Your POV-

So I'm sure what you're all thinking, does that movie night date mean you two are officially together? Well not exactly since you two just became friends again..but at the same time that doesn't mean you don't have any feelings for him still.

However you couldn't help but wonder if his behavior towards you was just out of kindness or if it meant to be something more.

Like for instance let me take you through what happened the morning after the movie night "date"

The next morning

You woke up and realized that you had been sleeping on Mark's shoulder the whole time, with his arms wrapped around you since you kept telling him you were cold.

While you attempted to get up, Mark's embrace only got tighter as he asked you: "where are you going?" with his morning voice

(You)-I was just heading to the bathroom

He then released you from his embrace and let you go to the bathroom as he fell back asleep

You couldn't help but feel your heart beating faster as you walked to the bathroom and took in what just happened

By the time you got out of the bathroom after taking a shower you saw Mark cleaning up the crumbs from the snacks you ate last night 

(You)-Mark you don't have to do that

(Mark)-It's alright, I figured that I'd clean up the mess that I was a part of making.

Arin and Yeri soon came out of their room and headed out of the apartment to head to their classes, leaving only you and Mark to be alone once again.

(Mark)-I also head out to get to work but I just wanted to tell you I had fun last night, let's meet up again soon. (he said while giving you a hug on his way out)

A month later

Yeah I know a month is a long time to not keep in contact with someone but things just ended up being that way as whenever either you or Mark made plans, the other person would always have to reschedule.

But the two of you finally found a night to meet up at and Mark had offered to pick you up from your place

As you were on your way out however your friends Yeri and Arin stopped you at the front door to inspect your wardrobe and makeup look, which happened to be a casual hoodie and jeans which was your normal attire anyway and you figured Mark wouldn't mind that you dressed comfortably.

(Yeri)-Young lady it is a Saturday night, where do you think you're going?

(You)-I meeting up with Mark to get dinner

(Arin)-So it's a date then? OMG finally!

(You)-See that I'm not so sure about

(Yeri)-Well there are usually signs to tell if it's a date or not, first off are you meeting him there or is her picking you up?

(You)-Picking me up

(Arin)-That means it's a date

You then got a text from Mark saying he was here and opened the door and the three of you could see him waiting in the parking lot while looking at his phone

(Yeri)-But he didn't offer to come up to meet you hmm...

(Arin)-Well the rest is for you to figure out now little one, your unnies will be here to cheer you on in spirit. Now go!

You then walked down the stairs and met Mark in his car 

(You)-Hey (you said while putting on your seatbelt)

Without saying anything Mark suddenly came closer to you to take off an eyelash which made your heart beat like crazy

(Mark)-Are you hungry, where shall oppa take you?

(You)-Yes I am hungry but no you're not being called oppa

(Mark)-I figured you would hate that (he said while laughing)

(You)-So where are you taking me?

(Mark)-You'll see

You realized he was parking near a fancy restaurant and you immediately felt underdressed 

(You)-I thought we'd be going to get burgers or something 

(Mark)-No no I figured we get you some real food since you've haven't had a decent meal this week due to finals right?

He then opened the door for you and helped you out of the car which to you was a sign that this was indeed a date.

You then were seated by a waiter and got menu's to look over

By the time the waiter came back he had asked the question: "so what can i get the happy couple today?"

You then coughed a little bit while drinking water, waiting to hear what Mark would respond to that question with.

(Mark)-We'll have two medium rare steaks and a salad

(Your thoughts)-Was that him acknowledging us as a couple or not?

By the time your food got to your table, Mark had started cutting the steak from his plate before switching it with yours.

(You)-You didn't have to

(Mark)-It's nothing I'm used to doing this sort of stuff anyway

(You)-Oh like with your past girlfriends?

(Mark)-Oh no I mean for my siblings when I was younger 

(Your thoughts)-Why did I just ask him that stupid question?

While you were eating, you saw Mark taking out his phone to take pictures of you.

(You)-Why are you taking photos of me?

(Mark)-Because I want to remember this day

(You)-You want to remember today? why's that? (you said sounding hopeful)

(Mark)-Well I mean it's not just today I want to remember, I want to remember every moment we've spent together

(You)-I feel the same way

(Mark)-Listen I need to tell you something

(You)-Go ahead

(Mark)-I don't think we should be friends anymore

(You)-What? Why?

(Mark)-I can't be friends with someone I'm attracted to (he says looking down shyly)

(You)-I don't know what to say to that, but I still have feelings for you too if we're being honest with ourselves

With getting confessions out of the way to confirm this as a date, he ended up taking you back home.

He didn't want to scare you off so quickly by kissing on the first date and simply kissed you on the forehead before squeezing your cheeks

(Mark)-Aigoo my girlfriend's cheeks are so squishy

(You)-Stop it or imma divorce you

(Mark)-(pouts)-but we're not even married yet

(You)-Hmm well maybe if you stop squishing my cheeks we might

To that he let go of your cheeks and warmed them up with his hands

By the time you went to your room you texted your roommates to confirm that it was a date and the three of you were fangirling for the rest of the night~

Mark had even sent you a goodnight text with a picture:

Caption: "my nights are cold without you"
