping son on her arms. She was walking at the lobby when someone calls her

“LEE SUNGMIN!!!”

Sungmin stops walking. She slowly turns around and saw Hara walking towards her. She looks at her son’s nanny

“You can go first with Key. I just need to talk to my sister”

Kibum’s nanny carries him on her arms. Sungmin opens her Channel hand bag and gets the key to their room. She gives it to Kibum’s nanny

“I’ll just follow. Please don’t leave Key”

“Yes Mrs. Cho”

Sungmin watch Kibum’s nanny as she walks away and enters the elevator before focusing her attention to Hara

“What do you want from me?”

Sungmin asks her sister curiously. Hara stares at her and notice that her tummy is a little bit bigger than before. She stares at Sungmin. Sungmin was shock when Hara slaps her so hard on her face. The security guards run towards them. They hold Hara, arms tightly. They were about to drag her out of the hotel, but Sungmin stops them

“Just let her stay. Just leave us for the meantime. I need to talk to this ”

The security guards obey her command. They bow at Sungmin before walking away

“Why are you here? What do you want from me? Are you not happy that I already leave my husband? What else do you want?”

Hara shoot her a deadly glare

“Why does he need to favor you ? I always give all my effort, but he never sees me because of you! I can’t understand why brother in law loves you so much”

Sungmin raises her eyebrow while staring at Hara

“Oh…so my husband just dumped you? Is that what you’re trying to tell me my dear sister?”

“Damn you! This is all your fault”

Hara was about to slap Sungmin again, but this time Sungmin catches her hand and holds it tight

“Who are you to slap me? Do you really want me to break your bones? Is it my fault if my husband hates a flirty like you?”

Sungmin told her. She slaps Hara’s cheek before holding her chin tightly. People start staring at them

“It’s not my fault if Kyu loves me so much. Tell me, how can he love a like you? You only know how to seduce and open your legs in front of him, but no matter how many times he s you…”

Sungmin greeted her teeth while staring at Hara seriously

“You can never deny that you’re just the other woman and I’m the wife. Kyuhyun loves me and not you. He will never love a like you because I’m always better than you. I’m not a dog like you because I don’t open my legs to any other man. Shame on you”

Sungmin pushes her away

“This will be the last time that I’m going to see your face because if you show your stupid face in front of me then prepare to borrow a face from a dog like you and…”

Sungmin raises her eyebrow and show her wedding ring in front of Hara’s face

“This is what you want right? I’m sorry my dear sister, no matter how many times you seduce my husband, he will still chooses me than a like you. He only wants to you and satisfy his pleasure, that’s all. I feel sorry for you because you’re so pathetic and desperate. No matter what happen Hara, I’m still the wife and that will never change. I’m still superior to you and you can never take my position even though you open your legs for him 24/7. Get that?”

Sungmin smiles and turns around. She was about to walk away when Hara holds her arm

“We’re not yet done my dear Unnie. I still need to do something”

Hara holds Sungmin’s arm tightly

“Let go of me!”

“Of course I will”

Hara flashes her evil smile

“Say goodbye to your baby now”

“What?”

Hara pushes Sungmin so hard causing her to fall on the floor. She falls on the floor so badly

“That’s what you get for messing up everything”

Hara smiles at her and immediately leaves the hotel. Sungmin starts crying when she feels a pain on her tummy. A pain that is so painful. Sungmin starts to tremble when she saw some blood on her legs. She touches it with wide eyes open

“No!”

Sungmin holds her tummy as the pain keeps on growing

“Mihee, please don’t die. Please hang on. Mommy needs you, don’t leave me”

Sungmin starts crying so hard. The security guards and some of the employees of their hotel run towards her and carries her and immediately rushed her to the hospital

*CHO CORPORATION*

Kyuhyun was sitting inside his office. He was holding his left side because he has a big bruise there. It’s the result of the strong kick that he get from Donghae. He had a lot of cuts on her lips and he got a broken nose and fingers on his left hands. He got a bruise on his lower lips and a cut on his eyebrow. He was feeling so weak after what Donghae did to him. He was sitting on his chair while talking to his lawyer over the phone

“Please do something to stop the divorce. I don’t care how much money I will spend just to stop the divorce. Do everything”

“Yes Mr. Cho. I’m already studying the case and I promise to do everything to stop the divorce that your wife files against you. I’ll just give you a call on when are we going to discuss this serious matter. I just need to study it very carefully before I plan everything”

“Just stop it, Arasso?”

Kyuhyun hangs up. He rest his head on his desk

“Minnie…”

Kyuhyun throws the notice of divorce on the floor that the court just sends him

“I’m not going to allow you to process this divorce. I don’t want us to get separated. Please give me another chance and not like this. I’ll do everything to fix our problem. I need you and I also need our kids. I don’t want them to grow in a broken family. I won’t let you divorce me. I love you Minnie, please let’s fix everything”

Kyuhyun told his self while controlling his tears from falling. He heard his mobile phone ringing. He answers hi call without looking at the caller’s name

“Yeoboseo”

“Your nanny told me what happen yesterday. Care to explain?”

Kyuhyun sighs upon hearing his mother’s voice

“Umma…”

“Why did Minnie leave with Key?”

Mrs. Cho asks her son angrily

“It’s my fault…she caught me kissing and almost making love to other woman…to my secretary…Goo Hara”

Mrs. Cho’s eyes widened

“WHAT?”

She shouts over the phone

“What the ing hell are you doing this time Kyu?”

“She seduces me”

“And you fall for it? What the hell is that Cho Kyuhyun? Do you want me to cut your manhood so you stop being ? I’m so disappointed. How can you do this to our precious daughter in law? I thought you’re smart, but why? You’re such a smart CEO but when it comes to this kind of things, you’re stupidest person that I know. I suddenly want to fly in Seoul to hit your face. Aigoo! You’re making my head ache and my blood boil. You need to fix this, Arasso?”

“Arasso”

“If you can’t bring back Minnie as soon as possible, I’m the one who will file an adultery case against you and that . DON’T TRY ME CHO KYUHYUN! I DON’T CARE IF YOU’RE MY SON!”

Mrs. Cho hangs up. Kyuhyun sighs and rubs his temple

“What will I do? I need to talk to Minnie”

Kyuhyun packs his things to go at Lee Hotel and Resort to talk to his wife when he heard his mobile phone ringing again

“Yeoboseo”

“Kyu!”

Kyuhyun’s heart starts beating fast upon hearing Hyuk Jae’s panic voice

“Hyukkie, what’s wrong?”

“Please…go here at Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital now. Sungmin is here”

“What?”

Kyuhyun’s eyes widened

“What happen?”

“Just go here now…please”

“Arasso. I’ll be right there”

Kyuhyun hangs up. He wears his back pack and grabs his car key inside his drawer and immediately run outside his office

*SEOUL ST. MARY’S HOSPITAL*

Kyuhyun arrives at the hospital. Donghae immediately stands up and run towards him. He grabs his brother in law’s collar and stares at him seriously

“Where is your ing mistress?”

“Hara is not my mistress”

“I’m going to kill her if something bad happen to Minnie and to her baby”

Kyuhyun stares at Donghae with worried face

“What happen to Minnie?”

“You don’t know?”

Kyuhyun nods

“Hae, what happen to my wife?”

Donghae let go of him. Hyuk Jae and Mrs. Lee pulls Donghae away from Kyuhyun, trying to calm him before the tension between them raise

“That Hara wants to kill the baby inside Minnie’s womb. She pushes her so hard causing her to fall badly on the floor”

“How is she? How about our baby?”

Tears start forming in Kyuhyun’s eyes because of nervousness. He doesn’t want something bad happen to his wife and to their baby. Sungmin’s doctor went out from the ER to talk to them

“Doctor, how’s my wife and our baby?”

The doctor sighs in relief

“They are already in stable condition now. No need to worry anymore because both of them are safe now. Minnie just needs to stay here for two more days before I allow her to go out. She’s already resting in her room”

The doctor told them. They bow their head to her before she walks away and return inside the ER. Donghae stares at Kyuhyun and just nods at him. Kyuhyun bows at Mrs. Lee before walking away to go inside his wife’s room. Kyuhyun went inside quietly. He saw his wife lying on the bed while sleeping. He carefully walks towards her and sits on the lounge. His tears start falling from his eyes as he stares at Sungmin. He holds her hand tight

“Baby, I’m sorry. I’m sorry because of me, you’re suffering like this. I’m sorry because of me our family becomes like this and our baby’s life is at risk. I supposed to take care of you and watch over your pregnancy and not like this. Because of my stupidity, I end up hurting you so badly”

Kyuhyun rest his cheek on his wife’s hand

“I’m sorry baby. I know it’s already late to ask for forgiveness. But please, give me another chance. I don’t want us to end like this. I can’t go on without you and you know that. I need you in my life baby, so please…”

Kyuhyun’s voice starts trembling because of crying

“Please, I’m begging you. Don’t continue processing the divorce. I don’t know what to do if you will leave me. Minnie, please…I love you so much. Kyuhyun continue to sob while holding Sungmin’s hand tightly

He wipes his tears and stares at Sungmin. He stands up and kissed her forehead

Kyuhyun kissed her lips and holds her tummy

“Baby Mihee, daddy is so sorry for what he did to mommy. I promise to give you and your Key Oppa a complete family. I’m going to do all my best to stop the divorce. I love you and your Key Oppa and I love mommy so much. Stay healthy baby until you arrive. Stay healthy and don’t leave me and mommy, Arasso?”

Kyuhyun kissed Sungmin’s tummy. He stares at Sungmin for the meantime before going out quietly

“Please take care of Minnie”

Kyuhyun told Donghae and Hyuk Jae

“I’m going now Umma”

Kyuhyun bows at his mother in law before walking away. Mrs. Lee follows him

“Sweetheart”

Kyuhyun stops walking and turns around to face his mother in law

“Yes Umma?”

“Why don’t you stay?”

Kyuhyun shook his head while controlling his tears from falling

“I want to stay, but I can’t because Minnie doesn’t want to see me. I don’t want to give her hard time”

Mrs. Lee was shock when Kyuhyun hugs her

“I’m sorry Umma”

Tears start falling from his eyes

“I’m so sorry for hurting your daughter. I supposed to take care of her and not to make her cry and hurt her like this. I’m sorry because I don’t know how to be a perfect husband for my wife. I’m sorry for disappointing you and Hae. I’m sorry because I’m stupid. I love Minnie so much, but instead of showing her how much I love her. I end up hurting her so badly. I didn’t become a good husband and I fail to become one”

Mrs. Cho cups Kyuhyun’s face

“Don’t say that sweetheart. Of course you become a good husband to my daughter. Nobody is perfect and Minnie is not looking for a perfect husband. “I want to go home now daddy”

Kyuhyun hugs his son who starts crying

“You still can’t go home”

“I hate mommy”

Kyuhyun holds his son’s face between his hands and wipes his tears away

“Don’t hate mommy. She’s innocent. It’s my fault honey”

Kibum stares at Kyuhyun blankly

“It’s my fault because I forgot to lock my heart and let an intruder get inside and because of that I hurt mommy so much. She asks for space because it will help us think, so don’t hate mommy. She’s just doing this for you and baby Lock”

Kibum starts crying again

“But mommy wants to divorce you daddy”

Kibum shook his head while crying hard

“I don’t want to happen daddy. Please convince mommy not to pursue it. Daddy, I’m so scared and I’m really sad. I don’t want…”

Kibum starts panting because of crying. He can breathe properly because of crying so hard. Kyuhyun hugs him and gently rubs his son’s back

“Stop crying honey…Shhh”

Kyuhyun starts singing to calm his son. Kibum stares at his father

“I don’t want you and mommy to be separated. I don’t want that daddy. Please don’t let it happen. Promise me that you will not let it happen. Daddy, I’m so scared to lose you and mommy. I don’t want you and mommy to live far away from each other. Please daddy, I’m begging you. Do everything to stop the divorce. Baby Lock and I need you and mommy. We want you to be together. Waahhhhh”

Kibum starts crying so hard again. Kyuhyun’s heart is aching seeing his son like that

“Shhh…honey…listen to daddy”

Kibum nods while sobbing

“I promise to stop the divorce. I won’t allow that thing to happen. I love you and baby Lock and of course I love mommy so much. I’m sorry because you’re hurt and feeling so lonely and affected because of me. I will do everything to bring back our happy family. Stop crying. I don’t want to see you like that. It breaks my heart seeing you suffering and crying because of my stupidity”

Kyuhyun hugs Kibum tightly, cuddling him in his arms

“You need to take care of mommy for the meantime, Arasso”

Kibum nods

“You watch over her and baby Lock. You can do that for me right?”

“Yes daddy”

Kibum hugs his father

“Daddy, I want to go home. When are we going home with you?”

“You will go home soon. I promise that you, mommy and baby Lock will all go home with me soon”

Kibum nods. Kyuhyun wipes his son’s tears

“Go back to sleep now. I’ll watch over you”

“Please stay”

“I will. I’ll stay by your side until you fall asleep”

Kyuhyun kissed Kibum’s lips

“I love you honey”

“I love you too daddy”

Kyuhyun hugs him tight. Kibum slowly closes his eyes when Kyuhyun starts singing. He closes his eyes while holding his son closer to him, singing a sweet lullaby as tears slowly fall from his eyes

“Kyu…baby”

Mrs. Lee sits beside her daughter upon hearing her calling out her husband

“Kyu…”

Tears start falling from Sungmin’s eyes. Mrs. Lee shakes Sungmin, waking her up

“Sweetheart…”

Sungmin opens her eyes and found her mother sitting beside her while staring at her with worried face

“What’s wrong sweetheart? Do I need to call the doctor?”

Sungmin hugs her mother as she starts crying hard

“Umma, I want my husband. Where is Kyu? It’s so hard and painful”

Mrs. Lee stares at Sungmin sadly. She hugs her daughter tight, controlling her tears from falling

“He’s here awhile ago”

Sungmin stares at her mother

“I told him to stay, but he chooses to go even though he wants to stay and take care of you. He chooses to go because you don’t want to see him and he doesn’t want to give you hard time”

Mrs. Lee wipes her daughter’s cheek

“Sweetheart, please don’t pursue the divorce. I’m the one who will beg to you. It will never bring good. Stop hurting yourself like this. I know that you love your husband so much and your husband also love you too so much”

Mrs. Less starts her daughter’s hair gently

Sungmin just stares at her mother and lay down on her mother’s lap while Mrs. Lee her hair gently

Mrs. Lee kissed her daughter’s forehead

“Thaty's for your husband. He told me before he leaves while ago to kiss you for him.Take a rest now. Don’t worry about the baby. Baby Mihee is fine and of course your baby boy is also fine. Kyuhyun was the one who drops him at your brother’s house. You and Key will stay there for the meantime so we can always watch over you and Key. It’s your brother’s decision. He’s really worried about you”

Sungmin nods at her mother

“Go to sleep now my baby girl. Umma is here. You don’t need to be afraid anymore”

Sungmin nods her head. Mrs. Lee kissed her daughter’s forehead. Sungmin holds her tummy and slowly closes her eyes while thinking about Kyuhyun until she finally falls asleep on her mother’s lap
