He doubted that she was seriously alright. Something in his gut told him so.   “Daehyun-sshi?” The teacher called out as Daehyun returned back to Earth. He held a piece of chalk in between his fingers. He realized that he was standing at the board, with small squiggles of algebra coating it.   The math teacher gave him a strange look, and Daehyun blinked.   “S-Sorry, seonsaengnim. I’m fine.” He quickly muttered and continued writing out the equation with no flaws at all. Daehyun shook the thought of Hana out of his head.   *Whatever. She’ll be back to school tomorrow. She’s probably fine.*   -------------------------------   Meanwhile, the Choi Manor was in a very solemn mood. The tension was so thick that the maids were anxious to say something that would anger the family.   Hana came down the stairs with light, quiet steps. She was dressed in a black dress that stopped at her knees. Her hair was straight and down, and she wore a black hairband.   The whole outfit screamed ‘mourning’.   Zelo was already downstairs, looking dazed. When Hana saw his expression, she softened and put a warm hand on his shoulder, “Junhong…”   Zelo’s head snapped up at the touch and turned around with hollow eyes and a meaningless smile, “Oh… Hana noona… You’re ready to go?”   Hana gave him a soft smile and nod, “How about father and unnie?”   “They’re upstairs still getting ready.” He stared into space, “We should be leaving soon. Jongin hyung—“   A loud ‘ding dong’ broke the tense silence.   “Speak of the devil.” Hana said, but it didn’t sound lighthearted. Nevertheless, one of the maids opened the door and Kai stepped inside in a black suit. His eyebrows were creased with worry.   “Hana, Junhong.” He called out as he approached the two siblings. Immediately, Hana went over to him and he embraced her wordlessly.   Zelo weakly bumped fists with him, “Hey hyung.”   Jongin frowned a little at Zelo’s forced smile and ruffled his hair casuall
