Everything in the chapter was spoken in English

As kids ran through the halls, preparing for their practices, and shadowy figure slunk away from the crowded areas.
The figure passed through the halls without notice, stopping at a door that read ‘President’s Office.’ The person pulled out a key and a hairpin opening the door with ease. They crept towards the cabinet. Once again the person used the hairpin to open it. Their fingers fanned over the manila folders, stopping at one and pulling it out. The person looked at it, taking a few pictures with a camera phone before they heard voices. The person quickly put it back and hid by the door. As the voices passed by, the figure took that as a sign they stated to long. They slunk away without notice once again and disappeared in the halls.
Meanwhile, Ae Cha and Alanna were finishing there lunch in a free meeting room.
“You don’t think I was too hard on them.” Ae Cha immediately regretted her actions. She didn’t want to hurt the kids but she knew they needed more structure.
“You did fine, Unnie. They aren’t in school, they choose this life, they have to be ready for the real world faster than normal kids. You did them a favor.” Alanna tried to comfort her friend.
“But maybe I shouldn’t have taken her ipod.” She referred to the lunch scene.
Alanna sighed as she looked up at her stressed out friend.
“You’re right, maybe you shouldn’t have. Maybe you’ll be forever known as the killjoy. But you did what you had to do. The kids need to know a time and place to have fun.” Alanna tired to help out again.
“I know, I know, I just feel guilty.” Ae Cha stated, as she plopped down in a chair, placing the ipod she had been holding down.
“Well, the kids were just trying to have some fun.” Alanna tried to reason, “They are young after all. They just need to be explained things. They’ll understand.” Alanna tried to soothe her friend.
“I wish I wasn’t that mean.” Ae Cha sighed.
“It’s ok. As I said it’s preparing them, no one will be a better manager than you. You’re just trying to look after the kids.” Alanna continued.
Ae Cha sighed, relaxing deeper in the chair as guilty over came her.
“I GOT IT!” Alanna shot up, “You can make it up to them.”
Ae Cha just looked at Alanna with an odd face. Alanna continued, “What I mean is, the kids never have a chance to have fun, they always have to practice, practice, practice. Which is great, but since they’re kids, they need some time off. Right?” Alanna looked at Ae Cha to see if she understood where she was going.
“R-rrightt…” Ae Cha looked at Alanna cautiously.
“Why don’t you hold an event for them? It’ll give them a chance to relax and have some fun. They are all stressed about the elimination and debut. It’ll be best for everyone if they got even a few hours off.” Alanna smiled with her suggested.
Ae Cha took in a deep breath. “I think I could use something like that.” She rubbed the back of her neck. “Alright.” She smiled at Alanna, giving in. “Next time I see the president, I’ll see what I can do.”
Alanna smiled at her friend as she continued to eat. Ae Cha sat up and began to do some work. She slowly stood up turning her body away from the door. Alanna couldn’t help but notice the door creek open slowly. She looked towards the source. She saw a young girl crawling on the floor making her way toward the table. Alanna tried to suppress her laughter and caught the girl’s attention. She looked at Alanna with big eyes. She gave her a pleading look not to tell. Alanna looked up to see the girl’s goal. She saw the ipod on the table and picked it up. She handed it to the girl, tilting her head towards the door signaling her to get out. The girl smiled and quickly got out.
Alanna got up and grabbed the door to hide the fact the girl was ever there.
“What are you doing?” Ae Cha finally noticed Alanna’s actions.
Alanna laughed light, “I’m just heading to the bathroom, I’ll be right back.”
Ae Che nodded and Alanna was gone, holding up the act.
As Alanna walked down the hallway, she couldn’t help but think something was off. She tried to put it in the back of her mind, but couldn’t shake the feeling someone or something was watching her. She quickly turned back and made her way back to Ae Cha. When she got there, she couldn’t help but notice, her sketchbook was missing.

I'm planning on making a fun event to make the characters interact more with each other, so hopefully that will come up soon. Also, I added a mystery to the story, (which I always planned to do). I wonder if this is the person who has been letting out all the leaks about the new group. I wonder what will happen to the company. lol.

Anyways I hope you liked this chapter, it's just to set up for the future. I hope you guys enjoyed it!

If there are no oppositions, I will hopefully be releasing the leaders and only the leaders this weekend. Again, it may change if people oppose or want a chance to get it. Also, for the leaders, I will only release that they are the leaders not any of their other positions in the group, seeing as their positions may be changed to fit the story. If you signed up as a leader and were not chosen as a leader, you still have a chance to make it in another position in the group, also I'll give you time to change your application if you feel the need for it, though I really don't think there is, but it's but to you.

Two! I'm thinking about setting a deadline soon for the weekend of the 20th. If you want to apply and have not yet and can't make it within that time limit tell me now before I offically set the deadline. I well hopefully be setting the deadline before next week so keep that in mind!

There! I also forgot to note in the designer chapter that the designer, Alanna, is fluent in Japanese. I sorta assumed it since she worked in Japan, but just for you the readers to know, she can speak Japanese, so if you character speaks Japanese, they can converse with her in that way, if they make contact.
