WOW - BTOB (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXcUXWL1mJA) *119 is the equivalent to 911 in Korea. :) ---------------------- Narrator’s P.O.V: Youngjae sighed and rubbed his temples in annoyance as he skimmed over the contents of his paper. The two of them had a ten page essay due tomorrow about how the Goryo Era came to be. “How the hell do you expect me to do this?” Youngjae grimaced as he let his head free-fall onto the keyboard. The computer screen spelled out gibberish. “Daehyunnie, help me!” He whimpered. The said boy had an extremely serious face on as his eyes narrowed sharply. His pink lips parted as he murmured the paragraphs of his essay quickly, and before he knew it, he straightened up and smiled jovially. In a smooth click, he pressed the print button. “Done!” “What?!” Youngjae gawked as a wave of people shushed him. Daehyun made a face, “Youngjae, we’re in a library. Keep your voice down!” “But… You’re done!” He groaned, eyes comparing between Daehyun’s informative essay and his two sentenced, un-complete one. Daehyun reached over to the printer as he stretched his arms and sighed in relaxation, checking the time. “Well then, I guess you’ll have a long afternoon ahead of you.” Youngjae frowned and traced his finger down his cheek in feigned sadness, “How lucky. You get to go back home to the Queen and the Prince, and I have to stay here and work on my stupid Goryo essay. Plus, I have a bratty older sister to go home to, and my nagging parents. Jeez.” Daehyun chuckled gently and clapped his back, “Hey, I’m going to the florists, not home! And family is important, you know. You should be lucky to have them around.” Youngjae noted the way Daehyun’s eyes dimmed a bit when he started talking about family. He had been long time best friends with Daehyun since middle school, although they were very different from each other. Daehyun had only moved from the countryside home in Busan up to the lavish Kangnam only because of Youngjae’s persuasion to Daehyun’s grandma and his mother, yet he knew that he missed them very much. “Did you talk to them recently? You know, your folks?” He asked with no hint of sarcasm in his voice. Daehyun was slightly surprised by the sudden change. “No, not at the moment. They know that I’m currently living at a ‘friend’s though.” He sighed a bit. “How’s Haeyeon? I heard she’s getting smarter and smarter.” “Haeyeon…” Daehyun’s eyes automatically lit up at his little sister’s name, “She's a brave kid, so I bet she’s doing just fine without me there.” The corners of Youngjae’s lips hitched up a bit as he watched Daehyun reminisce for a while. However, Daehyun soon snapped out of it as he glanced down at his paper and the time again. “Ah, now I seriously have to go. Good luck on your paper!” He grabbed his jacket and quickly logged off the library’s computers as he waved. Youngjae’s eye twitched, “Aish, Daehyun, you reminded me about that damn paper again!” “SHH!” Angry voices whispered. Youngjae dejectedly sank back into his seat with a red face, “Stupid paper…” -------------------------- Meanwhile, Hana, Kai, Dahee, and Lay were all having a little mini-study session together as well at Dahee’s condo. Or at least, they attempted to. Different unveiled candies with ‘Yoon Inc.’ marked on the packages were scattered all over the coffee table. Since Dahee’s family company was a wealthy candy business, she always had new prototypes to share with the others. Among the candies, Hana’s head rested on her notebook. Sloppily written algebraic formulas covered the pages as she snored away in dreamland. Dahee was lying back onto the couch with a pencil in her hand and her head propped up onto Jongin’s lap. She too had fallen asleep. The only ones still awake were the guys. Kai shook his head with a smile as he took the pencil out of Dahee’s hand and tossed it onto the table. “It hasn’t even been an hour and these two are already conked out.” Lay chuckled as he took a blanket and wrapped it around Hana as it was the most obvious thing to do in the world. “Catch.” Lay threw Kai another blanket and wrapped it securely around Dahee. He ran his long fingers through her hair absentmindedly and popped a nearby lollipop in his mouth, “Mmm. Not bad.” Lay said nothing as he went straight to work on his science presentation. A good twenty minutes later, Lay struggled to keep his
