After Minhyo got her things, they all met up at the bus. Key explained that Minho was a bit feverish, and they both went all the way to the back of the bus. Everyone else got in and they started home. Unfortunately for Minhyo the ride became a interview session. All the members were asking her questions...well except for Minho, who stared out of the window the entire time.

 

Minhyo's P.V.

On our way home everyone bombarded me with questions...

"How did you get your Korean name? Are you part Korean?" Taemin was really excited :p

"No kekeke about a year ago i put my English name (Mary) in a Korean name generator about a year ago and thats what it came out to! I liked it so i kept it" :)

"It sounds like Minho's name! *sigh* this will be difficult...Minhyo, Minho, Minhyo, Minho....aish."

I saw Minho stiffen in the back...does he not like me? :(...next up was Onew...

"Wait you said your "American name' ...so what are you...Chinese...Japanese? Your eyes are almond shaped..."

"kekeke....no my parents are from the west part of Africa...Nigeria, but my real name sounds Japanese."

"Really What is it?"

"Funmi, its spelled F-U-N-M-I, but the 'N' is silent so it sounds like Fumi."

"Wow...thats so interesting! Africa and Japan have the same names!"

"Yea, and my brothers name is Yuki...thats snow in Japanese right?"

"Yea! Thats so cool!" Taemin is still hyper =P then he starts with the questions again..

"So how old are you?" he was looking at me coyly

"I am 17...born in 1993.."

"kekekeke...."

"What?"

"We are the same age Minhyo :)"

"Thats Minhyo NUNNA to you Mr. I'm born in April." XP

"Aish...i am forever the dongsaeng....."

Jonghyun was the next to scrutinize me...

"So did your parents approve of you coming here? And How did you learn Korean and stuff?"

"No, my mother scolds me all the time, but i don't care. I learned Korean by watching dramas."

"Just by doing that?"

"Yea, it's really weird. I have a natural ability to learn Asian languages. I don't know why. Once i hear it once and repeat it a couple of times, it stays in my memory. I tried the same thing with Spanish and Arabian languages, but it didn't work. It only works with Mandarin Chinese,Korean, and Japanese. I don't know everything though. I think if i surround myself with the culture and language, i will learn more faster."

"Oh wow, just by repeating words? and you speak it like you were born here in Korea."

"My mother thinks I must have been Asian in my past lives because it just comes so easy to me. I am starting to think she is right."

"Well that explains a lot. And your eyes are almond shaped, I thought one of your parents were Korean!" Onew said

Well the rest of the ride home was pretty much just like that. They asked me so many questions, my mouth hurt after answering them all. We finally arrived home, they helped me get my bags and i went to sleep. The time difference from America to Seoul is 12 hours. So my body was thinking that it is 2 am in the morning, when really its only 12 pm!

 

Minho's P.V.

During the ride home. I tried my hardest to hide and forget these crazy feelings...it came to no success. Her voice while answering my members questions repeatedly drove my heart over an edge. She was an unbelievably interesting person. All of her answers were so unique and intelligent. So distinguished that it could come from no one but her. Taemin didn't help much either with his coupling our names together 'Minhyo, Minho, Minhyo, Minho'. It flowed together like roses in the breeze. So simple and easy...tragically perfect ...ha.

I hadn't noticed when we arrived home. Everyone grabbed Minhyo's things and went into the house. I went straight into the bedroom, without speaking or looking at anyone.

For the rest of the day Jonghyun and Taemin went grocery shopping, Key began to make dinner, and Onew cleaned.

 

Minhyo's P.V.

I changed and tucked myself into bed. As I fell asleep images from the airport flashed through my head. Just how did that happen? Just thinking about what happened...the way Minho looked at me...it sent shivers through my body. My breathing became irregular. I felt so insecure when he got tense after hearing my name....oh no...i can't do this again....not again. I can't be in love like this again...

Soon Minhyo fell asleep while everyone but Minho was preparing for dinner.

 

Minho's P.V.

I locked myself in the room and again attempted to burry these feelings away...but i just couldn't. My head was conflicted. I couldn't leave my brothers, my career, my future because of someone i barely know! But then that thought was overpowered by the sound of her voice, and her eyes...it just kept replaying in my head! I wanted to be with her...right next to her or there was no way i would feel whole. I kept having the compulsive urge to go to her room and take her up into my arms...(i realized in horror)... I must be crazy. I'M CRAZY! THIS IS ALL CRAZY! How can i have fallen this deep so fast! No...i must be crazy...i can't take it anymore....I...I can't stay here...I need to leave..

I left the room not sure what i was doing. Everyone was asleep except Onew hyung, who was still up cleaning the Kitchen. I went up to him....

"Hy...Hyung..." My voice was raspy and faint

The interaction between Taemin and Minhyo is cute. A man dressed up as a clown and practically screaming his head off as he chased after them is a hilarious scenario to witness. Minhyo's got a point about Taemin not understanding her situation since he had never fallen in love before. The pain that both Minho and Minhyo are experiencing is really depressing. It looks like they are really in need of emotional/moral support from the people around them. If only there's something that the rest of the SHINee members could do to help. Jonghyun's the only one oblivious to the reality of the situation--being happy-go-lucky without a care in the world. First, they'd have to reveal the truth to him. Minho does look like he's torn fron the inside-out here. Since Minho had been cold towards Minhyo since the beginning, it's hard for her to get over that and truly accept him with her heart. So, this is the price he pays for mistreating her. Still, her love for him won't go away. It did prevent her from letting him kill himself by heavily drinking. Hopefully, things would work out between the two of them with time. This is really depressing to read. It does hurt to see them suffering so much.

Please don't take this the wrong way. I don't mean to bash your writing this way. It's just constructive criticism given to improve the quality of your writing. I don't have a problem with your writing style. Some of the mistakes did throw me off track. <br />

It has been a while since I last read this. Though, I haven't forgotten about the essence of this story.<br />

It's a matter of time till Jonghyun finds out the real truth behind Minho's recent behavior. He seems to be diagnosed with the condition of being lovesick. Hopefully, Minho and Minhyo would try to work things out together. It is the groups' concern when at least one of their fellow teammates isn't feeling well. They need all the support that they can get. Later, they would have a bigger problem to face: having Minho's secret revealed to the public. I wonder how their management company would handle this. It could be passed off as a rumor. There are people who stir things up through gossip to catch the interest of others.<br />

1. His whole body tensed and you looked back at Onew with nervous eyes. <br />
* It seems like the attention is drawn towards the readers where the "you" is inserted. That should've been "he" instead since Key was referring to Minho.<br />

* Generally, a hyphen is not needed between the prefix and the actual word.<br />

3. "The only way I can do that is staying as far away from you as possible."<br />

Since Lee's out of the picture, she no longer has to deal with him and his hurtful words. I'm aware that Taemin still feels bitter towards Minho for mistreating her. Taemin truly loves and cares for Minhyo that he'd do anything just for her to be happy. The feelings that he has for Minhyo are making him overwhelmed. It seems like a curse because of the way he's suffering from it. Getting drunk doesn't help the situation at all. The problem will only go away when the person confronts it and does something about it. That's when the weight will be lifted off the shoulders. Onew's the only one who knows the truth about Minho not really being himself...up till now. It looks like Key might be able to get some answers from him. Since he's so deep in sleep, it's unlikely that he'd be waken up from his nightmare. I hope it'd be a happy ending for all of them. <br />

The words in yellow aren't easy to see, especially on a bright monitor. It does put pressure on the eyes to have to squint in order to read it. It's best not to use colors that are look very too bright.

Jonghyun seems to be the only one having the least involvement from what I remember reading in Chapters 1-12. It's good that we finally get to see things from his perspective. Another plus is that you've gained three new subscribers. ^^ Good for you! <br />

It's a relief that the vision that left us hanging in the previous chapter isn't real. Poor Minho is worried sick now...almost like he's awaiting for the apocalypse to occur. Onew's fitting into his position well as their leader. He seems like the kind of person that any of his teammates--Minho, in this case--can turn to whenever there's a problem that some well-thought advice is needed to help cope with the situation/circumstances. That shows his care for the well-bing of his fellow teammates. It looks like Taemin hasn't forgiven Minho after the way he treated Minhyo. So, it could take a lot for him to be convinced. The lie that Minho came up with won't last long once they (minus Onew) get to the bottom of it and figure out his actual problem. I wonder what Minhyo would tell them about Taemin.
