Wake up for me?” The sweet, masculine voice cooed in her ear.   The so-called ‘Queen of Kangnam’ peeked open an eye and grunted. Daehyun’s eyes lit up as the ends of his lips curved upwards, “Good morning.”   Hana sleepily smiled, then grabbed her pillow and stuffed her face under it.   Daehyun gawked at her actions for a few seconds before throwing a small tantrum. “Hanaaaaa!” He whined, shaking her shoulder, “Get up!”   “…No.” Her voice was muffled and barely audible underneath the pillow.   Daehyun pouted, “Wake up! We’re gonna be late for school!”   Hana contemplated this for a second before she waved him off, “We can afford to miss a day. We won’t get in trouble.” Her heavy eyelids peacefully shut again.   “But babe,” Daehyun sighed, glancing at the pillow that perfectly covered her head, “I have to keep my perfect attendance for that award at the end of the year…”   “Daehyun, I can buy you a perfect attendance award.”   “You really won’t get up?” He ignored the previous sentence and sat on the corner of her bed with his hands placed behind him, leaning back.   “Nope.”   “You have to go to school, though.” He quietly reminded.   Hana was starting to get really annoyed, “For what reason?”   “I thought you said that you were going to come to school every day because of me. Didn’t you say that I was your new target? Don’t you want me as your boyfriend?” Daehyun's face lit up like the sun.   Hana’s eyes were wide open by now. She was confused. Wasn’t Daehyun already her boyfriend?   “But you’re already my boyfriend,” She slowly removed the pillow and blinked at him, bewildered.   Daehyun chuckled—a sweet, comforting sound. He glanced back at Hana and smiled kindly, “Only in your dreams, I am.”   “What—“ Hana gaped at him.   Daehyun frowned and held up his hand, “Sorry Hana, but I think you should get back to reality now.” He snapped his fingers once, still smiling, “Bye-bye!”   “Kang Hana, you’d better get your up this instant!” A familiar, yet tough feminine voice ripped through Hana’s thoughts, forcibly yanking her back down to reality.   Hana awoke with a start, eyes as wide as saucers. Three faces crowded around her. Hana waited until her sight focused, and the faces became less blurry.   “Whoa there, honey. Calm down.” The voice of Kim Jongin, her cousin, was easily recognizable as she heard a chuckle that followed.   “Dahee… You were too harsh on Hana…” A quiet, meek voice murmured thoughtfully.   *Lay…?* Hana guessed. Sure enough, her eyes didn’t deceive her as the faces of her three best friends towered over her bed. Of course, this wasn’t new.   “Finally, Her Royal Richness is awake.” Dahee rolled her eyes sarcastically, crossing her arms. “Your limo awaits you.”   But Hana couldn’t care less about school. She instantly sat up, frantically glancing around her large, spacious room.   “Who are you looking for?” Jongin furrowed his eyebrows, following his cousin’s gaze.   “Hana, are you okay…?” Lay worriedly glanced at her.   “Daehyun. Where’s Jung Daehyun?” Hana stared at the three of them, “Did he already leave for school?”   “Daehyun?” Dahee raised an eyebrow at the girl. Sure, Hana was her best friend and all, but at times, she could become a bit psycho. “Now you even dream about the guy, too?”   Hana tilted her head to one side in confusion, “What are you talking about? Daehyun was just here a minute ago, waking me up instead of you three!”   Lay amusedly chuckled, “Sorry to burst your bubble, but Jung Daehyun is still my next-door neighbour, Hana. He was never here.”   Kai snickered and put a hand on Hana’s head, “He only transferred to the academy a month ago, and you’re already dreaming about him. Damn, my cousin’s too much of a flirt.”   Feigning anger, Hana swatted his hands away, “I am not a flirt. Well, at least, not to Daehyun.”   “Lucky him.” Dahee scoffed. She hi-fived Kai as he grinned, “That’s my girl.”   Hana paid no heed to the sarcastic couple as she looked up at Lay, who blinked at her. Immediately, Hana tackled him in a hug, “Laaaaay! But Daehyun, he—he seemed so real! I thought he finally gave in and became my boyfriend! He was calling me ‘babe’ and everything!” She tattled. Lay just smiled at her, hearing her out patiently like the good friend he was.   “Alright, alright. That’s enough about that transfer kid.” Kai waved it off, “You can see him at school. Hurry up and change into your uniform. We have about half an hour left until school starts.”   “…Okay.” Hana gave in, shooing her friends out of the room. They protested, but ended up waiting outside her door.   After she took her time washing up, Hana got dressed into her dark blue blazer, plaid skirt and dark red tie. She clipped half of her hair up with a beautiful diamond embellished pin and grabbed her schoolbag.   A small knock came on her door as Hana called, “Come in!”   One of their maids cautiously stepped in and gave her a small bow and smile, “Miss Hana, breakfast is waiting for you downstairs.
