"Caddy.." I slightly gasp and unconciously take a step back. "처음 뵙겠습니다."

"It's nice to -finally- meet you too." She replied in perfect English. "I've heard a lot about you."

Oh? She's not Korean? She's heard a lot about me? How should I respond? 

"Ah..It's probably nothing much." I reply earnestly.

"If you say so.." Caddy smiled and took a seat at the only table in the room. "Advancing from level 1 Vocal training to level 3 in just a month isn't easy."

"Really..?" I hesistate to reply and slowly head towards the table to take a seat opposite her.

"No one's been able to do it before..." She said, one hand propping up her head and the other tapping on the table. "...Except for me."

Does she hate me now? Aw man. The last thing I want is being bullied. And she is at the top of the list of people to not cross. One word from her and she could bring all my efforts to ash. 

"Don't-"

"You're-"

"Ah, hehe. You go first." Caddy laughed, eyes forming a smile.

"A-Ah, okay..umm.." I stuttered."You're one of the trainees that I look up to in this program. It'd be an honour to be able to train with you someday."  

"I'm happy to hear that. I was just going to say don't be scared of me, I'd also like to train with you soon." Caddy replied, moving to place her hands into her pockets as a cool draft of wind drifted through the room.

I nodded my acknowledgement and when I looked up, I saw Caddy sliding something across the table towards me.

"What's...this?" I ask, confused.

"A ticket to Mnet M! Countdown." She answered, getting up from her seat. "Think of it as a gift for surviving your first month with such impressive results." 

"B-but-" I start.

"No need to thank me, I've got heaps." She said, exiting the cool dance room.

I look down at the rectangular piece of paper with VIP stamped across in red. My mind filled with buzzing thoughts. I shake my sleeve up to take a glimse at the time on my watch.

1:10pm. It's only been 10 minutes.

The longest 10 minutes of my life so far.
