A few days later, Kyuhyun heard voices coming from the living room. He strolled lazily out of his room, pretending to be there to find something to eat in the kitchen which was to the side of the living room. Instead he was here to spy on Eunhyuk.

Eunhyuk had been avoiding him since that morning when he had almost kissed him. Kyuhyun didn’t like it but he didn’t know how to make him stop doing that. He had tried talking and he would cut the conversation short and run away.

He tried to invite him to play games with him but he would pretend that he was too tired after the schedules and would lock himself in his room. 

When he tried going to his room, Eunhyuk would pretend he was sleeping but Kyuhyun could see him twitching and opening his eyes ever so slightly to peek at Kyuhyun.

When the dorm mates would eat together, he would keep looking down at his plate the whole time.

During rehearsals for SJ activities, he would be surrounded by Donghae, Siwon and Leetuek and it was driving him crazy watching the foursome talking and laughing about something he didn’t know.

He wanted to be the one putting that gummy smile on his face. He wanted to be the one patting his cheeks like Donghae liked to do. He wanted to be the one keeping Eunhyuk warm with bear hugs like Siwon was doing. He wanted to be the one, who would whisper secretively into Eunhyuks’ ear like Leet
