Unforeseen CircumstancesMina sunk back in the cushioned seat. Two pairs of eyes on her. She didn’t bother to look up at either of them. She heard a small sigh before she heard the older girl stand from the opposite couch.
“I’m going to check on Tzuyu.” Jeongyeon whispers, leaving Sana alone with Mina in the very silent living room.
The only sounds heard were the rain hitting the glass windows lightly. The pitter patter that should be enjoyable to the younger, now a ticking time bomb for her.
“You knew what we did. You knew what would happen.” Sana spoke calmly, her gaze fixed on the younger’s stance. “If you’re still not going to go through with this... We understand. But just know this. Tzuyu loves you and if you walk out that door... Don’t ever plan on coming back.”
Mina looked down at her lap, the envelope in her hands suddenly feeling extremely heavy. Her entire body felt like it weighed a couple tons. Her mind felt coulded, her headache pounding and making matters worse. All she wanted was to get home and make sure Dahyun and Chaeyoung were okay.
“All we need are answers Mina.” Sana spoke calmly. “And you aren’t giving them to us. We can’t protect you if we don’t know.” She whispered.

Mina lifted her head up from her pillow as a shooting pain ran down her spine. She sat up from the floor, looking around to see the girls already gone for the day. She frowned when she looked down at her phone. The screen was shattered, making her wish she hadn’t dropped it yesterday. She looked at her messages, seeing one from Sana.
Sana: The offer is still on the table. I know you had to leave, but this needs to be discussed at length. Please message me when you wake up.
The young girl let out a small groan. She didn’t want to give any answers. She just wanted to do what the article said. No questions. And yet, she chose the one couple that asked the most.

“I’m sorry but you went through with it?!” Nayeon gasped as they worked together.
“I need the money Nayeon…” Mina frowned while stacking a few plates in her hands.
“I didn’t think you would.” She chuckled. “But you actually went over?!” She gawked.
