[Mei-Hua POV]

I heard my name behind me.

Sehun, I’m sorry but right now I can’t turn around for you.

I kept running, faster and faster but he was catching up.

I felt someone take a hold of my arm and stop me from going forward.

“Sehun, stop.”

“It’s not Sehun.” The person said back.

I looked to see who it was. “Baekhyun….”

“Hey, I’m sorry okay? I’m so sorry. For saying all that. I should have listened to what you had to say first and then tried to convince you nicely…”

I couldn’t help but smile through the tears and nod. “I’m so-”

“Stop. Don’t say sorry.”

“But-”

“No buts.”

Then, Baekhyun took his arm sleeve and wiped the tears from my face. I don’t know if it actually wiped any tears, the sleeve was wetter than the tears. But it was more like he was saying “Don’t cry anymore” with no words.

“Do you want some Ice cream?” He asked, I guess to break the silence that had started to form.

I nodded and smiled again.

The Ice Cream store owner wouldn’t allow us in though, because of how wet we were. So, we bought an umbrella which Baekhyun held and just walked.

“Where we going?” I asked the ice cream.

“You’ll see.” He replied.

“Tch. Just tell.”

“No.” Ah, so annoying.

“Imagine D.O’s reaction if he saw you apologize~” I teased.

 “Yah, you tell no one about that, ever. Understand?”

“Whhhyyy? I bet all would like know” I continued to tease.

“Baecause Baekhyun does not apologize.”

“So everyone will know that he does once they hear.”

“no, they won’t because they won’t hear.” He glared at me.

“Okay okay” I pouted and his expression softened.

I heard an abrupt, light, pattering of feet splashing in the water behind us.

That was strange. There was no one behind us two minutes ago.

I looked back to see what it was, Baekhyun must not have heard it.

There was Kai and Chanyeol who ran to stand behind a street light when I turned around.
