Seulgi casually walks into Bae’s house. He already knows about the misunderstanding that happened earlier. He called Eunji to ask about Irene because he couldn't reach his girlfriend, then Eunji telling him about the incident. He also explains to Eunji what actually happened and how that woman related to him. He also called Bae’s house line to make sure Irene arrived at home safe and sound

“Hi dad, hi mom” Seulgi greet the elder who sit at living room watching TV

“Hi Seul, have a sit”

“No dad, I want to meet Joohyun first”

Mrs. Bae asked “Something wrong between you two? I saw her not in the mood during dinner earlier. They also go to bed early tonight. Hyunji also practically bad mood”

“Yeah mom but it's just a misunderstanding. I have to clean the mess quick”

“Alright, himnae!” Mr. Bae pump his fist to cheer up for Seulgi

“Thanks dad” Seulgi excuse himself to go upstairs

Seulgi carefully opened the door after getting the green light from Irene. The CEO is busy at her desk, typing something on her laptop while their baby already sleeping soundly on her bed

“Bae” Seulgi speak slowly while stand behind Irene but she not giving respond “Bae…please talk to me”

“Talk about what?” Irene answer coldly

“About what you see this evening. It not like what you think”

Irene stops doing her work but she still turns her back to Seulgi “Then explain to me from the beginning. Don’t leave any point. If you hide anything, you will never see me and Hyunji anymore”

Seulgi gulped down nervously when he heard the warning “She is my cousin, Im Yoona. Her mom is appa older sister. Yoong noona just returned from Barcelona and she will stay in Seoul for good. She arrived a few days ago and wanted to meet with me and Sooyoung. When you saw us earlier, we were actually waiting for Sooyoung. She is on her way to the café. Noona knows about you and Bubble. She really wants to meet both of you. I want to invite her to my apartment so that all of you can meet up and know each other better. Please don’t overthink again, okay? I’m not cheating. I will never cheat on you. It never included in my bucket list” he say sincerely

“Then why do you not tell me that you’re meeting her? You said you’re busy entire day” Irene still speaking nonchalantly

“I drop my phone when I’m back from the site. The screen was totally broken. I need to get a new phone after I meet with Yoong noona. I want to inform you but I broke my phone. When Sooyoung came, I borrowed her phone to call you but your phone was not active. I know about your wrath when I return to the office and I bump into Eunji noona at the lobby. I explained to her so that she not misunderstood what she saw and she believe me”

Irene propped her elbow on the table then rubbed her face slowly “I’m sorry” she said with a low voice but still heard by Seulgi “I just worry if you leave me and Hyunji. I don’t want to share you with another woman. I don’t want Hyunji to lose her daddy that’s why I overthink. I know I am not supposed to get mad. I should ask you first but I can’t control my emotion”

Seulgi smiled, then he circled his arms around Irene's shoulder from behind. He kissed her head then said “Don’t be sorry. You have the right to be jealous. That means you love me so much. No one will take me away from you and Bubble. I only for you two”

“I love you, bae and I’m sorry” Irene kissed Seulgi cheek

Irene wakes up in the middle of the night then she notices the space beside her is empty. There is no Seulgi beside her. She sits up while rubbing her eyes. She look to her left and her daughter also not there

She gasped “Hyunji? Where are you?” she quickly jump down the bed and checking bathroom but no one is inside

Without wasting time, she ran out of her room to search for Seulgi and her daughter. She suddenly panics when she doesn't see them around. She descends the stairs and walks to the living room. Seulgi stands in front of the TV while hugging Hyunji in his arms. He is singing children song happily

Hyunji looked at her mom with her cute eyes but her gaze looked unfriendly. Somehow, the baby look upset while her daddy sound very happy

“Bae” Irene calling her boyfriend

Seulgi turns around when he hears Irene voice “Bae, you awake?”

Irene nods her head “I thought you run away with Hyunji that’s why I search for both of you”

Seulgi giggled “Aigoo, where would I go if we ran away? Don’t think nonsense Bae”

“What are you two doing here in the middle of night? It’s 12:15 AM now, bae”

“I heard her sound when I returned from the toilet so I checked her. She’s wide awake on her bed, rolling here and there, playing with her drool so to kill her boredom, I bring her here. We sing a song” Seulgi chirped while patting Hyunji bum playfully

“Em, but her face look like not enjoy the song” Irene pointed at Hyunji sour expression

Seulgi checking Hyunji's face “Eh? She enjoy it earlier”

“What song do you sing for her?”

“That one” Seulgi pointed at the paused TV screen

“Aigoo, she doesn't like that song. She whining if she hear the song that she don’t like”

“Omo, she is really picky” Seulgi shake his head

“Yup, literally”

“Aigoo, daddy will change the song, alright? Don't get upset anymore. You should tell daddy that you don’t like that song” Seulgi changes to the next song then Hyunji's mood automatically changes. He can’t help but sigh seeing his daughter mood swing

“Yah, she can’t speak yet” Irene laughing at Seulgi silliness

Kang family lounges in the living room waiting for Hyunji to sleep again. Irene falls asleep since she’s still sleepy at the moment. Seulgi need to carry her upstairs after sending the sleeping Hyunji
