Donghae's P.O.V. 

A to Z

I rolled on to my side and felt the slightest jab of pain, then I opened my eyes and awoke inside Siwon's dimmed room. His spot next to me on the bed was empty, but I wasn't surprised since I know he likes getting up early in the morning. 

Still feeling a bit dazed from my sleep, I scanned the large bedroom I'm in and I couldn't help but feel amazed at how put-together everything is. I know, I know. I've slept countless times in here already, and it does feels like home. 

However, all its expensive furniture and its intricate design still intimidates me. It's sophisticated and classy, yet cozy and welcoming. Just like Siwon. 

He asked me once if I wanted to redecorate it with him, but I said no. I love it just the way it is. It's got Siwon written all over it, and I like the thought of waking up in his private lair every morning. It is as if I'm under HIS care and into HIS arms for the rest of my life. And nothing more excites me than it does. 

I started to get up carefully, and found a piece of paper folded on the bed side table. A note from Siwon. And in his cursive hand writing, he said: 

Good morning, my love. Just went out for a quick run. Be back soon. Love you. 

I didn't even try to stop myself from smiling. But, yes. I was giddily smiling at his note while tracing his words with my fingers. 

Siwon has done a whole lot of romantic things for me ever since we became a couple. Especially these past few days. He never left my side throughout my recovery and has been giving me his extensive tender loving care. I even had to talk him into going back to the gym and working out. 

I know that keeping his physique fit and toned is very important to him. I even caught him stealing push-ups in the bathroom when he thinks I'm asleep. So, I had make him go back to his old habits again. 

Of course, I'd want us to be together all day every day, but I can't just keep him for myself. And being the sweetest husband that he is, Siwon insisted that he likes staying home and taking care of me, but I swore to him that I can manage a few hours in our day without him nursing me. 

And everything little thing he does amazes me. Even cute notes like this. 

DING DONG! 

The doorbell rang so I put the note back where I found it. It couldn't be Siwon since he never forgets his keys, so I wondered who it might be. I answered the door and outside was Omma beaming at me. 

"Omma!" I immediately hugged her in my arms. "I'm so glad you're here!" 

She patted my cheek with one hand and said, "I missed you so I asked Donghwa to drop me off on his way to work."

"Oh. I wish he could've come up to say hi." 

"You know your brother. Always busy with his work…" Then she smiled again and said, "I hope you're hungry because I brought you some breakfast!" I looked down to see the basket she was holding. I started smelling the delicious aroma of her cooking. "Omma, you know I'm always hungry!"

"Good then, because I cooked all your favourites." She pursed her lips then said, "Aren't you going to invite your mother in?"

I chuckled. "Of course, of course. Welcome to our humble abode." Omma smiled and shook her head. I moved over so she could step inside. "Aigoo, Donghae. It's almost 10 o'clock, why are you still in your pyjamas? Don't tell me you just woke up." 

I was still wearing a big T-shirt of Siwon's and my favourite pair of flannel pyjamas. I scratched the back of my head and explained. "Yeah. Siwon left the shutters closed so I didn't notice it's morning already." 

"Well, you need a lot of rest anyway." We walked to the kitchen and she placed the basket of goodies on the counter. "Speaking of Siwon. Is he around?" 

"Yeah, he just went out for a run. He'll be back in time." I tried peeking through inside the basket but she swatted my hand away. "Go freshen yourself up and get dressed. I'll prepare these", she said while getting some plates from the cabinet. She's only been here twice yet she already knows where everything's put. I've been living here for quite some time now, yet I know nothing. 

"Are you sure, Omma? I can help." 

She batted her hand at me. "Non sense. I'm capable of doing it on my own. Besides, I've missed preparing your meals." Her back is facing me, but I smiled at her anyway. "Okay, be back in a jiffy." 

So I brushed my teeth, did my morning rituals, changed into a clean T-shirt and one of Siwon's gym shorts. I came back to the kitchen short after and found Omma  adding some finishing touches on her dishes. "Mmm. Smells like home." I leaned on to the counter, watched Omma work her magic. 

While busy doing her thing, Omma suddenly said, "While you were in the bathroom, I couldn't help but notice how awfully quiet it is in this apartment."

I furrowed my eyebrows at what she said then replied, "It is. But I'm used to it. Siwon and I likes to be the peaceful anyway." 

She paused to look at me. "But what do you do when Siwon's working or away for some project?" 

She had locked me under her gaze. She does this a lot when she wants something out of you. "Mmm… I'm recovering faster than we all expected. I mean it's been only a week since after the accident and I'm already able to move without hurting myself, so I guess I'll be going back to work again pretty soon and become busy again." Omma pretended to do something with the dishes again, but I know she's on to something.

"I know that, and that's good. But let's say you don't have anything to do and your schedule's clear, are you just going to stay at home alone and bored all by yourself?"

I watched her suspiciously, and I thought about my answer. "I'll go hang with the guys, I guess."

"Oh." She shrugged. "And… what if they're not around?" 

Alright, that's it. "What are you trying to say, Omma?" I crossed my arms on my chest. I looked at her like a parent questioning his child. She sighed then finally turned around to look at me. There was a smile on her face and she looks excited, but something tells me that I'm not going to like what she has to say.

"I was just thinking that… since you're relationship with Siwon seems to be going perfect, and that you two have finally put everything back into place… I was just thinking that maybe you and Siwon should start planning about the future." The enthusiasm is all over her face, I know she's been wanting to say this. 

"What exactly do you mean, Omma?" I asked more calmly this time. 

"Oh. You know what I mean. Things that a married couple should think about and plan ahead. Like… like have you guys decided if you two are going to live here 'til you both get old or are you getting a house. Things like that." She paused and clasped her hands together. "Talks about having kids?" She looked at me expectantly, gleefully waiting for my answer. Oh gosh. I knew this is where she's leading to...

I exhaled and dropped my hands to my sides. "Omma…" 

"What?" She said it like I'm the crazy one. 

I walked towards her. "I already talked to you about this…" Her smile faded as soon as she heard the neglect in my voice. "I told you… I don't think Siwon and I are ready yet." 

She shook her head. "Of course, you are! Bringing a child into your home would strengthen your love for each other, Hae." With the look on her face right now, I know she's not letting go of this issue quite easily. 

"I know, Omma. But---" 

"Don't you want children?" Her hands resting on her waist now. Not a good sign. 

"You know I do, Omma. I've always wanted kids and a family of my own."

She smacked me on the arm. "What are you waiting for then?!" 

"Ow!" I held the spot where she hit me. 

"You're not getting any younger, Hae. Soon enough, you two will be in your thirties! And by that time, I'd be like a hundred!"  I laughed despite my frustration. Then she came closer to me and took my hands. "Donghae… I want to be a grandmother while I'm still strong. I want to be able to carry my grandchild and play with him or her. Or them!" 

I chuckled. "I know, Omma. But I don't… I don't know… I guess I'm just kinda scared. I'd love to have a child now, but we just got back together and I think it's too soon. Besides, I don't think Siwon's ready---" 

"Ready for what?"

Omma and I turned around and saw Siwon standing by the kitchen door. All sweaty and tired from his run, but he still managed to look so handsome. He was wearing a black tank paired with black sweatpants. And suddenly, I'm not sure what I'm hungry for anymore. 

He stood there soaked in sweat smiling at my mother and I. 

Omma smiled back at him and said, "Good morning, Siwon. I brought you guys some breakfast."

Siwon gave her a small bow. "So that explains that amazing smell. I knew for sure it wasn't Donghae's cooking." 

"Don't pretend like you don't like what waffles, Siwon." I rolled my eyes at him. 

He laughed. That manly y laugh… He walked towards me then turned me around and hugged me from behind. He rested his chin on my shoulder and said, "I've missed you." I wrapped my arms over his. "I've missed you too", I replied. 

Then Siwon kissed my right temple. "Let me just go take a shower and I'd be right back. Excuse me, Mrs. Lee." Siwon left the kitchen, then from the room he screamed, "Don't start without me!" Omma and I laughed then I turned back to her and saw her smiling. With a little too much gladness in her eyes.

"What are you smiling about, Omma?" 

She sighed happily. "Oh, nothing. Just seeing you two together just makes me think how wonderful you two would be as parents." 

"Omma!" I screamed-whisper at her. 

She laughed then shook her head at me. 

Omma let me help her prepare the food on the dining table, and we finished just in time when Siwon came out of the room all cleaned and fresh from a shower. He was wearing some khaki shorts and a plain white T-shirt that fits him just right. His pecs and arms bulging from it, and if it wasn't for Omma, I would have seriously jumped on him and take it all off. 

We ate breakfast quietly while I kept stealing glances from Siwon enjoying his food. "Everything tastes so good, Mrs. Lee! I wish you lived closer to us!" 

Flattered, Omma laughed and said, "Why, thanks, Siwon. I'm glad you liked them." 

"Omma, are you sure you don't want to join us?" 

"Yes, yes. I already had my breakfast at home earlier. You kids just enjoy." Then she went back to kitchen and got her purse. She took out her cell phone and read some text message. "Oh, dear. I forgot I was supposed to meet some friends for tea." 

I stopped chewing for a sec. "You're leaving?" 

She looked at me, disappointed. "Yes, I promised I'd go meet them the next time I go back to the city." She checks the clock and said, "Oh, and it looks like I'm late. Aigoo!" 

I stood up from my seat. "Let me drive you there, Omma." Siwon stood up too and said, "Hae, I don't think it's a good idea for you to drive so soon." He gave me a wary look and turned to Omma. "Please, let me drive you there, Mrs. Lee." 

"Aish!" She waved a hand at us and exclaimed, "Sit down both of you. I've known this city longer than you. I know my way around, don't you worry. I'll be fine." 

I felt defeated but she already had her bag on her arm and I know then that there's no stopping her. So we just walked her to the door and said our goodbyes.

She kissed me on the cheek and gave Siwon a hug. Before walking away, she pointed a finger to my face and said, "Don't forget about the thing I told you, Lee Donghae." She smiled teasingly and I rolled my eyes at her.

"Bye, Omma. Take care!" 

She walked away and Siwon closed the door behind her. Then we were left standing at the corridor. He studied me with curiosity and asked, "What 'thing'"? 

I walked back to the dining table with him following. "It's nothing. Omma was just being silly as always." 

We sat back on our chairs. Siwon frowned. "Being silly about what?"  

I sighed. "Well, she just wants to know about our plans for the future, buying a house, building a family, and stuff like that. Don't mind it, really." 

He smiled. "And? What did you tell her?" 

"Mmm… well, I told her that we haven't talked about it", I replied. 

"We really haven't huh…" He took a piece of muffin in his mouth and chewed with a glint of a smile in his eyes. 

I shrugged my shoulders. "Yeah, apparently." 

"Why don't we talk about it now then?" 

I smiled at him. "Okay." 

On the table, he placed his hand over mine and said, "So what does my adorable Fishy want for the future anyway?" 

"Spend the rest of my life with you", I simply answered. 

"Good answer." He smiled wider. "But, besides that." 

I looked down on my food and acted casual. "I don't know, Siwon…" Then looked back at him again. "I'm happy as long as I'm with you." 

He held my face with one hand. "Me too, baby… But let's discuss about what your mother had said." 

"Siwon, we really don't have to---"

"Do you want to move to a house or stay here?" 

I held his hand over my face. "I'm happy here. But what do you want?" 

We looked at each other. His hair slicked back and still wet. He mirrored the joy I'm feeling right now for even talking about this him. Omma's right. Planning really does help relationships, because I can already feel our dreams together becoming reality. We're grown ups now. No more fooling around. It's the real thing, and we need a good plan for it. 

"Well, I've always wanted of building and designing my own house where I would live with my family 'til I'm old." He rubbed my cheeks with his fingers and continued, "But like you, I'm happy right here with you as of now." 

I nodded. "Okay." 

"Now, her second question…"

Uh-oh. Here it goes… I've never heard of Siwon talk about having kids or even showing any adoration for children. But whatever his answer would be, I'm there with him. But it still somehow scares me… He inched his chair closer so now our knees are touching. 

"Well…" He started to say. I watched his emotion carefully and waited for the next thing he would say. His smile is still there but he looks worried, and I knew then that he was going to say no. I looked down at our hands, smiling to conceal the sadness I was just starting to feel. But then he went on and said, "Well, I'd like to raise children with you, Lee Donghae."

I faced him again. Smiling so genuinely now. "Really?!" 

He chuckled. "Of course! What do you think?" 

"Yes! Yes, Siwon! I'd love to." I was grinning at him. "Oh, Siwon. I was starting to feel you'd say you never want to have children." 

"That's what I was thinking you'd say!" He said right away then we both laughed. 

I squeezed his hands. "I love you." 

He leaned forward and kissed me on the lips. "I love you more, babe." 

During afternoons, Siwon and I usually just lounge around the living room being unproductive together. Today I decide to read a manga comic that I loved as a teenager, while Siwon reads some philosophical book. I lay my head on his lap and moments later Siwon started brushing my hair his finger with one hand while he holds his book up with the other. It was the most comforting thing, and I before I knew it, I was already in a nap. 

I awoke to Siwon talking quietly on his phone. I moved my head on his lap to look at him. He touched the tip of my nose with his finger and winked at me. 

"He's awake now, but I'm not sure if he's ready for that", he said. 

I started getting up and asked, "Who's that?" 

"Hold on a second." He put the phone down and said, "Ryeowook. He's asking us if we could come down to SMent today."

I cocked my head to the side and wondered. "Why? What's up?" 

He shrugged. "I don't know. He said they all prepared something for you." 

Delight got the best of me and I was already excited to go. "Tell him we'd go." 

"But, babe." He held my hand. "I don't think you're strong enough for a party yet." 

I tugged on his arm. "But, Siwon… I haven't been out in days! I need to socialise, I need to have fun and I need to---Please?"

I pouted at him and he stared at me for a while. He put the phone back to his ear. "Alright, Wook. We'll be there." He paused to listen. I heard Wookie screaming his happiness on the other line then Siwon said, "Well, we have to get ready now. See you in a bit." 

As soon as he puts his phone down, I leaned forward and gave Siwon a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you." 

"Last time I didn't trust you, the most terrifying thing happened in my life… So from now on, I'd always listen to what you have to say, because you're important to me, my love. Everything going in that wonderful little head of yours, is important to me." He gave the most heart-melting smile then I fell in love with him all over again. I lift his arm up and wrapped it around me, cradling myself next to him.

I rested my head on his shoulder and said, "I'm so glad I married you." 

He laughed then held me tighter in his arms. "It's not like you had any choice." 

"Oh, I sure did. I had suitors all over the world, but I chose this deep next to me instead. What are the odds…", I said jokingly. 

He froze then replied, "You shouldn't have said that." In one swift move he had me in his arms and carried me towards the bedroom. I giggled and tried to squirm away.

"Siwon! Put me down!" 

"No. I think you need to be reminded how much of a great husband I am."

He kissed my forehead then kicked the bedroom door open. He placed me gently on the bed, and climbed on top of me. He caressed my body from top to bottom, and he gazed at me as if it's the first he's touching me. I cupped his face in my hands and said, "Make love to me, Siwon." 

He smirked. "Oh, I will…" He sat up and removed his shirt, revealing the sculpted body of his. I ran my fingers from chest down to his rock-hard abs.

"Choi Siwon, you seem to have gained some weight", I teased. 

He chuckled then gave me a wicked smile. "Oh, you went out of line there, mister." 

He lunged at me playfully and we start making love. Him claiming me… and me showing him than I'm his. Always and forever. 

Siwon and I took a steamy shower together and had a second round of love making. Then we started getting ready inside the huge walk in closet of Siwon's. About one thirds are my closet are mine, and the rest are all his.

Most of my clothes are back at my apartment, and after I moved back in here, Siwon drove up to my place and got me some clothes. It's really sweet of him to move his clothes to make some space up for mine. 

He dressed in a white button-down shirt and some slim black trousers cut just right at his ankles. He paired it a classic watch and a dark brown leather loafers. He checked himself out in the mirror, looking so debonair as ever. 

As for me, I decided to put on something more casual. I went for a plain white T-shirt topped with a leather jacket, cut out light denim pants and a red plaid shirt tied around my waist. 

I looked at Siwon sitting on a single couch, watching me. "Do I look okay?" I asked. He raised both his thumbs and said, "More than okay. You look very handsome, babe."

He stood and joined me looking at the mirror. He place his hands on my waist then whispered to my ear, "Handsome, and VERY very y…" 

His lips tickled my ear and I giggled. I looked at him through the mirror. "Look at how different we look. We don't match at all." 

"That's true. But we are matched," he pointed at my heart. "Here." 

We smiled at each other. He kissed my cheek and said, "Ready?" 

I nodded then we were off. 

At the car, Siwon got a text from Wookie telling us to go straight to the roof top. So when we got to SMent, we did as we were told so. And when we opened the door from the staircase, I saw the most put-together party anyone has ever planned in this building. There were streamers everywhere, balloons, and even a banner saying 'Welcome Back Donghae!'. It was so touching, and I couldn't help but get a little teary eyed. 

"This is wonderful." Siwon said behind me. 

Everybody was here, the girls of SNSD and F(x), and everyone from SHINee, Trax, TVQX, EXO, and of course, the guys of Super Junior. There were other guests too, employees of SMent some of our other friends. It was a fun bunch.

Sunny saw us standing there going unnoticed and screamed, "There they are!" 

Of course, everyone looked and started to swarm us. I got hugs from everybody and got asked a lot about my condition, and everybody just seemed so concerned. It was so nice to know that all these people cares for me.

Siwon got separated from me at some point and caught me laughing at something Kangta-hyung was saying. He winked at me, his way of saying that he's happy for that I'm having a good time, so I smiled knowingly at him. 

We were reunited once again only when Eunhyuk dragged us together for a photo op with everybody. Then when it was all over, he looked at me and said, "Glad to see that smile on your face." 

I flashed him a grin. "Yeah, I'm just so happy we went! Imagine how awkward it would be if we didn't show up!" 

We both laughed then suddenly Kyuhyun came up to us. He opened his long arms and pulled Siwon and I for a big hug. "Ohhh how I've missed you both!" 

Siwon and I chuckled at Kyuhyun. "We missed you too, Kyuhyunnie", I said. 

"How are the bruises?" 

"Mmm. Still there, but they're fading and healing fast."

He rubbed both his hands together like a menace and said, "Can I see them?" 

I was about to lift my shirt up to show him but then Siwon grabbed my hand. "Kyuhyun", he scolded. "Seems a little inappropriate here, don't you think?" 

Kyuhyun rolled his eyes and said, "Ugh. Fine." 

I patted him at the back and joked, "Next time, buddy." 

"So what have you been up to, Kyuhyun?" Siwon asked. 

"Well, I'm just---" He was about to answer, but something caught his eye and said, "Hey, isn't that Seon U?" 

Siwon and I both turned to look, and at the doorway was Seon U seemingly looking for someone. "Manager-hyung must've invited him. Should we go say hi?" said Kyuhyun.

I looked sideways at Siwon, but he didn't seem bothered in any way. He looked down at me and asked, "Do you want to say hi to him?" 

I swallowed hard, and nodded. "Yeah, let's go." 

So the three of us, walked our way though the party crowd and approached Seon U. Siwon held my hand and led me there. "Seon U!", Kyuhyun called out. 

He turned around confused and smiled when he saw us coming. "Oh, hi there! Good to see you guys again! Donghae, I'm glad you're fine now." 

"Thank you." I smiled shyly at him. 

"Looking for Manager-hyung?" asked Kyuhyun. Siwon didn't let go of my hand, and stayed silent. 

"Yes, yes. That bastard isn't answering his phone. Have you seen him?" 

Kyuhyun looked around and said, "I'm he's just there somewhere." 

Seon U nodded, then turned to Siwon and I. "I hope you two don't mind me being here, your manager insisted that I go and said that everything's fine." 

Siwon finally broke his silence and replied, "No, it's fine." 

"Yeah. We don't mind", I added. I looked at Siwon for assurance, then he just placed his arm over my shoulder. 

"Listen. About that thing with Mario… I really don't know what to say, I apologise in his behalf and---"

Siwon cut him off and said, "Everything's fine now, Seon U. Don't mind it anymore. It's all in the past now." 

Seon U sighed. "Yes, but let me just say that Mario is really a good person, and I'm sure he never meant to hurt any of you. If you just know how guilty he was and saw him grief until his last day here, you'd just---"

Now it's my turn to cut him off. "Wait, he already left?" 

Seon U pursed his lips and nodded. "When?" I asked. 

"Well, we said our goodbyes at breakfast this morning. I offered to take him to the airport, but he refused and said that he hates goodbyes." 

"Oh", was all I managed to say to hide any emotion. 

"He's flying out this afternoon." Then Seon U checked his watch and said, "And he's probably right at the airport now." 

Siwon gave me an attentive look, but I avoided his stare and looked somewhere else.

"Ya! Seon U! There you are!" We looked to the right and saw Manager-hyung rushing towards us. 

With a drink with his one hand, he gave Seon U a brotherly hug and said, "Thank god you made it! You wouldn't believe who's here right now!"

"Who?" Seon U wondered. 

"Jae-Sun! From college is here! Come on, go say hi!" Then Manager-hyung started dragging Seon U away to the bar. Seon U turned briefly back at us and said, "Excuse me, guys." 

Siwon stood in front of me to lift my chin with his fingers. "Are you okay?" I forced a smile out and said, "Yeah. Of course, I am." 

"You seem upset." 

I shook my head slightly. "No, Siwon. I'm fine." 

Kyhyun cleared his throat and said, "Uhm… I'll just go get a drink." 

He left Siwon and I alone. We stared at each then he let out an exasperated sigh. "Do you want to see him?" 

"I don't know…" Of course, I want to see Mario before he leaves and say goodbye, but I don't know if it's right. 

"Donghae. You can tell me if you do. Be honest with me." 

I hugged myself and looked at him straight in the eyes. "I do, Siwon. I want to see him for the last time. But… but I don't have to, right? I mean… I don't think I should. And… and I love you, and you're all I need now." 

He pulled me into hug, my face buried on his chest. "I love you too, babe. But… but that shouldn't stop you from saying goodbye to someone who's been special to you." 

I pulled away and searched answers from his eyes. "What are you saying, Siwon?" 

He held me tight, and I instantly felt safe. Loved and cherished.

"I'm saying that if you want to say goodbye to him, I'll drive you there and that we should go now." Well, I didn't expect that!

"Siwon, I… Are you sure?" 

He gave me his signature coy smile. "Yes."

I jumped and wrapped my arms around him. "Oh, Siwon! Thank you. I love you. I love you so much." I kissed his lips over and over, until he started laughing then said, "Come on. Let's go find Seon U." 

I followed Siwon to the bar where Manager-hyung and Seon U were hanging out with some of their friends. I tapped Seon U on the shoulder then he spun around to see me. "Donghae, what's up?" 

"What time would Mario fly out today?" I asked immediately. 

He looked shocked and averted his eyes to Siwon who's standing behind me. Seon U was unsure of what was happening but he answered anyway. "Mario leaves in three hours. But he's probably on his way to the airport now to check in." 

I nodded then clapped his arm. "Alright, thanks Seon U."

I turned back to Siwon then he held my hand and led me towards the door, leaving a confused Seon U behind. 

I'm glad there was no traffic today, so Siwon and I reached the airport in no time. It was an odd drive, not much words were spoken, but our hands remained glued together. 

When we reached the passenger drop-off, Siwon and I immediately got out of the car, not wasting any second. The airport gate is right across the street and I began searching for Mario with my eyes. 

"I'll stay here. You go look for him", said Siwon. We exchanged a look and I gave him a quick kiss before heading towards the entrance. 

I stood before the gate and looked around for Mario. The airport was busy with people going to different direction to catch different flights. It was chaotic. But then, I spotted a familiar looking brown leather jacket and I knew it was him.

Mario was in line going for the boarding gates, oblivious that I was here watching him. 

I walked right up at him and said, "That jacket really looks good on you." 

He froze to sound of my voice and slowly, raised his head to look up. He was surprised to see me, no doubt about that. We stared at each other for a few seconds, neither of us saying a word. 

"You… you got a second to talk?" I asked cautiously. 

He exhaled. "Sure". He said something to the old lady behind him then stepped out of the line and followed me to the side. 

He placed his passport and ticket back to his carry-on bag, and I said, "Didn't you even plan to tell me you were leaving?" 

Mario stared at me. Sadness swimming in his eyes. "I'm… I'm sorry, Donghae. I know I should've told you but I don't know how I. I couldn't stand being in this city anymore with all the conflict I've caused, and I knew I just had to leave." 

Seeing him down made me to tear up. "But how could you leave without saying goodbye?" I wiped a tear from my eye before it even falls.

"I don't know. I guess I lost all my courage, and leaving seems like the easiest way out."

I shook my head. "I'm sorry for ruining your trip here, Mario."

"I'm sorry for almost ruining your marriage…" He paused then continue on saying, "And are you kidding? You made my trip exciting, and I'm sure as hell I won't forget this any time soon!"

I couldn't help but laugh on that one. Then I looked at him in the eye and said, "I just wish… I just wish I got a chance to know you better."

He smiled. "Donghae, you knew me more than anybody else." 

Then an announcement was made on the speakers calling out for passengers to check in. Mario sighed and said, "That's my fight."I caught the last words of the girl talking and heard the words 'New York'.

I him. "New York? I thought you're going back to Bangkok." 

"Yeah... With all the things that happened here, I decided that it's not best to return home just yet. I need a good… distraction, i guess? And I think New York's hustle and bustle lifestyle would be good for me", he explained. 

I nodded. "That seems like a good idea…" Then I looked at him in the eyes. "Will I ever see you again?" 

"Someday, Donghae…" He smiled back. "Hopefully." 

And with that, I knew I had to let him go. For good. "So, I guess this is goodbye now, huh?"

"Yeah… It was a pleasure knowing you, Lee Donghae." He offered his hand for me to shake it. But it seemed silly to me, so I took it and pulled him into a friendly hug. He tensed up at first but softened after a second. 

"It's nice of Siwon to let you go to see me", said Mario after we let go.

I smiled and said, "Well, you'd be surprise to know that he's actually the one who drove me here." 

He seemed surprised but he couldn't hide the amusement on his face. "Wow. That's something. So is he here somewhere?" 

I chuckled. Glad to see his playful side again. I looked towards the direction where we parked, and as expected, Siwon was leaning back on the hood of his car, watching us. Emotionless, yet calm. "He's over there", I pointed. 

Mario followed my gaze, then he waved at Siwon. I thought Siwon would just ignore him but I was genuinely shocked when Siwon gave Mario a singled nod. It wasn't the most friendly acknowledgement, but indeed, it was something! I smiled at him then turned back to Mario. 

He looked happy, and fixed his jacket. "I better go now."

"Alright", I nodded then he turned back and walked away. I watched him go back to the line, the old lady let Mario back to his spot before he left. He thanked her just in time before the passport checker asks for his documents. He turned around to smile at me, then waved goodbye. 

I waved back, he walked inside the airport then he was gone…

I returned to Siwon and didn't give him the chance to sit up from the hood of the car. I stood between his legs and kissed him right away. "Thank you for letting me do this." He smiled then gave me a kiss on the forehead. "It was the right thing to do", he replied

We hanged there for a while, just embracing each other and cherishing the moment. 

Siwon pulled back and said, "We better go, babe. People aren't supposed to stay long here." 

"You're right. Let's go." 

We went back inside the car and he started driving, Siwon looked at me and asked, "Ready to go back to you party?" 

I nodded at him excitedly then he took my hand and kissed it. Then we drove back to SMent without letting go of each others hands. 

Siwon and I may get physically seperated at times, but our hearts would always be together. Our lives are now connecteda and we are one.

That's what I learned about loving Siwon: Fight for your love and never ever let go.
